本发明公开了含藻酸丙二醇酯和炔螨特的农药杀虫组合物,藻酸丙二醇酯和炔螨特的重量比为1:80‑60:1。本发明的组合物防治柑橘红蜘蛛有优异的效果,减少了农药用药量,降低了农药在作物上的残留量,减轻了环境污染,对人畜安全,环境相容性好,害虫不易产生抗药性。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及的时一种含藻酸丙二醇酯和炔螨特的农药组合物及其应用。
背景技术
炔螨特,中文名:2-(4-特丁基苯氧基)环己基丙炔-2-基亚硫酸酯,英文名称:Propargite。属高效、低毒杀螨剂,具有触杀和胃毒作用,无渗透和内吸作用。对幼若螨和成螨效果好,杀卵效果较差。可有效防治苹果树、棉花、黄瓜、葡萄和蔬菜上叶螨类害虫。
藻酸丙二醇酯是一种常用的食品添加剂,对人畜和环境都无害,且其在也上可以作为一种物理作用机理的生物杀虫药物,作用方式为触杀,以其特有的粘性和物理触杀性,快速封闭和堵塞害虫用于呼吸代谢的气孔,阻断害虫的代谢和循环通道,使其窒息死亡,能够有效的防治白粉虱、红蜘蛛、梨木虱、茶小绿叶蝉、蚜虫和稻飞虱等农业上较难防治的害虫。
申请人意外的发现,将藻酸丙二醇酯和炔螨特复配可以提高杀虫效果,扩大杀虫谱,提高药剂的持效性和速效性,降低用药量,减轻药剂选择压力,延缓抗性的产生和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好的含藻酸丙二醇酯的高效杀虫组合物。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种含藻酸丙二醇酯和炔螨特的杀虫组合物,其中,藻酸丙二醇和炔螨特的重量比为1:80-60:1,优选为1:40-40:1,更优选为1:10-10:1。
进一步的,所述藻酸丙二醇酯和炔螨特两者占组合物重量比的1-80%,优选为10-50%。
进一步的,所述组合物可以辅以农药辅助成分配制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型,所述的剂型可以选自可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、干悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
进一步的,所述组合物用于防治多种农业上的害虫,尤其是柑橘红蜘蛛。
本发明的组合物的施用频率和使用量随农作物、害虫、天气情况变化而又小量变化,可以通过使用适当的剂量达到有效防治的目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:与单剂相比,所述组合物之间具有明显的增效作用,提高了防治效果;所述的组合物活性成分具有双重作用机理,有利于延缓害虫抗药性的产生;本发明的组合物对作物安全、持效性和速效性均优良。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加明确,下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
一、制剂实施例
实施例1: 21%藻酸丙二醇酯·炔螨特水乳剂(20:1)
藻酸丙二醇酯 20%

乙二醇 3%
有机硅消泡剂 0.5%

二、室内毒力测定
试验对象为柑橘红蜘蛛。将原药配制成需要的试验药剂,试验方法参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T1154. 13-2008》。首先将单剂及各混配药剂设置5个不同浓度梯度(在预备试验结果的基础上,红蜘蛛死亡率在5%〜90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。试虫为采自田间的红蜘蛛,在实验室挑选龄期均匀一致的成螨,放入带有叶片的培养皿内,每皿40头虫子,每处理4个培养皿,重复3次,用potter喷雾塔在50PSI压力下喷雾,每次喷一个皿,每皿喷药液3ml,然后将处理过的培养皿放入12H/12H 光照培养箱内培养,48小时检查死虫数,空白对照喷等量清水,计算死亡率。 通过死亡率的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的LC50值,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),以此来评价供试药剂对试虫的活性。试验结果见表1。
室内毒力试验表明,藻酸丙二醇酯与炔螨特复配防治柑橘红蜘蛛在1:40-60:1时,共毒系数均大于120,说明两者在1:40-60:1的范围内复配表现出增效作用,当藻酸丙二醇酯炔螨特在配比为20:1-40:1时,增效作用更为突出,共毒系数均大于140,其中当两者复配比例为20:1,共毒系数最高,为221.44。
三、田间药效试验
为了更好的验证本发明的实际应用效果,下面采用本发明的实施例的制剂,做柑橘红蜘蛛田间药效试验,施药前调查虫口基数,药后14天、40天分别残留虫口数,调查是每小区查两株,每棵树按照东南西北4个方位分别查5片叶,每小区共查40片叶,进行防治效果统计,同时观察试验药剂对柑橘有无药害产生。
由表2可以看出,藻酸丙二醇酯与炔螨特复配后能有效防治柑橘红蜘蛛,防效均好于单剂的防效内,增效作用明显,且在用药范围内对靶标作物无不良影响。

1.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物的剂型为水乳剂,组成如下:
藻酸丙二醇酯 20%
炔螨特 1%
二甲苯 10%
农乳600# 10%
羟甲基纤维素 1%
乙二醇 3%
有机硅消泡剂 0.5%
去离子水 余量。
