Abstract

不杀生的枪,本发明属枪械技术的一个领域。为解除枪械对无辜生命的杀戮,本发明采取了如下技术措施:在枪上安装红外摄像头,红外摄像头对子弹的射击范围进行红外摄像,红外摄像头连接计算机,计算机连接禁止击发装置,当计算机检测到子弹的射击范围内有生命特征的红外图像时指令禁止击发装置禁止射击;这样做的好处是,通过红外摄像头对子弹的射击范围进行红外摄像,利用生命的红外特征作为枪械可否被击发的依据。当红外摄像头在子弹的射击范围内捕捉到生命特征时,计算机发出禁止射击的指令到禁止击发装置,这时枪就失去杀生的功能。

本发明属枪械技术的一个领域。
背景技术
枪可以保卫国家“豺狼来了,迎接它的只有猎枪!”枪也是一种运动用具,奥运会就有射击项目的竞技比赛。但是,枪更容易被人用于滥杀无辜。近日,美国奥兰多发生了严重的枪击案,造成了100多人死伤的惨剧,就是一例。这么多无辜的生命死伤于枪械令人觉得惋惜。那么,能否通过技术手段减小枪械被人用于滥杀无辜,这就是本发明的出发点。
发明内容
为解除枪械对无辜生命的杀戮,本发明采取了如下技术措施:在枪上安装红外摄像头,红外摄像头对子弹的射击范围进行红外摄像,红外摄像头连接计算机,计算机连接禁止击发装置,当计算机检测到子弹的射击范围内有生命特征的红外图像时指令禁止击发装置禁止射击,从而减小枪械被人用于滥杀无辜。
这样做的好处是,通过红外摄像头对子弹的射击范围进行红外摄像,红外图像经计算机处理查找是否有生命特征的生命体,利用生命的红外特征作为枪械可否被击发的依据。当红外摄像头在子弹的射击范围内捕捉到生命特征时,计算机发出禁止射击的指令到禁止击发装置,禁止击发装置接到计算机的指令后启动禁止动作使子弹不能有效击发,这时枪就失去杀生的功能。有效地保护了无辜的生命。

具体实施方式
本申请所述的禁止击发装置是指装在枪械上能接受计算机的指令,阻止子弹被击发的一切装置。能实现这要功能的装置有多种多样。它们主要分为直接禁止、间接禁止等方式。直接禁止其中的一种方式是对子弹的底火进行电控遮挡,使撞针无法撞击子弹的底火。间接禁止方式主要包括电控机械离合器,通过电控机械离合器阻止能量传递给撞针,从而间接禁止了射击;这些禁止击发装置在不同结构的枪械中有不同的具体结构,但功能效果都一样。
本例的禁止击发装置为直接禁止击发装置,该禁止击发装置是在子弹的底火的位置上设置一个电控挡板1,电控挡板1上开设有射击孔5。电控挡板1装在电磁铁4上,电控挡板1与电磁铁4或枪体之间装有弹簧,电控挡板1在电磁铁和弹簧的控制下可上下移动,如图1所示。当电磁铁在计算机的控制下而吸合时,电控挡板1在电磁铁的拉动下向下移动,刚好把子弹的底火遮挡,使枪械的撞针不能撞击子弹的底火。实现了禁止击发,如图2。当电磁铁失电释放时,在弹簧的作用下电控挡板1复位,射击孔5对齐子弹底火,准许射击,如图1所示。
为解除枪械对无辜生命的杀戮,本发明采取了如下技术措施:在枪上安装红外摄像头,红外摄像头可以对子弹的射击范围进行红外摄像,这样可以利用红外摄像头搜索具生命特征的红外线发射体,即生命体。红外摄像头连接了计算机,计算机就可以对红外摄像头所拍摄的图像进行识别。计算机连接禁止击发装置,当计算机检测到子弹的射击范围内有生命特征的红外图像时就指令禁止击发装置阻止枪械射击,从而解除枪械对无辜生命的杀戮。

1.不杀生的枪,主要包括禁止击发装置、计算机,其特征在于:在枪上安装红外摄像头,红外摄像头对子弹的射击范围进行红外摄像,红外摄像头连接计算机,计算机连接禁止击发装置,当计算机检测到子弹的射击范围内有生命特征的红外图像时指令禁止击发装置禁止射击。
