本发明公开了一种医用合成革及其制备方法,包括:TPU基材和金属皂;其中,所述金属皂均匀涂覆在所述TPU基材的表面;所述TPU基材由TPU膜涂覆的基布构成;所述制备方法步骤包括:(1)制备TPU膜;(2)压制TPU基材;(3)配制金属皂液;(4)表面处理。本发明一种医用合成革的制备方法,思路新颖,操作简便,其通过涂覆金属皂的表面处理方法,赋予合成革耐油、耐溶剂、无气味、耐磨、耐低温老化和无雾化的优良特性,是医用合成革的理想产品,市场前景广阔。

一种医用合成革及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医用材料领域,特别是涉及一种医用合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,常用的革为PVC类或者PU革产品。PVC革热稳定性不好,低温下易变硬脆化,高温下易软化松驰、高温下会释放二恶英酸性气体、加工性能和耐冲击性不好、耐老化性差、其添加剂在使用过程中逐渐挥发,污染食品或空气、难降解,废品难以处理、其生产中释放有害物质,产生有害废品。而PU革不耐磨,易破。这两种合成革均不能满足医疗行业的抗菌,防静电,耐老化和耐磨的要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种医用合成革及其制备方法,能够解决现有合成革在医用材料领域存在的不足之处。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种医用合成革,包括:TPU基材和金属皂;其中,所述金属皂均匀涂覆在所述TPU基材的表面;所述TPU基材由TPU膜涂覆的基布构成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述金属皂的涂层厚度为5~100μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述金属皂的涂层厚度为30~60μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述金属皂为多价金属与松香酸的盐。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述多价金属为镁、钙或铝。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种医用合成革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备TPU膜:按重量份计,称取60~80份热塑性聚氨酯、5~15份抗菌剂、5~10份抗氧化剂和1~3份抗氧剂加入双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出、切粒得到混合粒料,将混合粒料干燥后用吹塑机吹制成一定厚度的TPU膜;
(2)压制TPU基材:将步骤(1)中得到的TPU膜贴附在基布的两个表面上,加热至一定温度后热压,得到所述TPU基材;
(3)配制金属皂液:在60~100℃下将磷酸多价金属盐与松香酸的水溶性酯在水中混合反应形成金属皂液;
(4)表面处理:将步骤(3)中得到的金属皂液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)中得到的TPU基材的表面上,干燥后得到所述医用合成革。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述TPU膜的厚度为0.05~2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述加热温度为80~150℃,所述热压的压力为5~10MPa,所述基布为无纺布。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种医用合成革的制备方法,思路新颖,操作简便,其通过涂覆金属皂的表面处理方法,赋予合成革耐油、耐溶剂、无气味、耐磨、耐低温老化和无雾化的优良特性,是医用合成革的理想产品,市场前景广阔。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
实施例1
一种医用合成革,包括:TPU基材1和金属皂2;其中,金属皂2均匀涂覆在TPU基材1的表面。
其中,TPU基材1由TPU膜11涂覆的基布12构成,基布为多层医用无纺布。
金属皂2的涂层厚度为5~100μm,优选为30~60μm。该金属皂2为多价金属镁、钙或铝与松香酸的盐。
上述医用合成革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备TPU膜:按重量份计,称取60~80份热塑性聚氨酯、5~15份抗菌剂、5~10份抗氧化剂和1~3份抗氧剂加入双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出、切粒得到混合粒料,将混合粒料干燥后用吹塑机吹制成厚度为0.05~2mm的TPU膜;
(2)压制TPU基材:将步骤(1)中得到的TPU膜贴附在基布的两个表面上,加热至一定温度后热压,得到所述TPU基材;所述加热温度为80~150℃,所述热压的压力为5~10MPa,所述基布为无纺布。
(3)配制金属皂液:在60~100℃下将磷酸多价金属盐与松香酸的水溶性酯在水中混合反应形成金属皂液;其中,磷酸多价金属盐为磷酸镁、磷酸钙或磷酸铝,是水难溶性和水不溶性化合物;
(4)表面处理:将步骤(3)中得到的金属皂液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)中得到的TPU基材的表面上,干燥后得到所述医用合成革。

Claims (8)

1.一种医用合成革,其特征在于,包括:TPU基材和金属皂;其中,所述金属皂均匀涂覆在所述TPU基材的表面;所述TPU基材由TPU膜涂覆的基布构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用合成革,其特征在于,所述金属皂的涂层厚度为5~100μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用合成革,其特征在于,所述金属皂的涂层厚度为30~60μm。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的医用合成革,其特征在于,所述金属皂为多价金属与松香酸的盐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医用合成革,其特征在于,所述多价金属为镁、钙或铝。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的医用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备TPU膜:按重量份计,称取60~80份热塑性聚氨酯、5~15份抗菌剂、5~10份抗氧化剂和1~3份抗氧剂加入双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出、切粒得到混合粒料,将混合粒料干燥后用吹塑机吹制成一定厚度的TPU膜;
(2)压制TPU基材:将步骤(1)中得到的TPU膜贴附在基布的两个表面上,加热至一定温度后热压,得到所述TPU基材;
(3)配制金属皂液:在60~100℃下将磷酸多价金属盐与松香酸的水溶性酯在水中混合反应形成金属皂液;
(4)表面处理:将步骤(3)中得到的金属皂液均匀涂覆在步骤(2)中得到的TPU基材的表面上,干燥后得到所述医用合成革。
7.根据权利要求6所述的医用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,所述TPU膜的厚度为0.05~2mm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的医用合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述加热温度为80~150℃,所述热压的压力为5~10MPa,所述基布为无纺布。
