Abstract

一种万向接轴虎口的修复方法,其特征是用机加工法加工掉虎口(2)磨损和变形部分,依据虎口(2)的形状尺寸加工相应的两对称弧形镶板(4),将此镶板(4)与虎口(2)配合并进行周边焊接,并选8~10点塞焊固牢。该方法工艺简单,或重复修复使用,经济耐用。

Description

万向接轴虎口的修复方法
本发明属于机械加工领峨,具体是对轧机万向接轴虎口修复方法。
目前,国内大多数轧机均采用滑块式万向接轴。与轧机端相联接的虎口,在使用中由于滑润条件差,受冲击负载大,造成虎口磨损及挤压变形;此变形量的增大,造成铜滑块装配间隙的加大,铜滑块消耗上升,严重时造成轧辊上叉头断裂,根据统计一个年产60万吨钢板的中板厂,万向接轴滑块的消耗量在10吨左右.价值约6呖元。修复虎口补偿滑块装配同隙,过去采用堆焊法存在同题较多,其一是工艺过程复杂;其二堆焊层强度不够,耐磨性差,使用寿命短;其三堆焊法只能使用一次。
本发明采用镶板法对其间隙进行修复,具有操作简便、实用性强,并可反复进行修复使用。
本发明的技术方案是,用机加工法加工摔虎口磨损和变形部分,依据虎口原尺寸加工一镶板,将此镶板放入虎口内,用周边焊接将镶板固定于虎口内,再在镶板上均匀选8~10点进行塞焊固牢。
本发明的有益效果是采用该修复方法工艺简单易于操作,选用强度高的材料作镶板,耐磨性好。并能反复多次修复使用延长万向接轴和滑块使用寿命。

用机加工法加工掉虎口磨损和变形部分,依据虎口(2)原尺寸加工一镶板(4),此镶板(4)为两对称园弧形板,将此镶板(4)放入虎口(2)内,周边焊接将镶板(4)固定于虎口(2)内,再在镶板(4)上均匀选取8~10条塞焊点(1)进行塞焊固牢。

1、一种万向接轴虎口的修复方法,其特征是用机加工法加工掉虎口(2)磨损和变形部分,依据虎口(2)的形状尺寸加工两对称弧形镶板(4),将此镶板(4)与虎口配合周边焊接,再在镶板(4)上均匀选取8~10个塞焊点(1)塞焊固牢。
