背景技术
山羊绒是一种名贵的动物纤维,使用山羊绒制作的服装柔软舒适、保暖性好,具有广泛的市场需求。由于未处理的山羊绒表面存在较多的“死肤皮”,故在加工山羊绒时需要对山羊绒表面的“死肤皮”进行清理。现有技术是通过多次分梳处理对山羊绒的表面“死肤皮”进行清理。但是,这种处理方式对于山羊绒的纤维长度影响较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种山羊绒去肤皮处理方法,能够解决现有技术的不足,提高了加工后山羊绒的品质。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种山羊绒去肤皮处理方法,步骤如下:
A、浸泡
将山羊绒放置在密封容器内,倒入去离子水进行浸泡,山羊绒与去离子水的质量固液比为2:3,浸泡温度保持在60~80℃;浸泡2~3h后,想密封容器内加入油性处理液,温度降至40~45℃,油性处理液与去离子水的质量比为7:20,浸泡24~36h;
B、酸洗
将经过步骤A处理过的山羊绒放入酸性洗涤液中进行搅拌,山羊绒与酸性洗涤液的质量固液比为1:15,酸性洗涤液的温度保持在55~65℃,搅拌速度保持在300~400rad/min,搅拌30~45min;
C、第一次漂洗
使用去离子水对进过步骤B处理过的山羊绒进行漂洗;
D、烘干
将经过漂洗的山羊绒进行加热烘干,加热温度保持在175~200℃;
E、碱洗
将经过步骤D处理过的山羊绒在常温下晾晒8~12h,然后放入碱性洗涤液中进行搅拌,山羊绒与碱性洗涤液的质量固液比为1:9,碱性洗涤液的温度保持在40~45℃,搅拌速度保持在150~200rad/min,搅拌20~30min;
F、第二次漂洗
使用去离子水对进过步骤E处理过的山羊绒进行漂洗;然后自然风干。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,步骤A中,所述油性处理液包括,
20~25wt%的油酸、15~25wt%的甘油、7.5~10wt%的山梨醇、2~3wt%的丙烯酸甲酯、4~5wt%的二异氰酸酯、1.5~2wt%的对乙氧基苯胺、5~8wt%的4-甲硫基苯硫醇,余量为乙醇。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,步骤B中,所述酸性洗涤液包括,
0.75~2wt%的盐酸、4~6wt%的乙酸、3~5wt%的3-二甲基氨基苯甲醚、0.5~1wt%的2,3,4,5-四氯苯甲腈、8.5~10wt%的间甲苯异硫氰酸酯、15~20wt%的2-甲氧基苯甲醇、7~15wt%的3,5--二氟苯甲酸甲酯、30~40wt%的丙醇,余量为去离子水。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,步骤E中,所述碱性洗涤液包括,
5.5~8wt%的碳酸氢钠、7~10wt%的甲烷三羧酸三乙酯、5~10wt%的乙基正丙基硫醚、30~35wt%的乙醇,余量为氨水,氨水的浓度为15%。

采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于:本发明通过酸洗和碱洗处理,可以对山羊绒鳞片层上“死肤皮”进行有效的分离,并且降低山羊绒纤维表面沾染的污染物对于“死肤皮”的粘附力。在酸洗前,先对山羊绒进行浸泡,可以起到保护山羊绒纤维的作用。酸洗后的高温烘干可以对山羊绒表层的“死肤皮”进行二次分离。酸性洗涤液中 的2,3,4,5-四氯苯甲腈、间甲苯异硫氰酸酯可以在洗涤过程中渗入对山羊绒的皮质层,对皮质层进行保护,降低酸性物质对于皮质层的损伤。经过酸洗后,山羊绒鳞片层的缝隙被充分打开,然后通过碱洗可以有效对鳞片层内残损的污物和“死肤皮”进行清理。碱洗的过程中加入二氧化硅颗粒,可以提高对于“死肤皮”的摩擦和清理效果,进一步使用超声波,可以利用超声波对二氧化硅颗粒起到振荡作用,从而与超声波产生的微小气泡相互作用,对山羊绒的表面进行彻底清理。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种山羊绒去肤皮处理方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
A、浸泡
将山羊绒放置在密封容器内,倒入去离子水进行浸泡,山羊绒与去离子水的质量固液比为2:3,浸泡温度保持在65℃;浸泡3h后,想密封容器内加入油性处理液,温度降至40℃,油性处理液与去离子水的质量比为7:20,浸泡24h;
所述油性处理液包括,
25wt%的油酸、20wt%的甘油、8wt%的山梨醇、2.7wt%的丙烯酸甲酯、4.5wt%的二异氰酸酯、2wt%的对乙氧基苯胺、6wt%的4-甲硫基苯硫醇,余量为乙醇。
B、酸洗
将经过步骤A处理过的山羊绒放入酸性洗涤液中进行搅拌,山羊 绒与酸性洗涤液的质量固液比为1:15,酸性洗涤液的温度保持在60℃,搅拌速度保持在320rad/min,搅拌30min;
所述酸性洗涤液包括,
1.2wt%的盐酸、6wt%的乙酸、4.5wt%的3-二甲基氨基苯甲醚、0.7wt%的2,3,4,5-四氯苯甲腈、9wt%的间甲苯异硫氰酸酯、20wt%的2-甲氧基苯甲醇、10wt%的3,5--二氟苯甲酸甲酯、35wt%的丙醇,余量为去离子水。
C、第一次漂洗
使用去离子水对进过步骤B处理过的山羊绒进行漂洗;
D、烘干
将经过漂洗的山羊绒进行加热烘干,加热温度保持在180℃;
E、碱洗
将经过步骤D处理过的山羊绒在常温下晾晒8~12h,然后放入碱性洗涤液中进行搅拌,山羊绒与碱性洗涤液的质量固液比为1:9,碱性洗涤液的温度保持在40~45℃,搅拌速度保持在150~200rad/min,搅拌20~30min;
所述碱性洗涤液包括,
7wt%的碳酸氢钠、10wt%的甲烷三羧酸三乙酯、8wt%的乙基正丙基硫醚、35wt%的乙醇,余量为氨水,氨水的浓度为15%;
在碱性洗涤液内加入二氧化硅颗粒,二氧化硅颗粒的直径为50~100μm,二氧化硅颗粒与山羊绒的质量之比为1:10;

F、第二次漂洗

通过上述处理,山羊绒只需要一次分梳即可实现“死肤皮”的彻底清除。与现有技术中使用3-5次分梳的工艺相比,山羊绒纤维的平均缩短率有现有技术的5~10%,减少至了3%以内。
实施例2
本实施例是在实施例1的基础上改进而来的。酸洗后,将山羊绒缠绕在带有镂空的盘轴上,缠绕过程中保持山羊绒纤维的张力在0.1~0.15mN/dtex。然后使用蒸汽对山羊绒进行蒸煮处理。蒸汽温度保持在345℃,处理时间为10min。蒸汽中包括,
11wt%的甘露醇、15wt%的乙酸乙酯、5wt%的三羟甲基氨基甲烷、18wt%的2-肼基乙醇、3wt%的全氟十二烷酸甲酯、30wr%的异丙醇,余量为水。
经过蒸煮,可以有效降低后期分梳过程中山羊绒的加工损耗。使用实施例1和实施例2的不同工艺对同一批山羊绒进行加工,然后在同一台分梳机上进行加工,对比测试的结果如下:
