本发明属于脱硫脱硝设备领域,涉及一种脱硫吸收塔用烟道。
背景技术
目前,现有的脱硫用吸收塔的烟道结构单一,回水不方便,支撑不稳定,无法满足使用需求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、使用方便的脱硫吸收塔用烟道。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明的脱硫吸收塔用烟道,其特征在于:吸收塔入口和出口分别连接烟道;烟道外部设置加固支撑架,以防止颤动和振动;烟道设置外部加强筋和内部加强筋,烟道外部包裹保温层;烟道在适当位置配有检修人孔门和清灰孔;烟道内部设置挡板门; 在烟道与烟道的连接处设置膨胀节,在烟道与吸收塔的连接处也设置膨胀节,膨胀节端部采用法兰连接烟道或吸收塔;吸收塔进出口膨胀节采用非金属膨胀节,其余膨胀节采用非金属织物膨胀节;吸收塔入口的烟道内侧粘贴一层4mm厚的玻璃鳞片用于防腐。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单、使用方便,运行稳定,检查、修理方便,清灰方便,使用寿命长。

本发明的脱硫吸收塔用烟道,吸收塔1的入口13和出口14分别连接烟道2;烟道外部设置加固支撑架3,以防止颤动和振动;烟道设置外部加强筋4和内部加强筋5,烟道外部包裹保温层6;烟道在适当位置配有检修人孔门7和清灰孔8;烟道内部设置挡板门9; 在烟道与烟道的连接处设置膨胀节10,在烟道与吸收塔的连接处也设置膨胀节,膨胀节端部采用法兰11连接烟道或吸收塔;吸收塔进出口膨胀节采用非金属膨胀节,其余膨胀节采用非金属织物膨胀节;吸收塔入口的烟道内侧粘贴一层4mm厚的玻璃鳞片12用于防腐。
烟气系统主要包括吸收塔入口烟道、吸收塔出口烟道、及附属风门等设备。
烟道外部进行充分加固和支撑,以防止颤动和振动,并且满足在各种烟气温度和压力下(包括层化和不均匀时),能稳定的运行。
所有烟道采用外部加强筋,设有内部加强筋或支撑。烟道外部加强筋统一间隔排列。加强筋使用统一的规格尺寸或尽量减少加强筋的规格尺寸,以便使敷设在加强筋上的保温层易于安装,并且增加外层美观,加强筋的布置要防止积水。
所有烟道在适当位置配有足够数量和大小的人孔门和清灰孔,以便于烟道(包括膨胀节和挡板门)的维修和检查。另外,人孔门与烟道壁分开保温,便于开启。
在外削角急转弯头和变截面收缩急转弯头处,设置导流板。
烟气挡板门应考虑密封性能,挡板门材质根据烟气特性配置。
膨胀节
(1)设计原则
膨胀节用于补偿烟道热膨胀引起的位移。膨胀节在所有运行和事故条件下都应能吸收全部连接设备和烟道的轴向和径向位移。
所有膨胀节保证无损害、无泄漏,且能承受非正常情况下的高温烟气(180℃)1小时的热冲击,并且能承受系统最大设计正压/负压再加上1000Pa余量的压力。吸收塔进出口膨胀节采用非金属膨胀节,带疏水装置。其余膨胀节采用非金属织物膨胀节。
(2)技术要求
烟道上的膨胀节采用法兰连接,所有膨胀节框架有同样的螺孔间距,间距不超过100mm。
邻近挡板的膨胀节留有充分的距离,防止与挡板的动作部件互相干扰。
吸收塔入口的烟道内侧粘贴一层4mm厚的玻璃鳞片用于防腐。吸收塔底部至2.0m高的区域至少衬2层,4mm厚的玻璃鳞片。

1.一种脱硫吸收塔用烟道,其特征在于:吸收塔入口和出口分别连接烟道;烟道外部设置加固支撑架,以防止颤动和振动;烟道设置外部加强筋和内部加强筋,烟道外部包裹保温层;烟道在适当位置配有检修人孔门和清灰孔;烟道内部设置挡板门; 在烟道与烟道的连接处设置膨胀节,在烟道与吸收塔的连接处也设置膨胀节,膨胀节端部采用法兰连接烟道或吸收塔;吸收塔进出口膨胀节采用非金属膨胀节,其余膨胀节采用非金属织物膨胀节;吸收塔入口的烟道内侧粘贴一层4mm厚的玻璃鳞片用于防腐;
人孔门与烟道壁分开保温,便于开启;
