本发明涉及一种中药配方，尤其涉及一种活血通经络壮骨泡脚中药配方。
背景技术
经过中医学的研究，脚底是人体各个经络起止的汇聚处，且分布着60多个穴位和与人体内脏、器官相连接的反射区，泡脚有舒经活络的作用，可通过促进反射区的血液循环来达到的养生的目的，中药泡脚的应用在我国有悠久的历史，泡脚可以减轻疲劳，改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，去除污垢，使身心舒畅、精神爽快。加入一些针对治疗某些疾病的中药，不光具有促进血液循环的功能，还可通过皮肤在温水作用下的强渗透能力，充分吸收中药成分，能调和周身气血，调整脏腑功能，对多种疾病起到预防和辅助治疗的作用。
经络影响着人体气血的运行和各个脏腑的正常运作，身体通则不痛，痛则不通，经络不通身体就会有疼痛，泡脚能疏通经络，促进气血运行，加入一些补肝肾，强筋骨，活血化瘀，祛风湿，活血络的中药，能加强疏通经络的功效，而现有的泡脚中药配方价格高，没有针对性，效果不明显，不能满足大家的需求。
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本发明提供一种纯天然，安全无副作用，特别针对风湿关节疼痛、腰痛、骨质增生的患者，具有祛风除湿止痛，强筋骨功效的活血通经络壮骨泡脚中药配方。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种活血通经络壮骨泡脚中药配方：其组分及其重量配比是：川芎10-20，独活10-20，羌活5-20，五加皮5-20，川断5-20，川乌5-20，威灵仙10-20，雷公藤5-20，红花5-20。
所述其组分及其重量配比是：川芎15，独活15，羌活10，五加皮10，川断10，川乌10，威灵仙10，雷公藤10，红花10。
本发明配方中各中药的功效是：
川芎： 止痛镇痛 驱风 活血化瘀。
独活：祛风胜湿；散寒止痛，主治风寒湿痹；腰膝疼痛；头痛齿痛。
羌活： 散表寒，解热止痛，祛风止痛，消炎解毒，利关节。
五加皮：祛风湿，补肝肾，强筋骨。
川断：强筋骨、续筋接骨、活血祛瘀。
川乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛。
威灵仙：有祛风湿、通经络的功效。
雷公藤：具有祛风除湿，活血通络，消肿止痛，杀虫解毒的作用。
红花：活血通经、散瘀止痛。
本发明的有益效果是：纯天然，安全无副作用，能改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，消除疲劳，改善睡眠，祛湿驱寒，具有祛风除湿止痛，活血通经络，强筋骨功效，适用各种腰椎，颈椎，肩周炎，关节炎，腰间盘突出患者的保健和辅助治疗。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明：一种活血通经络壮骨泡脚中药配方：其组分及其重量配比是：川芎10-20，独活10-20，羌活5-20，五加皮5-20，川断5-20，川乌5-20，威灵仙10-20，雷公藤5-20，红花5-20，本发明选取川芎15克，独活15克，羌活10克，五加皮10克，川断10克，川乌10克，威灵仙10克，雷公藤10克，红花10克。去杂粉碎到80-120目过筛混合，用无纺布袋包装，每袋50克分包备用。
使用方法：在烧水容器中加水2000毫升，加入50克的中药粉，煎沸10分钟，倒入盆内，水温可视季节及使用者的承受力适当调节，以不烫伤为好，温度越高药效吸收越充分，双脚分别浸入盆内，边烫泡边按相应穴位，水温下降时，可适当加入热水，直泡至双足暖和，皮肤发红为度，大约需15-20分钟，每晚临睡前连续泡15天为1疗程。
本发明纯天然，安全无副作用，能改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，消除疲劳，改善睡眠，具有祛风除湿止痛，强筋骨功效。
