技术领域
本发明涉及用于生产电子模块的方法,以及相应的电子模块。
背景技术
在现有技术中,传统的电子模块可被用作显示器、照明设施或摄像机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供新型的电子模块,其可被用作显示器、照明设施或摄像机。
为了达成这目的,本发明的方法的特征在于以下步骤:
a)提供导电层
b)通过黏性的电绝缘层将至少一个电子构件贴附至该导电层上
c)以透明箔包嵌该至少一个电子构件
d)将该至少一个电子构件与该导电层作电接触。
在下文中,为了简化起见,本发明将大部分参照发光构件以作说明。但其实本发明是旨在涵盖大量的电子构件的。术语“发光构件”和“电子构件”将于本说明书中可替代地使用。在本发明的背境中所拟采用的电子构件将于下文提及。

具体实施方式

Claims (21)

1.用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
a)提供导电层(1);
b)以黏性的电绝缘层(3)将至少一个电子构件(2)贴附在该导电层(1)上;
c)以透明箔(5)包嵌该至少一个电子构件(2);
d)将之前包嵌在透明箔(5)中的该至少一个电子构件(2)与该导电层(1)电接触;

3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该电子构件(2)是倒装LED晶片构件。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该步骤d)包含将该导电层(1)和该黏性的电绝缘层(3)激光钻孔的步骤。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于在将该电子构件(2)贴附在该导电层(1)上的步骤前,将反光层(6)施加至该导电层(1)。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该反光层(6)是由选自由阻焊剂和陶瓷膏组成的群组的物料形成的。
7.如权利要求5所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该反光层(6)是由选自由金属层和氧化层组成的群组的层形成的。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该透明箔(5)是乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的箔。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于,包嵌该电子构件(2)是包含通过真空层压方法以1巴至5巴的抽吸压力、130℃的温度将该透明箔(5)层压。
10.如权利要求1所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该透明箔(5)是以保护层(8)覆盖,保护层是玻璃片的形式。
11.如权利要求1或10所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该保护层(8)是与该透明箔(5)一起施加的。
12.如权利要求1所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该透明箔(5)是被化学地弄粗糙了的。
13.如权利要求1所述的用于生产电子模块的方法,其特征在于该黏性的电绝缘层(3)是选自由黏胶层和黏胶带组成的群组。
14.电子模块,其包含至少一个电子构件(2),其特征在于电子构件(2)以黏性的电绝缘层(3)贴附至导电层(1),电子构件(2)被透明箔(5)包嵌,该透明箔(5)是被结构化为具浮雕般的表面结构。
15.如权利要求14所述的电子模块,其特征在于该电子构件(2)是从由发光二极管LED、激光二极管、光电二极管和照相传感器组成的群组中选出。
16.如权利要求14或15所述的电子模块,其特征在于该电子构件(2)是倒装LED晶片构件。
17.如权利要求14至15之任一所述的电子模块,其特征在于有反光层(6)被施加至该导电层(1)。
18.如权利要求17所述的电子模块,其特征在于该反光层(6)是由选自由阻焊剂和陶瓷膏组成的群组的物料形成的。
19.如权利要求17所述的电子模块,其特征在于该反光层(6)是由选自由金属层和氧化层组成的群组的层形成的。
20.如权利要求14所述的电子模块,其特征在于该透明箔(5)是乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的箔。
21.如权利要求14所述的电子模块,其特征在于该透明箔(5)是以保护层(8)覆盖,保护层是玻璃片的形式。
