临床观察方面，申请人在河北长城医院的临床诊疗中将本发明作为验方试用，统计291例患者中，男143例．女148例，年龄最小19岁，最大72岁，平均45岁；病程最短12天，最长20年；临床观察统计数据如下表：
临床对比试验。申请人后期进行了系统化的临床对比试验，经纳入的全身痛痛的临床患者情况为：120例全身疼痛患者采用随机数字表方法随机分为2组。治疗组（疼痛中药方）60例中男性20例，女性40例，年龄25-65岁。对照组(布洛芬胶囊组)60例中男性25例，女性35例，年龄25-63岁。试验方法采用随机分组，盲单对照试验法。

疗效观察：对照组(布洛芬胶囊组)：口服后2小时疼痛好转，药浓度下降后疼痛症状改善不明显；严重者无效改善不明显。试验组（疼痛中药方）中的颈椎痛、肩周炎、腰椎病、膝关节炎症状持续服药8周以上，疼痛症状明显好转，部分不再复发；肝常规显示无药物肝毒性。
在上述对比试验中发现，本发明的组方对于风湿性疼痛具有颇佳的治疗效果，连续服药8周以上，经试验室检查风湿免疫指标明显下降，典型的病例检验结果如下所示：

本发明第二优选的中药制剂按重量份数比计算包含如下原料组分：羌活15、独活15、杜仲18、桑寄生25、狗脊15、威灵仙20、秦艽20、制乳香8、制没药8、伸筋草15、透骨草15、千年健18、地枫皮18、怀牛膝30、丹参35、川芎15、当归12、熟地12、续断15、防风30、茯苓20、白术15。可按比称取各中药原料分别洗净、干燥、灭菌，粉碎成80目以上的细粉过5号筛，所得药粉直接作为成品或者制备成胶囊或者经赋形制备成片剂、丸剂作为成品。饭前30分钟口服，一天三次，每天服用50g生药当量的药物。
本发明具有良好的驱风寒湿邪补正气、活血化淤止痹痛效果，能够祛湿止痛，补肝肾，益气血，在临床治疗中对于风寒湿乘虚而入所造成的腰膝疼痛、腿脚冷痹无力、屈伸不便的顽固痹证，疗效颇佳。本发明的突出特点是不仅能够缓解症状，同时可以有效的对疼痛疾病进行治疗甚至根除，标本兼治。
上述描述仅作为本发明可实施的技术方案提出，不作为对其技术方案本身的单一限制条件。

Claims (7)

1.一种治疗全身疼痛的中药制剂，其特征在于：该中药制剂包含如下原料组分：羌活、独活、杜仲、桑寄生、狗脊、威灵仙、秦艽、制乳香、制没药、伸筋草、透骨草、千年健、地枫皮、怀牛膝、丹参、川芎、当归、熟地、续断、防风、茯苓、白术。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗全身疼痛的中药制剂，其特征在于：该中药制剂按重量份数比计算包含如下原料组分：羌活10-20、独活10-20、杜仲10-25、桑寄生15-30、狗脊10-20、威灵仙10-25、秦艽10-25、制乳香2-12、制没药2-12、伸筋草10-20、透骨草10-20、千年健10-25、地枫皮10-25、怀牛膝10-50、丹参20-50、川芎10-20、当归10-20、熟地5-15、续断10-20、防风10-50、茯苓5-30、白术10-20。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗全身疼痛的中药制剂，其特征在于：该中药制剂按重量份数比计算包含如下原料组分：羌活12-15、独活12-15、杜仲15-18、桑寄生20-25、狗脊12-15、威灵仙18-20、秦艽18-20、制乳香5-8、制没药5-8、伸筋草12-15、透骨草12-15、千年健15-18、地枫皮15-18、怀牛膝20-30、丹参30-35、川芎12-15、当归8-12、熟地9-12、续断12-15、防风20-30、茯苓12-20、白术12-15。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗全身疼痛的中药制剂，其特征在于：该中药制剂按重量份数比计算包含如下原料组分：羌活12、独活12、杜仲15、桑寄生20、狗脊12、威灵仙18、秦艽18、制乳香5、制没药5、伸筋草12、透骨草12、千年健15、地枫皮15、怀牛膝20、丹参30、川芎12、当归8、熟地9、续断12、防风20、茯苓12、白术12。
5.根据权利要求3所述的治疗全身疼痛的中药制剂，其特征在于：该中药制剂按重量份数比计算包含如下原料组分：羌活15、独活15、杜仲18、桑寄生25、狗脊15、威灵仙20、秦艽20、制乳香8、制没药8、伸筋草15、透骨草15、千年健18、地枫皮18、怀牛膝30、丹参35、川芎15、当归12、熟地12、续断15、防风30、茯苓20、白术15。
6.制备权利要求1-5任一项所述的治疗全身疼痛的中药制剂的方法，其特征在于：按比称取各中药原料分别洗净、干燥、灭菌，粉碎成80目以上的细粉过5号筛，所得药粉直接作为成品或者制备成胶囊或者经赋形制备成片剂、丸剂作为成品。
7.制备权利要求1-5任一项所述的治疗全身疼痛的中药制剂的方法，其特征在于：按比称取各中药原料分别洗净，文火煎煮2-3次，每次10-60分钟，合并煎液得药汤制剂。
