本发明公开了一种阻燃密封玻璃窗,包括一窗体,所述窗体外壁设有一层阻燃层;所述窗体两侧设有挡边,两所述挡边与所述窗体围城一个第一凹槽;所述窗体内壁上有一凸棱,所述凸棱位于所述第一凹槽内,所述凸棱将所述第一凹槽分成两个第二凹槽;所述挡边内壁、所述窗体和所述凸棱表面设有一层橡胶层;两所述第二凹槽内安装有两玻璃,两所述玻璃与所述凸棱之间围城一个真空层,两所述玻璃外表面喷有阻燃剂。通过上述方式,本发明一种阻燃密封玻璃窗,该密封玻璃窗不仅可以减少玻璃的振动,而且具有防噪和阻燃的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃窗领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃密封玻璃窗。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,船员对船舶内装舒适性的要求也越来越高,尤其是船舶舱室的振动和噪声,而现有的船舶规范对船舶噪声有较高要求,如ABS规范的HAB要求船舶居住舱室噪声不能超过60分贝,由于船舶空间限制,机械设备布置处所与船舶舱室相距较近,在机械设备运行过程中,会产生一定的振动与噪声并通过船舶结构传递至居住舱室,而传统舱室舷窗和方窗的设计会使振动与噪声直接进入舱室,产生更高的噪音,而且现有的玻璃窗并不带有阻燃功能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃密封玻璃窗。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种阻燃密封玻璃窗,包括一窗体,所述窗体外壁设有一层阻燃层;
所述窗体两侧设有挡边,两所述挡边与所述窗体围城一个第一凹槽;
所述窗体内壁上有一凸棱,所述凸棱位于所述第一凹槽内,所述凸棱将所述第一凹槽分成两个第二凹槽;
所述挡边内壁、所述窗体和所述凸棱表面设有一层橡胶层;
两所述第二凹槽内安装有两玻璃,两所述玻璃与所述凸棱之间围城一个真空层,两所述玻璃外表面喷有阻燃剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二凹槽与所述玻璃相配合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述挡边的高度和所述橡胶层的厚度之和与所述凸棱的高度相同。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种阻燃密封玻璃窗,该密封玻璃窗不仅可以减少玻璃的振动,而且具有防噪和阻燃的功能。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种阻燃密封玻璃窗,包括:一窗体1,所述窗体1两侧设有挡边2,两所述挡边2与所述窗体1围城一个第一凹槽3,所述第一凹3槽用于放置两所述玻璃4。
所述窗体1外壁设有一层阻燃层9,所述阻燃层9对所述窗体1起到了阻燃的作用,防止其燃烧,对船体造成伤害。
所述窗体1内壁上有一凸棱5,所述挡边2的高度和所述橡胶层7的厚度之和与所述凸棱5的高度相同,使得该玻璃窗的能见度达到最大。
所述凸棱5位于所述第一凹槽3内,所述凸棱5将所述第一凹槽3分成两个第二凹槽6,两所述第二凹槽6内安装有两玻璃4,所述第二凹槽6与所述玻璃4相配合,从而起到了固定所述玻璃4的作用。
所述挡边2内壁、所述窗体1和所述凸棱5表面设有一层橡胶层7,所述橡胶层7起到了减振缓冲的作用。
两所述玻璃4与所述凸棱5之间围城一个真空层8,所述真空层8起到了隔音的效果。
两所述玻璃4外表面喷有阻燃剂10,所述阻燃剂10使得所述玻璃4具有阻燃效果,避免所述玻璃4因为高温而炸裂。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种阻燃密封玻璃窗,该密封玻璃窗不仅可以减少玻璃的振动,而且具有防噪和阻燃的功能。

所述窗体内壁上有一凸棱,所述凸棱位于所述第一凹槽内,所述凸棱将所述第一凹槽分成两个第二凹槽;
所述挡边内壁、所述窗体和所述凸棱表面设有一层橡胶层;
两所述第二凹槽内安装有两玻璃,两所述玻璃与所述凸棱之间围城一个真空层,两所述玻璃外表面喷有阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃密封玻璃窗,其特征在于:所述第二凹槽与所述玻璃相配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃密封玻璃窗,其特征在于:所述挡边的高度和所述橡胶层的厚度之和与所述凸棱的高度相同。
