Abstract

本发明涉及一种上装式低温浮动球阀,包括阀体、球体和阀座组件,球体设于阀体内,阀座组件设于球体与阀体之间,球体的上游和下游均设置有阀座组件;阀座组件包括阀座内环、阀座和阀座支承,阀座套接在阀座内环上,阀座支承套接在阀座上。本发明阀座支承与阀座内环对阀座起到一个保护作用,防止阀座在介质的压力下被压变形,提高了阀门的密封可靠性,延长了阀门使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及通用机械阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种上装式低温浮动球阀。
背景技术
在介质压力作用下,低温浮动球阀球体能产生一定的位移并紧压在出口端的密封面上,保证出口端密封。浮动式球阀的结构简单,密封性好,根据安装方式的不同,球阀分为上装式球阀和侧装式球阀,与侧装式球阀相比,上装式球阀具有减少外漏点,减小管道应力对阀门中法兰的影响等优势,同时上装式球阀可实现在管线上的维修,拆卸简单迅速,维修方便快捷,大大节约了维护时间,将生产中的损失降到最低。但是现有的上装式浮动球阀在介质的压力下阀座易被压变形,进而影响阀门的密封性能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明旨在提供一种上装式低温浮动球阀,能够防止阀座在介质的压力下被压变形。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种上装式低温浮动球阀,包括阀体、球体、阀座组件、上阀体、上阀杆和螺旋弹簧,所述球体设于阀体内,所述阀座组件设于球体与阀体之间,球体的上游和下游均设置有阀座组件;所述阀座组件包括阀座内环、阀座和阀座支承,所述阀座套接在阀座内环上,所述阀座支承套接在阀座上;
所述上阀体设于阀体上方并与阀体固定连接,上阀体和阀体之间形成中腔,所述中腔与阀体的阀腔连通,所述上阀杆设置在上阀体中,所述上阀杆一端与球体连接,上阀杆另一端穿出上阀体;
所述螺旋弹簧套在上阀杆上,所述上阀杆具有阀杆台肩,所述螺旋弹簧一端顶在阀杆台肩上,螺旋弹簧另一端顶在球体上。
进一步的,所述球体上开有相互垂直的泄压孔A和泄压孔B,所述泄压孔A和泄压孔B均与球体的贯通通道连通,所述泄压孔A和泄压孔B均与贯通通道垂直,所述泄压孔B与中腔相连通。
进一步的,所述阀体与阀座组件的配合面为斜面,阀体上、下游的斜面形成楔形口,阀座组件位于楔形口中。
进一步的,还包括圆柱状的下阀杆,所述下阀杆竖直安装在阀体中,下阀杆的顶部伸进球体中并与球体间隙配合,下阀杆与球体同轴设置。
进一步的,所述上阀杆与上阀体之间设有填料组件,在填料组件的上方设有套装在上阀杆外的填料压盖。
进一步的,所述上阀体顶部外端固接有支架,所述上阀杆穿出支架,支架中设有弹簧腔,弹簧腔中设有蝶形弹簧,所述蝶形弹簧套接在上阀杆上。
进一步的,所述填料组件包括填料垫环和填料,所述填料垫环位于填料组件的最下方。
进一步的,所述阀座内环与阀座的接触面为阶梯面,所述阀座与阀座支承的接触面也为阶梯面。
进一步的,所述填料组件还包括填料隔环,所述填料至少有2个,相邻两个填料之间设置填料隔环。
与现有技术比,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明阀座支承与阀座内环对阀座起到一个保护作用,防止阀座在介质的压力下被压变形,提高了阀门的密封可靠性,延长了阀门使用寿命;
(2)阀体与阀座的配合面为斜面,该斜面使得球体重力及弹簧力都能起到辅助密封作用;
(3)螺旋弹簧给予球体一个向下的预紧力,该预紧力通过阀座与阀体间的楔形角,放大并作用于阀座密封面,从而使阀座与球体更好的密封;
(4)下阀杆与球体间隙配合,在不影响阀门密封的同时,防止球体偏心,从而阻止阀门扭矩过大;
(5)泄压孔能辅助中腔超出的压力安全地排放到上游;
(6)可以利用工具直接从填料隔环和填料垫环处整体拆卸填料。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1、2所示,本发明公开的上装式低温浮动球阀,包括阀体1、球体3和阀座组件13,球体3设于阀体1内,阀座组件13设于球体3与阀体1之间,球体3的上游和下游均设置有阀座组件13;阀座组件13包括阀座内环131、阀座132和阀座支承133,阀座132套接在阀座内环131上,阀座支承133套接在阀座132上。阀座支承133的材质为金属,阀座支承133与阀座内环131对阀座132起到一个保护作用,防止阀座在介质的压力下被压变形。
如图3所示,阀体1与阀座组件13的配合面为斜面,阀体1上、下游的斜面间形成楔形口,阀座组件13位于楔形口中。利用楔形力实现阀座组件13的预紧。阀座内环131与阀座132的接触面为阶梯面,阀座132与阀座支承133的接触面也为阶梯面。
上装式低温浮动球阀还包括上阀体6、上阀杆7和螺旋弹簧4,上阀体6设于阀体1上方并与阀体1固定连接,上阀体6通过销5与阀体1固接。上阀体6和阀体1之间形成中腔17,中腔17与阀体1的阀腔连通,上阀杆7设置在上阀体6中,上阀杆7一端与球体3连接,上阀杆7另一端穿出上阀体6;螺旋弹簧4套在上阀杆7上,上阀杆7具有阀杆台肩,螺旋弹簧4一端顶在阀杆台肩上,螺旋弹簧4另一端顶在球体3上。上阀体6外壁设有调节板8。
螺旋弹簧4给予球体一个向下的预紧力,该预紧力通过阀座与阀体间的楔形角,放大并作用于阀座密封面,从而使阀座与球体更好的密封,极大地提高了阀门的密封可靠性,延长了阀门使用寿命。斜面使得球体重力及弹簧力都能起到辅助密封作用,同时,在介质力的作用下,球体中心面以上的受力面积大于球体中心面以下的受力面积,所以给球体一个向下的作用力,使得球体、阀座、阀体三者在介质力的作用下配合更加紧密,也就起到了斜面自密封的作用。
在球体3上加工泄压孔,泄压孔包括泄压孔A14和泄压孔B15。球体3上开有相互垂直的泄压孔A14和泄压孔B15,泄压孔A14和泄压孔B15均与球体3的贯通通道16连通,泄压孔A14和泄压孔B15均与贯通通道16垂直,泄压孔B15与中腔17相连通。该泄压孔能在阀门关闭的时候联通了阀腔与上游方向,能辅助将中腔17中超出的压力安全地排放到上游。
上装式低温浮动球阀还包括圆柱状的下阀杆2,下阀杆2竖直安装在阀体1中,下阀杆2的顶部伸进球体3中并与球体3间隙配合,下阀杆2与球体3同轴设置。下阀杆2与球体间隙配合,在不影响阀门密封的同时,防止球体偏心,从而阻止阀门扭矩过大。
上阀杆7与上阀体6之间设有填料组件9,在填料组件9的上方设有套装在上阀杆7外的填料压盖10。如图4所示,填料组件9包括填料垫环91、填料92和填料隔环93,填料垫环91位于填料组件9的最下方,填料92至少有2个,相邻两个填料92之间设置填料隔环93。填料垫环91上开有便拆卸凹槽A94,填料隔环93上开有便拆卸凹槽B95。可以利用工具直接从填料隔环和填料垫环的便拆卸凹槽处整体拆卸填料。上阀体6顶部外端固接有支架11,上阀杆7穿出支架11,支架11中设有弹簧腔,弹簧腔中设有蝶形弹簧12,蝶形弹簧12套接在上阀杆7上。支架11具有空腔,支架11底部具有连通空腔的通孔,上阀杆7穿过通孔,填料压盖10位于空腔中。
本发明具有弹簧预紧功能、球体限位功能、中腔泄压功能、填料拆卸方便,密封性能更加可靠。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种上装式低温浮动球阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1)、球体(3)、阀座组件(13)、上阀体(6)、上阀杆(7)、螺旋弹簧(4)和圆柱状的下阀杆(2),所述球体(3)设于阀体(1)内,所述阀座组件(13)设于球体(3)与阀体(1)之间,球体(3)的上游和下游均设置有阀座组件(13);所述阀座组件(13)包括阀座内环(131)、阀座(132)和阀座支承(133),所述阀座(132)套接在阀座内环(131)上,所述阀座支承(133)套接在阀座(132)上;
所述上阀体(6)设于阀体(1)上方并与阀体(1)固定连接,上阀体(6)和阀体(1)之间形成中腔(17),所述中腔(17)与阀体(1)的阀腔连通,所述上阀杆(7)设置在上阀体(6)中,所述上阀杆(7)一端与球体(3)连接,上阀杆(7)另一端穿出上阀体(6);
所述螺旋弹簧(4)套在上阀杆(7)上,所述上阀杆(7)具有阀杆台肩,所述螺旋弹簧(4)一端顶在阀杆台肩上,螺旋弹簧(4)另一端顶在球体(3)上;
所述下阀杆(2)竖直安装在阀体(1)中,下阀杆(2)的顶部伸进球体(3)中并与球体(3)间隙配合,下阀杆(2)与球体(3)同轴设置,上阀体(6)外壁设有调节板(8);所述上阀体(6)顶部外端固接有支架(11),所述上阀杆(7)穿出支架(11),支架(11)中设有弹簧腔,弹簧腔中设有蝶形弹簧(12),所述蝶形弹簧(12)套接在上阀杆(7)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的上装式低温浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述球体(3)上开有相互垂直的泄压孔A(14)和泄压孔B(15),所述泄压孔A(14)和泄压孔B(15)均与球体(3)的贯通通道(16)连通,所述泄压孔A(14)和泄压孔B(15)均与贯通通道(16)垂直,所述泄压孔B(15)与中腔(17)相连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的上装式低温浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)与阀座组件(13)的配合面为斜面,阀体(1)上、下游的斜面间形成楔形口,阀座组件(13)位于楔形口中。
4.如权利要求1所述的上装式低温浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述上阀杆(7)与上阀体(6)之间设有填料组件(9),在填料组件(9)的上方设有套装在上阀杆(7)外的填料压盖(10)。
5.如权利要求4所述的上装式低温浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述填料组件(9)包括填料垫环(91)和填料(92),所述填料垫环(91)位于填料组件(9)的最下方。
6.如权利要求1所述的上装式低温浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述阀座内环(131)与阀座(132)的接触面为阶梯面,所述阀座(132)与阀座支承(133)的接触面也为阶梯面。
7.如权利要求5所述的上装式低温浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述填料组件(9)还包括填料隔环(93),所述填料(92)至少有2个,相邻两个填料(92)之间设置填料隔环(93)。
