Abstract

本发明公开了一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法，包括以下步骤：（1）、首先分别织造面层面料和底层面料，所述的面层面料设置有方形布孔；（2）制作二维码布标：先把面料信息存入数据库，从数据库中调取出相对应的数据生成二维码后，通过喷码设备将二维码喷印在标签上形成二维码布标；（3）将二维码布标与面层面料上的布孔处复合在一起，然后将底层面料与面层面料复合，从而将二维表布标夹在中间。本发明旨在提供一种标签稳固不易脱落的印制面料上的二维码生产方法，该生产方法生产出的面料具有信息查询方便、信息齐全的功能。

一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及二维码应用领域，具体的说，尤其是一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法。
背景技术
随着纺织行业的发展，纺织面料生产商越来越多，同时市场上的面料同样多种多样，但质量却参差不齐，也有部分厂商冒用其它品牌进行生产销售，导致面料市场发展畸形，因此各厂商在生产面料后均附带有各自厂商的信息标签，该标签通常缝接在面料上，而且标签上记述这面料信息，由于信息量较大，标签明显不够用，从而导致信息简单、字体小，消费者阅读不方便，标签在运输过程中容易折叠或脱落，是消费者误认为是不良产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述的情况，提供一种标签稳固不易脱落的印制面料上的二维码生产方法，该生产方法生产出的面料具有信息查询方便、信息齐全的功能。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）、首先分别织造面层面料和底层面料，所述的面层面料设置有方形布孔；
（2）制作二维码布标：先把面料信息存入数据库，从数据库中调取出相对应的数据生成二维码后，通过喷码设备将二维码喷印在标签上形成二维码布标；
（3）将二维码布标与面层面料上的布孔处复合在一起，然后将底层面料与面层面料复合，从而将二维表布标夹在中间。
上述的一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法中，所述的面料信息包括花型图案、厂商信息、面层面料材质、底层面料材质。
上述的一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法中，所述的标签为单层锦纶面料，该标签上设有布孔边框，所述的布孔边框内喷印有二维码，所述的二维码边线与布孔边框之间的距离为2-3mm。
上述的一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法中，所述的布孔边框与标签的边框之间的距离为1-1.5cm。
上述的一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法中，所述的面层面料为经编起绒面料或涤纶色织针织面料。
本发明采用上述的结构后，二维码布标复合在面层面料与底层面料之间，运输过程中防止二维码布标折叠或脱落，通过面层面料上的布孔露出二维码，方便消费之查阅，而且二维码存储的信息量大，突破传统标签的局限，使消费者清晰明了。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）、首先分别织造面层面料和底层面料，所述的面层面料设置有方形布孔，所述的面层面料为经编起绒面料或涤纶色织针织面料；
（2）制作二维码布标：先把面料信息存入数据库，从数据库中调取出相对应的数据生成二维码后，通过喷码设备将二维码喷印在标签上形成二维码布标；所述的面料信息包括花型图案、厂商信息、面层面料材质、底层面料材质，所述的标签为单层锦纶面料，该标签上设有布孔边框，所述的布孔边框内喷印有二维码，所述的二维码边线与布孔边框之间的距离为2-3mm，所述的布孔边框与标签的边框之间的距离为1-1.5cm；
（3）将二维码布标与面层面料上的布孔处复合在一起，然后将底层面料与面层面料复合，从而将二维表布标夹在中间。
使用该二维码布标时，先通过扫描终端对该二维码布标上的二维码进行扫描，扫描成功后，扫描终端显示出面料相应的花型图案照片或图片、厂商的信息、面层面料材质和底层面料材质，让消费者了解该面料的信息，增加消费透明度。

1.一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）、首先分别织造面层面料和底层面料，所述的面层面料设置有方形布孔；
（2）制作二维码布标：先把面料信息存入数据库，从数据库中调取出相对应的数据生成二维码后，通过喷码设备将二维码喷印在标签上形成二维码布标；
（3）将二维码布标与面层面料上的布孔处复合在一起，然后将底层面料与面层面料复合，从而将二维表布标夹在中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法，其特征在于，所述的面料信息包括花型图案、厂商信息、面层面料材质、底层面料材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法，其特征在于，所述的标签为单层锦纶面料，该标签上设有布孔边框，所述的布孔边框内喷印有二维码，所述的二维码边线与布孔边框之间的距离为2-3mm。
4.根据权利3所述的一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法，其特征在于，所述的布孔边框与标签的边框之间的距离为1-1.5cm。
5.根据权利3所述的一种印制面料上的二维码生产方法，其特征在于，所述的面层面料为经编起绒面料或涤纶色织针织面料。
