Abstract
本发明涉及空调压缩机技术领域,公开了一种空调压缩机壳体,所述壳体由铝合金壳身、碳纤维抗压层和玻璃纤维外壳组成。所述铝合金壳身外面包裹一层所述碳纤维抗压层;所述碳纤维抗压层外侧再增加一层所述玻璃纤维外壳。本发明空调压缩机壳体采用3层结构组成,能替代现有铸铁壳体,在保证压缩机壳体强度和耐压不变前提下,使压缩机重量大幅减轻,从而节省成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及空调压缩机技术领域,特别涉及一种空调压缩机壳体。
背景技术
在家居房间和办公环境中使用的空调器,其压缩机壳体都是铸铁制造而成,重量较重,占压缩机重量的50%,致使压缩机整体较重,直接导致空调室外机重量大,从而影响生产、运输和搬运成本的上升。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种空调压缩机壳体,壳体采用3层结构组成,能替代现有铸铁壳体,在保证压缩机壳体强度和耐压不变前提下,使压缩机重量大幅减轻,从而节省成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种空调压缩机壳体,包括铝合金壳身、碳纤维抗压层和玻璃纤维外壳,所述铝合金壳身外面包裹一层所述碳纤维抗压层;所述碳纤维抗压层外侧再增加一层所述玻璃纤维外壳。
进一步,所述压缩机包括定频和变频涡旋压缩机、单转子或双转子压缩机。
进一步,所述压缩机还包括交流变频或直流变频压缩机。
进一步,所述铝合金壳身由直筒壳身、过渡部和弧顶部组成,各部通过焊接密封。
进一步,所述碳纤维抗压层为碳纤维强化塑料材质。
进一步,所述玻璃纤维外壳为玻璃纤维强化塑料材质。
本发明的有益效果是:
空调压缩机壳体采用3层结构组成,能替代现有铸铁壳体,在保证压缩机壳体强度和耐压不变前提下,使压缩机重量大幅减轻,从而节省成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明空调压缩机壳体的具体实施方式作详细说明。
参见附图1-2,空调压缩机壳体1包括铝合金壳身4、碳纤维抗压层5和玻璃纤维外壳6,铝合金壳身4外面包裹一层碳纤维抗压层5;碳纤维抗压层5外侧再增加一层玻璃纤维外壳6,铝合金壳身4由直筒壳身7、过渡部8和弧顶部9焊接而成。
本发明的工作原理如下:壳体1采用3层结构组成,铝合金壳身4外面包裹一层碳纤维抗压层5的保护层,碳纤维抗压层5外侧再增加一层玻璃纤维外壳6的减震保护层,并且每一层的纤维纹路都根据所处铝合金壳身4位置不同而做了额外的优化,使纤维顺着压力分布的方向,提升保护层的效果。通过多重纤维材料的组合应用以及不同的纤维编制形式,能够有效发挥各种纤维的物理特性,适应不同的壳体区域的受力情况,提高层叠模式的效率,减少约40%的纤维使用量。这样壳体1采用了多种编织纹路的碳纤维材料,不仅重量轻还保证了高强度,能够承受70Mpa的耐压,凭借碳纤维强化塑料层的创新实现轻量化,使压缩机重量大幅减轻,从而节省生产、运输和搬运的成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种空调压缩机壳体,其特征在于,包括铝合金壳身、碳纤维抗压层和玻璃纤维外壳,所述铝合金壳身外面包裹一层所述碳纤维抗压层;所述碳纤维抗压层外侧再增加一层所述玻璃纤维外壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调压缩机壳体,其特征在于:所述压缩机包括定频和变频涡旋压缩机、单转子或双转子压缩机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空调压缩机壳体,其特征在于:所述压缩机还包括交流变频或直流变频压缩机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空调压缩机壳体,其特征在于:所述铝合金壳身由直筒壳身、过渡部和弧顶部组成,各部通过焊接密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空调压缩机壳体,其特征在于:所述碳纤维抗压层为碳纤维强化塑料材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空调压缩机壳体,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维外壳为玻璃纤维强化塑料材质。
