Abstract

本发明提供了一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂及其制备方法。按照重量份数计,所述柔软剂的组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油30~80份,硬脂酸钠10~30份,三甲胺30~80份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐10~30份,硅酸钠20~60份,PEG‑120二硬脂酸酯5~20份,以及水300~500份。将水加热至40~60℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。本发明采用羟基硅油等多种组分与硬脂酸组合在一起,在制备过程中无需加热至70℃以上来溶解硬脂酸,制备更容易。而且本发明的柔软剂使用效果良好、不损伤织物表面。

Description

一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
柔软剂是一类能改变纤维的静、动摩擦系数的化学物质。当改变静摩擦系数时,手感触摸有平滑感,易于在纤维或织物上移动;当改变动摩擦系数时,纤维与纤维之间的微细结构易于相互移动,也就是纤维或者织物易于变形。二者的综合感觉就是柔软。
在南欧、南美洲、东南亚以及中国北方地区,消费者习惯使用有较为粘稠的柔软剂。以较低成本对柔软剂进行增稠成为生产厂商需要解决的问题。现有技术中,通常使用的增稠剂是硬脂酸,但是硬脂酸的熔点较高,需要70℃以上的温度才能熔化,且分散性较差,较高的加工温度和分散时间增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂及其制备方法。
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油30~80份,硬脂酸钠10~30份,三甲胺30~80份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐10~30份,硅酸钠20~60份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯5~20份,以及水300~500份。
优选地,按照重量份数计,所述柔软剂的组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油40~65份,硬脂酸钠15~25份,三甲胺45~60份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐15~25份,硅酸钠30~50份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯10~15份,以及水300~500份。
优选地,按照重量份数计,所述柔软剂的组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油50份,硬脂酸钠20份,三甲胺50份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐20份,硅酸钠40份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯12份,以及水400份。
优选地,按照重量份数计,所述柔软剂的组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油60份,硬脂酸钠18份,三甲胺55份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐22份,硅酸钠35份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯15份,以及水400份。
本发明的第二个方面是提供本发明第一个方面所述的含有羟基硅油的柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将水加热至40~60℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
本发明采用羟基硅油等多种组分与硬脂酸组合在一起,在制备过程中无需加热至70℃以上来溶解硬脂酸,制备更容易。而且本发明的柔软剂使用效果良好、不损伤织物表面。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油60份,硬脂酸钠18份,三甲胺55份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐22份,硅酸钠35份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯15份,以及水400份。将水加热至40℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例2
一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油50份,硬脂酸钠20份,三甲胺50份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐20份,硅酸钠40份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯12份,以及水400份。将水加热至50℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例3
一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油65份,硬脂酸钠15份,三甲胺60份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐15份,硅酸钠50份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯10份,以及水500份。将水加热至50℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例4
一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油40份,硬脂酸钠25份,三甲胺45份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐25份,硅酸钠30份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯15份,以及水300份。将水加热至50℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例5
一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油80份,硬脂酸钠30份,三甲胺30份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐10份,硅酸钠60份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯20份,以及水500份。将水加热至50℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例6
一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油30份,硬脂酸钠10份,三甲胺80份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐30份,硅酸钠20份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯5份,以及水300份。将水加热至50℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。

1.一种含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油30~80份,硬脂酸钠10~30份,三甲胺30~80份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐10~30份,硅酸钠20~60份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯5~20份,以及水300~500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油40~65份,硬脂酸钠15~25份,三甲胺45~60份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐15~25份,硅酸钠30~50份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯10~15份,以及水300~500份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油50份,硬脂酸钠20份,三甲胺50份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐20份,硅酸钠40份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯12份,以及水400份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的含有羟基硅油的柔软剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其组分包括:粘度小于20cs的羟基硅油60份,硬脂酸钠18份,三甲胺55份,双十六烷基二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐22份,硅酸钠35份,PEG-120二硬脂酸酯15份,以及水400份。
5.如权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的含有羟基硅油的柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将水加热至40~60℃,然后加入剩余组分中搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温,即得。
