本发明公开了一种集成式混合动力系统,包括壳体、设置在所述壳体一端的自动离合器以及与所述自动离合器相连接且另一端与自动变速器相连接的传动轴,所述传动轴中部设置转子,所述转子相对的壳体处设置定子;本发明通过离合器、电机与变速器的同轴设计,使得结构更加紧凑且同轴传动使得更加稳定高效,减少了体积的同时使得电机与内燃机动力的结合更加简洁,减少了传输部件过多且复杂造成的成本攀升以及动力损耗过大的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,具体涉及一种集成式混合动力系统。
背景技术
目前,混合动力汽车用电动动力系统主要由电机+减速器或手动变速器变形而来,或者有的混合动力直接用原有的传统车内燃机+手动变速器+驱动电机的结构。混合动力汽车没有专用型式的自动变速器,像AT、DCT、CVT等自动变速器虽然具有优越的性能,但对于混合动力电动汽车来说,一方面其结构不易进行集成,控制难度大,直接应用与混合动力汽车上,使得体积大,整车布置空间不足;另一方面,由于电机特性与发动机的特性不同,要达到高效的动力效率,势必要开发一种适用于发动机和电动机特性共有的专用自动变速器。直接使用现有的自动变速器就造成集成度低,空间布置难度大,结构连接精度低,降低了混合动力汽车的总的能量利用效率;在201310038217.7中公开了一种混合动力变速器,包括内燃机、拉维纳行星系、差速器总成,输入轴经扭矩减振器与内燃机相联,拉维纳行星系的行星架上设有第一电机,拉维纳行星系的前太阳轮上设有第二电机;本发明是在现有的拉维纳式行星结构的4AT 基础上进行了改进,使其具有双EVT 结构具备了类似CVT 的无级变速功能,既可以提高电动工况的换挡舒适性,同时可以实现整车全工况下的纯电工作,所以特别适用于插电混合动力车型;即在电池非欠电状态下可以完全依靠电池电量实现电动车的全部功能,本发明可以有效的提高燃油经济性,减少油耗,时提高换挡舒适性。本发明适用于前置前驱且动力总成为横置的车辆,实现混合动力驱动;其虽然获得了很好的混合效果,但其结构融合性差且体积较大。
在申请号201310248217中公开了一种并联式混合动力变速器,包括离合器单元、电机单元、机械单元以及测速传感装置;离合器单元包括离合器以及与离合器相连并带动离合器进行离合动作的离合器执行机构;电机单元包括电机轴;机械单元包括机械部分壳体、机械单元输入轴、变速器中间轴以及变速器输出轴;机械单元输入轴置于机械部分壳体内部;发动机动力输出装置通过离合器与电机轴相连;电机轴与机械单元输入轴相连;机械单元输入轴通过变速器中间轴带动变速器输出轴转动;测速传感装置分别设置在电机轴、变速器中间轴以及变速器输出轴上;但是其结构复杂,增大了结构维修的难度,同时占据了较大的空间,从而使得动力传输过程中会造成较大的功耗损失,而现有技术中并未出现解决该问题的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种集成式混合动力系统,通过将离合器、驱动电机以及变速器的输入轴进行同轴设计,使得结构更加紧凑、传动损失更小且动力输出更加平稳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种集成式混合动力系统,包括壳体、设置在所述壳体一端的自动离合器以及与所述自动离合器相连接且另一端与自动变速器相连接的传动轴,所述传动轴中部设置转子,所述转子相对的壳体处设置定子。
所述自动离合器包括与壳体活动连接的飞轮盘、与所述飞轮盘固定连接的离合器盖、设置在所述离合器盖上的膜片弹簧、与所述膜片弹簧相连接的压盘、设置在压盘与飞轮盘之间的离合器片、与离合器片固定连接的所述传动轴以及设置在所述传动轴上且与所述膜片弹簧相配合的分离轴承模块。
所述分离轴承模块包括套设在所述传动轴且与所述壳体固定连接的气缸本体、设置在所述气缸本体内的气缸活塞、设置在所述气缸活塞前部且与所述膜片弹簧相配合的分离轴承、设置在所述气缸本体外壁的且与气泵相连通的电磁阀、所述气缸活塞与所述气缸本体之间设置沿所述传动轴轴向方向的弹性件。
所述气缸本体与所述气缸活塞之间设置若干密封圈,所述气缸本体与所述气缸活塞内表面结合处设置耐磨环。
所述气缸本体外壁沿轴向设置直线位移传感器,在所述气缸活塞外壁套设与所述位移传感器相配合的磁性元件。
所述气缸本体包括下部为圆盘的第一圆筒,以及设置在所述第一圆筒外壁且与所述圆盘相配合的且下底面设置圆孔的第二圆桶。
所述第二圆桶外壁设置的前端与后端分别设置气孔。
所述弹性件为圆柱弹簧或蝶型弹簧。
所述磁性元件为磁珠。
本发明针对现有混合动力系统结构复杂且占据空间大的弊端,采用集成化设计,采用同一个壳体并采用一根传动轴的方式,将内燃机动力输出处的离合器、电机以及变速器的输入端集成在一起,而电机的转子直接设置在传动轴上,将定子设置在与转子相对的壳体上,并采用本发明的离合器使得动力过度更加平稳,增加了车辆行驶的平稳性,减少了元器件之间的异常磨损,使得元器件使用寿命更长。
另外,采用的离合器包括与壳体活动连接的飞轮盘、与所述飞轮盘固定连接的离合器盖、设置在所述离合器盖上的膜片弹簧、与所述膜片弹簧相连接的压盘、设置在压盘与飞轮盘之间的离合器片、与离合器片固定连接的所述传动轴以及设置在所述传动轴上且与所述膜片弹簧相配合的分离轴承模块;而飞轮盘与内燃机的输出端相连,且离合器片与传动轴端部固定相连,而离合器片在分离时与飞轮盘产生间隙,从而使得离合器与内燃机的动力切断,使得传动轴不会产生位移,且使该装置结构更加稳定,而在离合器与电机转子之间设置内壳,能够在穿过传动轴的同时便于对分离轴承模块进行固定,确保其稳定工作。
而采用的分离轴承模块包括套设在所述传动轴且与所述壳体固定连接的气缸本体、设置在所述气缸本体内的气缸活塞、设置在所述气缸活塞前部且与所述膜片弹簧相配合的分离轴承、设置在所述气缸本体外壁的且与气泵相连通的电磁阀、所述气缸活塞与所述气缸本体之间设置沿所述传动轴轴向方向的弹性件;其中采用的气缸本体包括下部为圆盘的第一圆筒,以及设置在所述第一圆筒外壁且与所述圆盘相配合的且下底面设置圆孔的第二圆桶;这种设计方式确保装配的方便,也使得加工难度减小,而圆孔与与第一圆筒的间隙内设置气缸活塞的伸出段,在其内部设置与第一圆筒与第二圆桶之间间隙相配合的活动段,而活动段与第一圆筒底部之间设置圆柱弹簧或蝶型弹簧,确保了离合器在没有气压时能够时刻保持分离状态,而为了确保分离轴承模块控制的稳定性,在气缸本体外壁设置直线位移传感器,并在气缸活塞上设置磁珠,能够使得位移传感器更好的对磁珠进行监测,从而获取最真实与精准的位移数据,从而通过其将数据反馈至车辆的控制器中,并通过电磁阀控制气缸内腔室之间的气压比,进而调节气缸活塞的位置,进而能够更为准确与平缓的实现内燃机动力的介入;而在气缸活塞的前端设置分离轴承,能够确保分离轴承压紧膜片弹簧的同时,能够随着膜片的转动而转动。
本发明通过离合器、电机与变速器的同轴设计,使得结构更加紧凑且同轴传动使得动力更加稳定高效,减少了体积的同时使得电机与内燃机动力的结合更加简洁,减少了传输部件过多且复杂造成的成本攀升以及动力损耗过大的现象。

在本实施例中气缸活塞上的耐磨环使用聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、夹布合成树脂等材料;气缸活塞上的耐磨环可提高气缸本体的导向性,减少气缸活塞密封圈的磨耗,减少摩擦阻力;气缸活塞的宽度由密封圈尺寸和必要的滑动部分长度来决定,滑动部分太短,易引起早期磨损和卡死;耐磨环对于移动的气缸活塞具有精确导向支承作用,并可吸收随时产生的径向力,确保密封元件不被径向力破坏,延长使用寿命,同时可防止气缸活塞和气缸本体之间的金属接触,极大限度地降低摩擦力,以免气缸活塞动作中产生启动力偏大和爬行等不正常现象。
实施例四:一种集成式混合动力系统,包括壳体6、设置在所述壳体6一端的自动离合器1以及与所述自动离合器1相连接且另一端与自动变速器7相连接的传动轴3,所述传动轴3中部设置转子5,所述转子5相对的壳体6处设置定子4。
所述自动离合器1包括与壳体6活动连接的飞轮盘11、与所述飞轮盘11固定连接的离合器盖13、设置在所述离合器盖13上的膜片弹簧15、与所述膜片弹簧15相连接的压盘14、设置在压盘14与飞轮盘11之间的离合器片12、与离合器片12固定连接的所述传动轴3以及设置在所述传动轴3上且与所述膜片弹簧15相配合的分离轴承模块。
所述分离轴承模块包括套设在所述传动轴3且与所述壳体6固定连接的气缸本体25、设置在所述气缸本体25内的气缸活塞23、设置在所述气缸活塞23前部且与所述膜片弹簧15相配合的分离轴承21、设置在所述气缸本体25外壁的且与气泵相连通的电磁阀22、所述气缸活塞23与所述气缸本体25之间设置沿所述传动轴轴向方向的弹性件28。
所述气缸本体25与所述气缸活塞23之间设置若干密封圈31,所述气缸本体25与所述气缸活塞23内表面结合处设置耐磨环30。
所述气缸本体25外壁沿轴向设置直线位移传感器29,在所述气缸活塞23外壁套设与所述位移传感器29相配合的磁珠24。
所述气缸本体25包括下部为圆盘的第一圆筒27,以及设置在所述第一圆筒27外壁且与所述圆盘相配合的且下底面设置圆孔的第二圆桶。
所述第二圆桶外壁设置的前端与后端分别设置气孔26。
所述弹性件28为圆柱弹簧。
本发明中采用的自动变速器为常见的机械式自动变速箱或者CTV变速器,增强了本装置的适配性,且由于该装置紧凑的设计,使得在动力在传输过程中降低了功率损耗,避免了传递过程中由于零件过多造成的不必要动力损耗,增强了内燃机以及电机动力的实际能效,提高了燃料的转化效率,间接实现了节省能源的作用;经测试本发明能够将体积减小为原来的50%,传动动力损耗减少了60%,且能够节省8%的燃料,能够在当下提倡清洁能源的形势下,增强产品竞争力。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其他修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (8)

1.一种集成式混合动力系统,包括壳体、设置在所述壳体一端的自动离合器以及与所述自动离合器相连接且另一端与自动变速器相连接的传动轴,其特征在于:所述传动轴中部设置转子,所述转子相对的壳体处设置定子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述自动离合器包括与壳体活动连接的飞轮盘、与所述飞轮盘固定连接的离合器盖、设置在所述离合器盖上的膜片弹簧、与所述膜片弹簧相连接的压盘、设置在压盘与飞轮盘之间的离合器片、与离合器片固定连接的所述传动轴以及设置在所述传动轴上且与所述膜片弹簧相配合的分离轴承模块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的集成式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述分离轴承模块包括套设在所述传动轴且与所述壳体固定连接的气缸本体、设置在所述气缸本体内的气缸活塞、设置在所述气缸活塞前部且与所述膜片弹簧相配合的分离轴承、设置在所述气缸本体外壁的且与气泵相连通的电磁阀、所述气缸活塞与所述气缸本体之间设置沿所述传动轴轴向方向的弹性件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的集成式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述气缸本体与所述气缸活塞之间设置若干密封圈,所述气缸本体与所述气缸活塞内表面结合处设置耐磨环。
5.根据权利要求4所述的集成式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述气缸本体外壁沿轴向设置直线位移传感器,在所述气缸活塞外壁套设与所述位移传感器相配合的磁性元件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的集成式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述气缸本体包括下部为圆盘的第一圆筒,以及设置在所述第一圆筒外壁且与所述圆盘相配合的且下底面设置圆孔的第二圆桶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的集成式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述第二圆桶外壁设置的前端与后端分别设置气孔。
8.根据权利要求3所述的集成式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述弹性件为圆柱弹簧或蝶型弹簧。
