本发明涉及一种含藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼的杀虫组合物,两种有效成分的重量比为1:20‑30:1,优选为1:10‑10:1,所述的杀虫组合物在上述配比内具有一定的协同增效作用,可以减少农药使用量,对环境友好安全。

一种含藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼的农药组合物
技术领域
本申请涉及农药制剂加工领域,具体涉及的是一种含藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼的农药组合物及其应用。
背景技术
藻酸丙二醇酯是一种常用的食品添加剂,对人畜和环境都无害,且其在也上可以作为一种物理作用机理的生物杀虫药物,作用方式为触杀,以其特有的粘性和物理触杀性,快速封闭和堵塞害虫用于呼吸代谢的气孔,阻断害虫的代谢和循环通道,使其窒息死亡,能够有效的防治白粉虱、红蜘蛛、梨木虱、茶小绿叶蝉、小菜蛾、蚜虫和稻飞虱等农业上较难防治的害虫。
甲氧虫酰肼,属于双酰肼类杀虫剂,是一种昆虫生长调节剂,害虫取食药剂后,即产生蜕皮反应开始蜕皮,由于不能完全蜕皮而导致幼虫脱水、饥饿而死亡,主要用于防治鳞翅目害虫的幼虫,例如甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、小菜蛾等,对人畜和环境安全,适用于防治蔬菜、茶树、果树、观赏植物及水稻等作物上的鳞翅目害虫,是综合防治中较为理想的选择性杀虫剂。但是,此类杀虫剂速效性较差,且单独使用时,害虫容易产生抗药性。
目前,由于农业生产上易产生抗性的害虫防治,主要办法是开发与现有农药品种无交互抗性的新农药成分或已有农药品种之间的复配,前者由于所需的开发成本高、周期长,而且目前开发速度远远比不上害虫抗药性产生的速度。因此,对于作用机理不同的农药品种进行混配时一种较佳的选择,通过合理的复配,可以提高防效,减少有效成分用量,节约成本,延缓害虫抗药性的产生,进而能够减轻甚至避免农药对食物和环境的污染。
本申请的发明人经过大量的试验,发现将藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼复配后,对小菜蛾的防治具有明显的增效作用,可以延缓害虫抗药性的产生,显著提高农药活性成分的防治效果,降低农药用药量,符合“农药”零增长的需求。目前,尚无关于藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好的含藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼的农药组合物。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种含藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼的农药组合物,其中,藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼的重量比为1:20-30:1,优选为1:1-10:1。
进一步的,所述藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼占组合物重量比为1-70%,优选为20-50%。
进一步的,所述组合物可以辅以农药制剂加工中常规的助剂加工成为任意一种剂型,所述的剂型可以选择可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、干悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
进一步的,所述组合物用于防治多种农业上的害虫,尤其是小菜蛾。
本发明的组合物的施用频率和使用量随农作物、害虫、天气情况变化而又小量变化,可以通过使用适当的剂量达到有效防治的目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:与单剂相比,所述组合物之间具有明显的增效作用,提高了防治效果;所述的组合物活性成分具有双重作用机理,有利于延缓害虫抗药性的产生;本发明的组合物对作物安全、持效性和速效性均优良。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用于解释本发明,但不能因此理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的时,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
一、制剂实施例
1、实施例1:21%藻酸丙二醇酯·甲氧虫酰肼可湿性粉剂(1:20)
藻酸丙二醇酯 1%
甲氧虫酰肼 20%
木质素磺酸钠 3%
白炭黑 5%
十二烷基硫酸钠 2%
高岭土 余量
2、实施例2:24%藻酸丙二醇酯·甲氧虫酰肼水分散粒剂(1:1)
藻酸丙二醇酯 12%
甲氧虫酰肼 12%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐 4%
木质素磺酸钠 5%
硫酸铵 2%
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 3%
硅藻土 余量
3、实施例3:22%藻酸丙二醇酯·甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂(4:7)

二、生物活性测定
为了进一步了解藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼对农作物害虫的毒力,进行了大量配方筛选,试验参照杀虫剂农药室内生物测定试验准则(农业行业标准NY/T1154.7—2006)和创制农药生物活性评价SOP(杀虫剂卷),试验靶标为小菜蛾三龄幼虫,采用浸渍法,处理后24小时调查试虫死亡情况,记录总虫数和死亡数,计算各药剂的LC50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值),试验结果见表1。
试验结果表明,藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼混配后对小菜蛾防治作用较好,在1:20-20:1的范围内,两者复配后共毒系数均大于120,表现出协同增效作用,其中,当两者的质量比为1:10-10:1时,共毒系数均大于140,协同增效作用更明显。
三、田间药效试验
为了更好的验证本发明的农药组合物的实际应用效果,将本发明的实施例制剂进行防治小菜蛾田间药效试验,作物为甘蓝,于甘蓝包心前期进行施药,小菜蛾虫态为幼虫,以低龄幼虫为主,施药方法为叶面均匀喷雾,试验调查依据农业部药检所“农药田间药效试验准则(一)——杀虫剂防治十字花科蔬菜的鳞翅目幼虫”规定进行,每试验小区采用5点取样,每点调查2株,共调查10株甘蓝。分别于药后3天、7天统计试验药剂防治效果,试验结果见表2。
从表2可以看 出,实施例中不同比例的混配药剂,对小菜蛾药后3天、7天的防效均表现优异,持效性和速效性较好,实施例药剂的防效明显好于对照药剂0.12%藻酸丙二醇酯悬浮剂和24%甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂。根据试验观察,在用药范围内,各个药剂处理对甘蓝均无药害,同时,试验中观察到药剂处理对蚜虫等害虫也有较好的防治效果。
综合室内生测及田间药效试验,本发明的藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼的农药组合物与单剂相比,单位用药量少,具有速效性好、持效期长的优点,所以,在本发明的组合物具有很好的应用和推广价值。

Claims (6)

1.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述藻酸丙二醇酯和甲氧虫酰肼的重量比为1:20-30:1,优选为1:10-10:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物辅以农药制剂加工中的辅助成分制备成农药制剂加工中的任意一种剂型。
4.权利要求3所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、干悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物用于防除农业上害虫的用途。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用途,其特征在于,所述害虫为小菜蛾。
