Abstract
本发明涉及具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,所述面料包括:弹性系列的气体片,向左右上下方向连续地形成有多个气体单元,所述气体片的伸长率为200~800%,拉伸强度在70~200kg/cm2的范围内,所述多个气体单元以球形分别独立地形成,且伸长率优秀,在所述多个气体单元的内部填充有适合用途的气体;以及里料和表料,与所述气体片的内外侧相粘结,来以适合用途的方式使用。本发明的面料可用作消防服或救生服。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,更具体地,涉及如下具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,在面料的内部设置有气体片,上述气体片形成有多个气体单元,上述多个气体单元以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,在气体片的内部分别独立地填充有二氧化碳或氦气,随着各个气体单元独立地维持,根据需要,分别在适当的环境下,独立地破裂,或者维持原样,来增进使用的便利性,可长时间持续效力,从而可用作消防服或救生服。
背景技术
镇压火灾及救助人命的消防员等的工作人员为了从高温的火焰保护身体的同时阻隔高温的辐射热而穿消防用防水防火服。
根据特殊防火服标准规格,这种消防用防水防火服由表料、中间层、里料及毡形成。
表料应为聚苯并咪唑(PBI,Polybenzimidazole)类纤维、聚苯并恶唑(PBO,Polybenz oxazole)类纤维或等同以上的成为纤维的织物,或者,表料中,聚苯并咪唑类纤维,聚苯并恶唑类纤维的防火服组成比率应为30%以上,其余面料成分应使用芳纶类纤维或等同以上性能的面料,组织应为超强防撕(Rip-Stop)。并且,中间层、里料及毡应使用隔热性能优秀且透湿性能和防水性能优秀的材料。并且,里料应使用芳纶类纤维或以等同以上柔和且吸汗力好的材料,当在中间层或里料中使用毡时,毡应使用与中间层或里料相同的材料。
在这种消防用防水防火服中,针对热防护性能、重量、内皮洗涤时间、原材料价格等的基准进行规格化,当前,详细地规定有韩国国内规格及国际防火协会(美国国家防火协会(NFPA))规格。
根据以往的消防用防水防火服的面料层叠结构,通过表料、中间层、里料及毡可呈现一定程度的热防护性能,但由于呈现低于美国国家防火协会基准的热防护性能,因而存在无法从火伤等安全地保护穿戴人员的问题。并且,在身体-里料-毡-防透湿面料的层叠结构中,存在因无法发挥透湿性能而导致穿戴感非常不好,由此降低活动性的问题。并且,还存在如下问题:由于毡是与棉相同的材质,因而当洗涤后进行干燥时,干燥时间为大致3天以上,非常长,由此直到穿上完全干燥的消防用防水防火服为止,需要太长的时间。
为了解决这种问题,在韩国专利第10-0964968号的名称为“具有气囊的消防用防水防火服内部面料及利用其的消防用防水防火服”的发明中,提出具有气囊的消防用防水防火服内部面料,上述气囊由耐热性毡、多孔性的聚氨酯片及芳纶面料依次层叠而成,上述多孔性的聚氨酯片具有在内部形成有气泡的多个气囊,上述芳纶面料由具有耐热性的芳香族聚酰胺类纤维形成,但是,虽然在上述聚氨酯片内部形成有多个气囊,但这种气囊的缓冲效果少,且内部未填充有用于阻隔防火热气的气体,因而存在无法正常发挥隔热效果的问题。
并且,使用于以往的救生服的材质填充有厚的合成树脂类的内部填充物,导致穿戴感不好,且空气含量降低,因而浮力变差,且因由不易弯折或不弯曲的材质形成而存在制约人体活动性的很多问题。

发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的在于,为了解决这种问题,提供如下可作为多用途使用的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,在面料的内部设置有气体片,上述气体片形成有多个气体单元,上述多个气体单元以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有二氧化碳或氦气,上述气体片的伸缩性良好,随着各个气体单元独立地维持,分别在适当的环境下,根据用途独立地破裂,或者维持原样,来增进使用的便利性,可长时间持续效力,从而可用作消防服或救生服。
(二)技术方案

本发明的这种目的通过具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的消防用面料实现,上述具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的消防用面料包括:气体片,形成有多个气体单元,上述多个气体单元以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有二氧化碳;柔和且吸汗力良好的芳纶类里料,位于气体片的内侧;以及表料,由聚苯并咪唑类纤维、聚苯并恶唑类纤维或等同以上的成为纤维的织物或聚苯并咪唑类纤维、聚苯并恶唑类纤维的防火服组成比率为30%以上的防火织物制备而成,位于气体片的外侧。
本发明的这种目的通过具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的救命用面料实现,上述具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的救命用面料包括:气体片,形成有多个气体单元,上述多个气体单元以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有氦气,上述气体片的伸缩性良好;柔和且吸汗力良好的芳纶类里料,位于气体片的内侧;以及表料,由浮于水面的纤维织造而成的浮力织物或防水织物形成,上述浮力织物或防水织物包括比重大于水的芯纤维和在上述芯纤维的外层含有90~99%以上的浮力剂的涂敷层,位于气体片的外侧。
(三)有益效果
本发明的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的面料包括:气体片,形成有多个气体单元,上述多个气体单元以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有二氧化碳或氦气,上述多个气体单元的伸缩性优秀;柔和且吸汗力良好的芳纶类里料,位于气体片的内侧;以及表料,由防火织物或浮力织物或普通的防水织物形成,位于气体片的外侧,在面料的内部设置有气体片,上述气体片形成有多个气体单元,上述多个气体单元以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有二氧化碳或氦气,随着各个气体单元独立地维持,分别在适当的环境下,在规定条件下,根据用途独立地破裂,或者维持原样,来增进使用的便利性,可长时间持续效力,从而具有可用作消防服或救生服的优秀效果。

如图1所示,本发明的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的面料包括:弹性系列的气体片1,向左右上下方向连续地形成有多个气体单元11,上述气体片1的伸长率为200~800%,上述多个气体单元11以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,且伸长率优秀,在上述多个气体单元11的内部填充有适合用途的气体;以及里料2和表料3,与上述气体片1的内外侧相粘结,来以适合用途的方式使用。
上述弹性系列的气体片1均可以为伸长率在200~800%范围的橡胶或合成树脂,作为这种气体片1的材质,还可使用橡胶、合成橡胶、耐油橡胶、耐热橡胶、丁基橡胶、聚硫橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、丙烯酸橡胶、硅橡胶、氟橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶等橡胶系列或聚氨酯、丙烯酸、硅、聚乙烯、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯(CPS)等合成树脂系列,这种气体片1所需的物理性质首先要求伸长率优秀且拉伸强度在70~200kg/cm2的范围内。
在填充于上述气体片1的气体单元11内的气体以适合用途的方式使用于消防服的情况下,填充二氧化碳,在填充于上述气体片1的气体单元11内的气体用作救生服的情况下,填充氦气。在本实施例中,上述气体片1连续地形成有圆形的气体单元11,为了提高穿戴感,在上述气体单元11的上下以上下方式附着有平板型塑料12。
向上述气体片1的气体单元11内填充气体的方式中,可在使密闭的空间300内与形成有气体单元成型槽301a的一对吸引辊301的气体片1合体之前的位置,在用于喷射气体的喷嘴302喷射气体之后,直接借助气体单元成型槽301a贴合气体片1来填充气体,但并不局限于此,还可通过在密闭的空间向上下方向工作的冲压方式向气体单元11内填充气体。
优选地,使用于上述气体片1的内侧的里料2使穿戴人员感觉到安乐的穿戴感,但在用作消防服或救生服的情况下,可优选地,使用具有防水性的里料。
使用于上述气体片1的外侧的表料3可根据用途不同,在用作消防服的情况下,使用由耐火纤维织造而成的表料,在用作救生服的情况下,可使用具有浮力的浮力纤维或通常的防水覆盖物。
如图3所示,本发明第一实施例的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料A包括:气体片1,形成有多个气体单元11,上述多个气体单元以球形形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有二氧化碳G1;柔和且吸汗力良好的芳纶类里料2,位于气体片1的内侧;以及表料3,由聚苯并咪唑类耐火纤维织造而成,位于气体片1的外侧。
在本实施例中,上述气体片1由聚氨酯制备而成。上述聚氨酯是利用由醇基和异氰酸基的结合形成的氨基甲酸乙酯键结合而成的高分子化合物的总称。代表性的是由合成纤维制备而成的氨纶纤维。氨基甲酸乙酯类合成橡胶也广泛使用,氨基甲酸乙酯类合成橡胶有聚酯类和聚醚类,聚酯类通过使丙二醇和乙二醇与己二酸进行反应来制备成聚酯,将在两端具有OH基的分子量为3000的聚酯氨基甲酸乙酯化成萘-1,5-二异氰酸的同时制备成高分子,并且,聚醚类为在氧化丙烯中混合一些氧化乙烯来先制备成聚醚,然后使其两侧的OH基与甲苯二异氰酸进行反应来制备成高分子量的聚氨酯。由这种拉伸强度优秀且伸长率优秀的聚氨酯制备气体片,但并不局限于此,还可使用聚乙烯,聚乙烯制备如下:对石油的原油进行分馏来分离石脑油部分(100~200℃流出部分),并分解石脑油部分来分取约25%的乙烯,并使上述乙烯聚合,根据这种聚合方法生成多种聚乙烯,低密度聚乙烯(软质聚乙烯)和高密度聚乙烯(硬质聚乙烯)为主要产品,优选为低密度聚乙烯,这种低密度聚乙烯通过将微量的空气作为催化剂在1000atm且200℃以上的高压条件下,加热而制成,因此,通常称为高压聚乙烯,密度为0.91左右,由于具有支链,因而分子排列不充分,结晶化的部分为65%左右,因而变得松软而容易拉长,虽然拉伸强度略小,但耐冲击性大。
在本实施例中记述,为了用作消防服而使用因耐热性弱而在100℃下可实现破裂的聚氨酯,但并不局限于此,还可使用作为热塑性合成树脂的聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯及聚氨酯。这种热塑性合成树脂为已公知的物质,利用这种物质可制备弹性恢复力优秀的上述气体片1。
在使用聚氨酯的情况下,使用软质聚氨酯,这种软质聚氨酯具有优秀的缓冲性、延伸率拉伸强度及耐磨耗性好的机械强度,因而可优秀地使用。
在本发明中,形成上述气体片1的各气体单元11的形成材质的厚度可根据所使用的合成树脂而变更,上述厚度大致为0.05mm~0.9mm之间的范围,各气体单元11的直径为2mm至15mm之间,可根据用途进行选择。即,在需要大的拉伸强度的情况下,优选地,使直径最大,且使厚度变厚。
在本实施例中,形成上述气体片1的多个气体单元11的厚度为0.2mm且大小为直径3mm,但这种大小只不过是一个实施例,其厚度和大小可根据用途而变更。
在本实施例中,在上述气体单元11内填充有二氧化碳,这种二氧化碳作为气体状态的二氧化碳可用作冷却材料,因而当制备如图3所示的消防服100时,在发火现场中穿戴时,填充的二氧化碳膨胀,当加热至规定温度以上时,在100℃温度下,使用聚氨酯,因而若超过100℃,则各气体单元11独立地破裂,因而根据得到加热的部位逐渐地进行破裂,且破裂的部分得到冷却来可用作冷却材料,在借助一定程度的冲击或高温破裂的情况下,具有分别独立的空间,破裂之前被按压并吸收冲击来给予充分的缓冲效果,当破裂时,二氧化碳被放出,并可用作优秀的冷却材料。
在本实施例中确认如下:上述气体片1的气体单元11破裂之前的载荷为300kgf/cm2,在破裂之前,气体单元11收缩并吸收冲击来具有充分的缓冲效果,这种气体单元11向前后左右方向连续地形成,因而还可承受更大的500kgf/cm2以上的破裂载荷。
作为上述里料,在本实施例中记述为使用芳纶类里料2,但只要包含压薄面料来用作织物材质,就可使用任意物质。
在本实施例中,在上述气体片1的内侧附着有芳纶类里料2,通过与穿戴人员的身体相接触,来感到舒适的穿戴感,在上述气体片1的外侧附着有由聚苯并咪唑类耐火纤维织造而成的表料3,从而既对热具有大的耐久性,还可从火气保护穿戴人员。
在本发明的第二实施例中,对用作救生服的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料A进行说明。如图4所示,本发明第二实施例的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料A包括:气体片1,形成有多个气体单元11,上述多个气体单元11以球形的形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有氦气G2;柔和且吸汗力良好的芳纶类里料2,位于气体片1的内侧;以及表料4,由浮力织物形成,上述浮力织物由包括含有比重大于水的芯纤维和90~99%以上的浮力剂的涂敷层的浮于水面的纤维织造而成,并位于气体片1的外侧。在本实施例中,作为上述气体片1使用耐油橡胶来阻隔了水分的流入。
由上述浮力织物制备而成的表料4在比重大于水的芯纤维的外层包括含有90~99%以上的浮力剂的涂敷层,由于上述浮力剂是油系统,因而具有带大的极性的与水几乎没有亲和力的亲油性,由此,在外层涂敷有上述浮力剂的纤维中,水不向纤维内部渗透,从而纤维内部的空气层不因水而消失,因而具有最大化的浮力。但是,可不使用由这种浮力织物制备而成的表料4,而利用通常的防水织物或用作通常的外皮的织物,作为表料4。
并且,如图4所示,在由本发明第二实施例的面料A制造而成的救生服100中,其袖子101或裤脚102借助橡皮筋等弹性部件进行密闭,因而即使长时间浮于水面,水分也不向救生服100内流入,并通过气体片1的气体单元11处于与外部空气阻隔的状态,因而防止因水分而降低体温,从而导致低体温症引起的死亡等危险。
如上所述,本发明的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料包括:气体片,形成有多个气体单元,上述多个气体单元以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有二氧化碳或氦气;柔和且吸汗力良好的芳纶类里料,位于气体片的内侧;以及表料,由防火织物或浮力织物或普通的防水织物制备而成,位于气体片的外侧,在面料的内部设置有气体片,上述气体片形成有多个气体单元,上述多个气体单元以球形或与球形类似的形态分别独立地形成,在上述多个气体单元的内部分别独立地填充有二氧化碳或氦气,随着各个气体单元独立地维持,当镇压火灾时,在适当的环境下,独立地进行破裂,来确保消防员的安全,并增进使用的便利性,且可长时间持续效力,当在海上遇难时,可与外部空气阻隔来维持体温,从而可优秀地用作救命服。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的具有形成有独立的气体单元的气体片的面料可在通常的面料的制造产业中反复地制造相同的产品,因而可称为具有产业上的可利用性的发明。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,其特征在于,包括:弹性系列的气体片(1),向左右上下方向连续地形成有多个气体单元(11),所述气体片(1)的伸长率为200~800%,拉伸强度在70~200kg/cm2的范围内,所述多个气体单元(11)以球形分别独立地形成,且伸长率优秀,在所述多个气体单元(11)的内部填充有适合用途的气体,各个气体单元(11)在适当的环境下独立的破裂或维持原样,破裂时的环境温度为100摄氏度以下;以及里料(2)和表料(3),所述气体单元(11)的上下以上下方式附着有平板型塑料(12),所述里料(2)和表料(3)经由平板型塑料(12)与气体片(1)无间隙地接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,其特征在于,所述气体片(1)为选自橡胶、合成橡胶、耐油橡胶、耐热橡胶、丁基橡胶、聚硫橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、丙烯酸橡胶、硅橡胶、氟橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶系列或聚氨酯、丙烯酸、硅、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯的合成树脂系列中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,其特征在于,用于形成所述气体片(1)的各气体单元(11)的材质的厚度为0.05mm~0.9mm的范围,各气体单元(11)的直径为2mm至15mm的范围。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,其特征在于,
在所述气体片(1)的气体单元(11)的内部填充有二氧化碳,
在所述气体片(1)的内侧附着有织物用里料(2),
在所述气体片(1)的外侧附着有由耐火纤维织造而成的表料(3)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有形成有多个独立的气体单元的气体片的面料,其特征在于,
在所述气体片(1)的气体单元(11)的内部填充有氦气,
在所述气体片(1)的内侧附着有织物用里料(2),
在所述气体片(1)的外侧附着有由防水织物织造而成的表料(3)。
