背景技术
肝脏是人体内最大的消化腺，是体内物质能量代谢的中心站，是维持生命活动的一个必不可少的重要器官。常见的肝病有肝炎、肝硬化、肝脓肿、原发性肝癌等，肝炎主要以慢性肝炎为主，按病因学分为慢性病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎、药物毒性肝炎、遗传性疾病以及其它原因不明的慢性肝炎。
肺，位于胸中，纵隔两侧，左右各异。上通喉咙，左右各一，在人体脏腑中位置最高，故称肺为华盖。因肺叶娇嫩，不耐寒热，易被邪侵，故又称“娇脏”。
为了保护肝脏和肺，防治肝病、肺病，人们开发了许多药物，但药物的疗效参差不齐。人们还在继续研究开发疗效更显著、副作用更小的新药。目前尚无既有保肝功效又有润肺功效的中药制剂。因此，利用传统中医药资源，研发适合长期服用的具有预防和治疗肝病、肺病的中药制剂具有重要意义。

一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，由如下原料制成：雪梨汁，罗汉果，枇杷，胖大海，陈皮，橄榄，绿豆，葛根，乌梅，枳椇子，生姜，薄荷，蜂蜜，甘草。
优选地，一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料制成：雪梨汁50～100份，罗汉果20～40份，枇杷10～20份，胖大海10～20份，陈皮5～10份，橄榄5～10份，绿豆5～10份，葛根5～10份，乌梅5～10份，枳椇子5～10份，生姜5～10份，薄荷5～10份，蜂蜜5～10份，甘草2～6份。
优选地，一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料制成：雪梨汁75份，罗汉果30份，枇杷15份，胖大海15份，陈皮8份，橄榄8份，绿豆7份，葛根7份，乌梅7份，枳椇子7份，生姜7份，薄荷7份，蜂蜜7份，甘草4份。
上述护肝润肺的中药制剂的制备方法为：(1)先称取所述重量份的罗汉果、枇杷、胖大海、陈皮、橄榄、绿豆、葛根、乌梅、枳椇子、生姜、薄荷、甘草放入煎药器具内；(2)加入纯净水，加水量以超过药面2-3cm为度，煎煮前将上述中草药浸泡半小时，使其充分湿润，以利药汁充分煎出；(3)用武火煮沸再改用文火煎煮20分钟，除去药渣，取汤剂；(4)在上述汤剂中加入所述重量份的雪梨汁和蜂蜜，搅拌均匀，即得。
本发明的各原料的药效机理如下：
雪梨：治风热、润肺、凉心、消痰、降火、解毒。
罗汉果：清热凉血、生津止咳、滑肠排毒、嫩肤益颜、润肺化痰。
枇杷：润肺、止咳、止渴。
胖大海：清肺化痰，利咽开音，润肠通便。
陈皮：理气健脾，燥湿化痰。
橄榄：清热解毒、利咽化痰、生津止渴、除烦醒酒。
绿豆：煮食清胆养胃，解暑止渴，利小便，已泻痢。
葛根：具有解酒、解毒、降血糖和修复肝细胞的效果。
乌梅：具有解酒，润肠通便的效果。
枳椇子：润五脏，解酒毒，止渴去燥，清热利尿。
生姜：辛温，散胃寒力量强。有化痰、止呕的功效。
薄荷：可以助消化、发毒汗、却肾气、避邪毒；醒神明目。
蜂蜜：保护心血管，美容养颜，解酒等功效。
甘草：甘平无毒，和中缓急，润肺解毒，调和诸药。
本发明的护肝润肺的中药制剂与现有技术相比，其有益效果是：以多味中药材为原料，有机地配伍组合，一方面，可明显改善肝炎症状，促进肝功能恢复，具有疗效确切、见效快的护肝功效；另一方面，清凉润肺，对支气管炎，咳嗽、哮喘有一定的辅助治疗作用，特别适合于免疫力低下，咽喉、肺不适的人群，对长期抽烟的人士效果更好。本发明的护肝润肺的中药制剂，原料易获取，制备方法简便，成本低，疗效好，安全无副作用。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1：
一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料制成：雪梨汁75份，罗汉果30份，枇杷15份，胖大海15份，陈皮8份，橄榄8份，绿豆7份，葛根7份，乌梅7份，枳椇子7份，生姜7份，薄荷7份，蜂蜜7份，甘草4份。
上述护肝润肺的中药制剂的制备方法为：(1)先称取所述重量份的罗汉果、枇杷、胖大海、陈皮、橄榄、绿豆、葛根、乌梅、枳椇子、生姜、薄荷、甘草放入煎药器具内；(2)加入纯净水，加水量以超过药面2-3cm为度，煎煮前将上述中草药浸泡半小时，使其充分湿润，以利药汁充分煎出；(3)用武火煮沸再改用文火煎煮20分钟，除去药渣，取汤剂；(4)在上述汤剂中加入所述重量份的雪梨汁和蜂蜜，搅拌均匀，即得。
实施例2：
一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料制成：雪梨汁50份，罗汉果40份，枇杷10份，胖大海20份，陈皮5份，橄榄10份，绿豆5份，葛根10份，乌梅5份，枳椇子10份，生姜5份，薄荷10份，蜂蜜5份，甘草6份。
上述护肝润肺的中药制剂的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3：
一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料制成：雪梨汁100份，罗汉果20份，枇杷20份，胖大海10份，陈皮10份，橄榄5份，绿豆10份，葛根5份，乌梅10份，枳椇子5份，生姜10份，薄荷5份，蜂蜜10份，甘草2份。
上述护肝润肺的中药制剂的制备方法同实施例1。
本发明的临床试验数据如下：
(一)为检验本发明中药制剂的护肝效果，选取100例中医诊断慢性肝炎患者，其中男性56例，女性44例，年龄27-68岁，平均年龄41岁。
选择标准：肢软乏力，浑身没劲；纳差、腹胀、消化不良；脸色黝黑、有肝面容；肝区隐痛；肝纤维化严重；肝功能转氨酶持续不正常，其它指标如血浆白蛋白、血总胆红素等不合格。
疗效判定：
l、显效：乏力缓解，身上有劲；纳差、腹胀、肝区隐痛缓解，肝区舒适；肝面容有所改观，脸色变得白皙；肝纤维化检查缓解明显；肝功能检查转氨酶、血浆白蛋白等指标明显改善。
2、有效：乏力解决，身上有劲，腹胀、纳差、肝面容有所缓解。
3、无效：病症无变化。
治疗方法：服用本发明实施例1制作的护肝润肺的中药制剂，每日2次，早晚各1次，每次1剂，连续服用1个月。
治疗结果：显效78人，有效20人，无效2人，总有效率98％。
(二)为检验本发明中药制剂的润肺效果，选择100例长年吸烟且患慢性支气管炎的病人，其中男性65例，女性35例，年龄31-75岁，平均年龄49岁。
选择标准：有5年以上吸烟史，肺呼吸粗糙；咳嗽轻度，白天咳嗽，不影响正常工作和生活；经常咳嗽，夜间或清晨咳痰5～25ml；轻度喘息，偶有发作，不影响睡眠或活动；哮鸣音较少，在咳嗽、深呼吸后出现；排除心肺其它疾病引起的咳、痰、喘。如上症状，即可确诊。
疗效判定：
1、显效：白天咳嗽明显减少；咳痰显著缓解；夜间或清晨咳痰小于5ml；喘息减轻，发作次数减少；哮鸣音缓解或消失。
2、有效：咳、痰、喘症状有一定程度改善。
3、无效：症状无变化。
治疗方法：服用本发明实施例1制作的护肝润肺的中药制剂，每日2次，早晚各1次，每次1剂，连续服用1个月。
治疗结果：显效85人，有效15人，无效0人，总有效率100％。
Claims (4)
1.一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，其特征在于，由如下原料制成：雪梨汁，罗汉果，枇杷，胖大海，陈皮，橄榄，绿豆，葛根，乌梅，枳椇子，生姜，薄荷，蜂蜜，甘草。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，其特征在于，由如下重量份的原料制成：雪梨汁50～100份，罗汉果20～40份，枇杷10～20份，胖大海10～20份，陈皮5～10份，橄榄5～10份，绿豆5～10份，葛根5～10份，乌梅5～10份，枳椇子5～10份，生姜5～10份，薄荷5～10份，蜂蜜5～10份，甘草2～6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肝润肺的中药制剂，其特征在于，由如下重量份的原料制成：雪梨汁75份，罗汉果30份，枇杷15份，胖大海15份，陈皮8份，橄榄8份，绿豆7份，葛根7份，乌梅7份，枳椇子7份，生姜7份，薄荷7份，蜂蜜7份，甘草4份。
