本发明涉及一种安全设备,特别涉及一种桥洞安全门,包括电动卷帘门,所述电动卷帘门安装在桥洞的外侧墙体上,在桥洞内上方安装有水位传感器,水位传感器电连接控制器,控制器分别电连接继电器A和继电器B,其中继电器A的线圈与管状电动机正接,继电器B的线圈与管状电动机反接,继电器A和继电器B均与蓄电池电连接;在桥洞的外侧墙体上安装有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板通过光伏充电控制器与蓄电池电连接。本发明的桥洞安全门,从根本上杜绝了桥洞积水造成死亡事情的发生,使心存侥幸的人不会有尝试的机会,彻底阻止了桥洞积水伤亡的悲剧再次发生,适于全国范围内普遍推广。

本发明涉及一种桥洞安全门。
背景技术
近些年,恶劣的天气越来越多,夏天大雨、暴雨出现的频率也越来越多,每年桥洞因积水造成死亡的事件也屡有发生,虽然政府和有关部门采取了各种措施避免此类事件的再次发生,比如在桥洞上设警示牌,在桥洞上安装显示水位的显示屏等,有些人还在车上安装了水位传感器,但这些措施不能从根本上杜绝此类事件的再次发生。当桥洞积水时,过往车辆司机或路人凭肉眼很难判断水位深浅,容易导致司机或路人冒险前进,有时即使知道水位深浅感觉有危险,总会有一些司机或路人存有侥幸心里冲过积水桥洞,从而发生惨剧,使得悲剧一再上演。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服背景技术的不足,提供了一种能从根本上解决桥洞积水造成伤亡问题的桥洞安全门。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:一种桥洞安全门,包括电动卷帘门,所述电动卷帘门安装在桥洞的外侧墙体上,其中电动卷帘门的导轨设在桥洞外两侧的墙体上,护套安装在桥洞外上方的墙体上,护套内安装卷轴和管状电机,在桥洞内上方安装有水位传感器,水位传感器电连接控制器,控制器分别电连接继电器A和继电器B,其中继电器A的线圈与管状电机正接,继电器B的线圈与管状电机反接,继电器A和继电器B均与蓄电池电连接;在桥洞的外侧墙体上安装有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板通过光伏充电控制器与蓄电池电连接。
优选的,所述水位传感器安装在桥洞内上方中间位置。
优选的,所述水位传感器为超声波水位传感器。
本发明的安全门工作过程大致如下:当下雨桥洞下积水时,超声波水位传感器探测积水深度,并将积水深度信息传递给与之电连的控制器,控制器内设有上限阈值、下限阈值和零值,上限阈值为危险积水深度,下限阈值为安全积水深度,零值即积水深度为零。当积水深度超过此上限阈值时,控制器控制继电器A开关吸合,从而继电器A的线圈通电,控制管状电机正转,电动卷帘门卷帘降落,禁止人们通行;当积水深度小于下限阈值,并且在控制器已控制继电器A开关吸合后,当两个条件都满足时,控制器才会控制继电器B开关吸合,同时控制继电器A开关断开,从而继电器B的线圈通电,控制管状电机反转,电动卷帘门卷帘上升,人们正常通行;当积水深度为零值时,控制器控制继电器A和继电器B开关均断开。
电动卷帘门护套内管状电机运行所需的电由蓄电池提供,蓄电池内的电由太阳能电池板提供。在蓄电池和太阳能电池板之间还连接一光伏充电控制器,此光伏充电控制器可以防止蓄电池过充,并且光伏充电控制器内的二极管还可以防止蓄电池内的电回流,防止蓄电池反向充电。
本发明的桥洞安全门,在桥洞内积水达到危险深度时,将桥洞封锁,从根本上杜绝了桥洞积水造成死亡事情的发生,使心存侥幸的人不会有尝试的机会,彻底阻止了桥洞积水伤亡的悲剧再次发生,且不会妨碍正常交通,积水深度小时,安全门又会自动打开,使人们正常通行,此装置适于全国范围内普遍推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。该实施例包括电动卷帘门,电动卷帘门已经是非常常见的公知结构,这里不再详细介绍,整个电动卷帘门安装在桥洞外的墙体上,其中电动卷帘门的导轨1设在桥洞外两侧的墙体上,电动卷帘门的护套2安装在桥洞外上方的墙体上,护套2内安装管状电机和卷轴,卷帘与卷轴相连。在桥洞内上方位置安装有水位传感器,本实施例优选为超声波水位传感器3,超声波水位传感器3通过声波从传感器表面到水面的时间来测量水位,测量准确可靠,优选的,超声波水位传感器3安装在桥洞内上方中间位置,因为中间位置一般是积水最深的位置。在桥洞内上方位置还安装有控制器4、继电器A5、继电器B6、蓄电池9,其中控制器4一端与超声波水位传感器3电连接,另一端分别与继电器A5和继电器B6电连接,其中继电器A5的线圈与护套2内的管状电机正接,当继电器A5线圈通电时管状电机正转,电动卷帘门卷帘下降;继电器B6的线圈与护套2内的管状电机反接,当继电器B6线圈通电时管状电机反转,电动卷帘门卷帘上升。继电器A5和继电器B6均与蓄电池9电连接。在桥洞的外侧墙体上安装有太阳能电池板7,太阳能电池板7通过光伏充电控制器8与蓄电池9电连接。
本实施例的桥洞安全门,当下雨桥洞下积水时,超声波水位传感器3探测积水深度,并将积水深度信息传递给与之电连的控制器4,控制器4内设有上限阈值、下限阈值和零值,上限阈值为危险积水深度,下限阈值为安全积水深度,零值即积水深度为零。当积水深度超过此上限阈值时,控制器4控制继电器A5开关吸合,从而继电器A5的线圈通电,控制管状电机正转,电动卷帘门卷帘降落,禁止人们通行;当积水深度小于下限阈值,并且在控制器4已控制继电器A5开关吸合后,当两个条件都满足时,控制器4才会控制继电器B6开关吸合,同时控制继电器A5开关断开,从而继电器B6的线圈通电,控制管状电机反转,电动卷帘门卷帘上升,人们正常通行;当积水深度为零值时,控制器4控制继电器A5和继电器B6开关均断开。
电动卷帘门护套2内管状电机运行所需的电由蓄电池9提供,蓄电池9内的电由太阳能电池板7提供。在蓄电池9和太阳能电池板7之间还连接一光伏充电控制器8,此光伏充电控制器8可以防止蓄电池9过充,并且光伏充电控制器8内的二极管还可以防止蓄电池9内的电回流,防止蓄电池9反向充电。
本实施例的桥洞安全门,在桥洞内积水达到危险深度时,将桥洞封锁,从根本上杜绝了桥洞积水造成死亡事情的发生,使心存侥幸的人不会有尝试的机会,彻底阻止了桥洞积水伤亡的悲剧再次发生,且不会妨碍正常交通,积水深度小时,安全门又会自动打开,使人们正常通行,此装置适于全国范围内普遍推广。

1.一种桥洞安全门,包括电动卷帘门,其特征在于:所述电动卷帘门安装在桥洞的外侧墙体上,其中电动卷帘门的导轨(1)设在桥洞外两侧的墙体上,护套(2)安装在桥洞外上方的墙体上,护套(2)内安装卷轴和管状电机,在桥洞内上方安装有水位传感器,水位传感器电连接控制器(4),控制器(4)分别电连接继电器A(5)和继电器B(6),其中继电器A(5)的线圈与管状电机正接,继电器B(6)的线圈与管状电机反接,继电器A(5)和继电器B(6)均与蓄电池(9)电连接;在桥洞的外侧墙体上安装有太阳能电池板(7),太阳能电池板(7)通过光伏充电控制器(8)与蓄电池(9)电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的桥洞安全门,其特征在于:所述水位传感器安装在桥洞内上方中间位置。
3.如权利要求2所述的桥洞安全门,其特征在于:所述水位传感器为超声波水位传感器(3)。
