本发明公开了一种耐高温抗菌染料,包括以下重量份的原料:染料提取物 25‑30份,聚乙烯醇 3‑5 份,丙酸钠 5‑8份,二苯甲酮 2‑5份,抗菌剂 10‑15份,微晶纤维素 2‑4份,丙烯酸丁酯 1‑3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷 1‑3份,去离子水 60‑80 份。染料配方中包括抗菌剂,抗菌性广,能有效防止各种细菌的滋生和繁殖,有效抑菌杀菌,还具有良好的耐高温能力,具有良好染色效果,同时不会影响布料手感。染料的原材料,取材方便且对人体无任何毒害作用,还使织物带有清香,可广泛应用于织物印染领域。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对染料的上色率和固色率的要求越来越高。现有染料对织物进行着色后,其色性可能因为高温等特殊环境会导致色彩褪去、脱落、变暗或匀染性差等现象,影响织物的美观,从而影响染料的使用,同时人们也更加关注面料的其他性能,比如抗菌性是目前关注度最高的性能之一。
发明内容
因此,为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种耐高温抗菌染料,具有良好的耐高温能力和染色效果,并且还具有良好的抗菌效果。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种耐高温抗菌染料,包括以下重量份的原料:染料提取物 25-30份,聚乙烯醇 3-5 份,丙酸钠 5-8份,二苯甲酮 2-5份,抗菌剂 10-15份,微晶纤维素 2-4份,丙烯酸丁酯 1-3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷 1-3份,去离子水 60-80 份。
所述染料提取物是凤仙花提取物和樟树叶提取物中的至少一种。
所述抗菌剂为灵菌素、酰基苯胺类和异噻唑酮衍生物中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果是:染料配方中包括抗菌剂,抗菌性广,能有效防止各种细菌的滋生和繁殖,有效抑菌杀菌,还具有良好的耐高温能力,具有良好染色效果,同时不会影响布料手感。染料的原材料,取材方便且对人体无任何毒害作用,还使织物带有清香,可广泛应用于织物印染领域。

一种耐高温抗菌染料,包括以下重量份的原料:樟树叶提取物25-30份,聚乙烯醇 3-5份,丙酸钠 5-8份,二苯甲酮 2-5份,酰基苯胺类10-15份,微晶纤维素 2-4份,丙烯酸丁酯1-3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷 1-3份,去离子水 60-80 份。
实施例3
一种耐高温抗菌染料,包括以下重量份的原料:凤仙花提取物和樟树叶提取物混合物25-30份,聚乙烯醇 3-5 份,丙酸钠 5-8份,二苯甲酮 2-5份,异噻唑酮衍生物 10-15份,微晶纤维素 2-4份,丙烯酸丁酯 1-3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷 1-3份,去离子水 60-80 份。

染料提取物 25-30份,
聚乙烯醇 3-5 份,
丙酸钠 5-8份,
二苯甲酮 2-5份,
抗菌剂 10-15份,
微晶纤维素 2-4份,
丙烯酸丁酯 1-3份,
聚二甲基硅氧烷 1-3份,
去离子水 60-80 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗菌染料,其特征在于,所述染料提取物是凤仙花提取物和樟树叶提取物中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗菌染料,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为灵菌素、酰基苯胺类和异噻唑酮衍生物中的一种或多种。
