Abstract

一种修复冷轧辊的工艺方法,将冷轧辊预热到150-250℃,先用低碳焊丝焊一层底层,然后用高硬度耐磨焊丝堆焊,保温2-4小时以后进行缓冷,最后进行机械加工,使冷轧辊达到精度要求。本方法简易,修复的冷轧辊硬度较高,不产生裂纹,寿命提高2-6倍。

Description

一种修复冷轧辊的工艺方法
本发明涉及一种修复冷轧辊的工艺方法,尤其涉及将高硬度耐磨焊丝堆焊  在需修复的部位修复冷轧辊的工艺方法。
冶金工业的冷轧辊消耗量很大,对冷轧辊的技术性能要求颇高,尤其是要求它硬度高,耐磨损。目前国内外均未解决冷轧辊焊补修复的工艺技术,因此每年大批冷轧辊报废,实属于浪费,主要是焊丝不合要求,而且焊补工艺方法也不对,冷轧辊的硬度超过HRC60时,就会出现裂纹,而且美国专家也断言,冷轧辊焊补后,焊度不能超过HRC60,苏联专家也认为堆焊材料硬度超过HRC60,出现裂纹是不可避免的。总之,到目前为止对于冷轧辊的焊补修复,目前仍没有解决。
本发明的目的是要提供一种通过堆焊高硬度耐磨焊丝修复冷轧辊的工艺方法,它可以解决冷轧辊堆焊修复问题,使冷轧辊修复部位的硬度达HRC60以上,而且不发生裂纹。
使用高硬度耐磨焊丝堆焊修复冷轧辊的工艺方法如下:
(1)预热:首先把欲修复的冷轧辊预热到150-250℃;
(2)堆焊:预热以后,先用低碳的焊丝焊一层底层,然后使用高硬度耐磨焊丝进行堆焊;
(3)保温、缓冷:焊补以后,保温2-4小时,就进行缓冷;
(4)机械加工:焊层用车床或磨床进行加工,使冷轧辊精度尺寸符合要求。
与现有技术相比,使用高硬度耐磨焊丝修复冷轧辊的工艺方法具有下列优点:
1.工艺简单,可以焊补修复冷轧辊,使冷轧辊精度尺寸符合要求,且硬度达到HRC62以上,甚至达到HRC69。
2.无裂纹产生。
3.修复的冷轧辊,其寿命提高2-6倍,且降低了成本。

Claims (1)

1.一种修复冷轧辊的工艺方法,其特征在于该方法包括4个步骤:
(1)预热:首先把欲修复的冷轧辊预热到150-250℃;
(2)堆焊:预热以后,先用低碳的焊丝焊一层底层,然后使用高硬度耐磨焊丝堆焊;
(3)保温、缓冷:焊补以后,保温2-4小时,就进行缓冷;
(4)机械加工:焊层用车床或磨床进行加工,使冷轧辊精度尺寸符合要求。
