在《适用于软聚氯乙烯电气胶粘带的乳液压敏胶粘剂及其制造方法》文章中,虽然制成的胶带软化点低、粘结力强、固化快等优点,但是由于聚丙烯酸酯的直链分子结构决定了其耐热性和机械强度等性能不足,此外乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶涂布和干燥速度慢、干燥能耗高和表面张力较高等缺点使其应用受到了限制,为拓宽其使用范围,提高其综合性能,有需要对聚氯乙烯基材以及丙烯酸酯压敏胶进行改性。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种高岭土耐高温改性复合微孔绝缘包扎带。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高岭土耐高温改性复合微孔绝缘包扎带,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:埃洛石纳米管1.5-1.6、硅烷偶联剂kh5700.75-0.77、去离子水适量、无水乙醇适量、十二烷基硫酸钠1.2-1.4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.4-1.5、丙烯酸丁酯55-60、丙烯酸异辛酯40-43、等规聚丙烯40-44、聚氯乙烯53-55、二亚苄基山梨糖醇3-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯适量、高岭土9-10、水玻璃2-3、浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠4-5、液体亚磷酸酯8-9。
所述一种高岭土耐高温改性复合微孔绝缘包扎带,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将埃洛石中加入30-35倍量的无水乙醇中超声分散40-50分钟得到混悬液,然后加入与无水乙醇等量的去离子水以及硅烷偶联剂kh570,加热至70-75℃,搅拌反应24小时后将混合物以4000转/分的速度进行离心,并洗涤至中性,得到的产品在真空干燥箱中以90-100℃烘干,得到改性埃洛石纳米管;
(2)将改性埃洛石纳米管超声分散于80-85倍量的去离子水中,然后加入丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、十二烷基硫酸钠,在磁力搅拌机上搅拌均匀,然后升温至80-85℃,加入一半量的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,保温30-60分钟后继续加入剩余的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,升温至90-95℃,保温60-90分钟后冷却至室温,得到改性丙烯酸乳液;
(3)将高岭土置于马弗炉中,按照4-5℃/分的升温速率升至500℃保温30-40分钟,之后继续以4-5℃/分的升温速率升至800℃,保温2-3小时,自然冷却后磨细,过500目筛;将水玻璃与浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠混合,然后加入总量10倍量的去离子水,搅拌均匀后加入上述粉末,分散均匀后喷雾干燥,得到改性地聚物粉末;
(4)将等规聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯混合放入反应釜中,然后加入总量3.5-4倍量的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯以及其余剩余成分,在氮气保护条件下在180℃搅拌60-90分钟后加入步骤(3)得到的改性地聚物粉末,继续保温2-3小时形成铸膜液,将铸膜液通过刮膜机制成平板膜,控制刮膜温度为180℃,最后通过热致相分离技术,经平板膜浸入25℃凝固水浴进行相分离,再经无水乙醇萃取,烘干后得到聚丙烯聚氯乙烯复合微孔膜;
(5)将改性丙烯酸乳液用涂膜器均匀涂布在聚丙烯聚氯乙烯复合微孔膜表面,将其放在75-80℃烘箱烘烤3-4分钟,然后置于40℃恒温老化箱中老化24小时,最后切割成带状,即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明将热致相分离方法应用到压敏型绝缘包扎带基材薄膜的制备中,制成的聚丙烯聚氯乙烯复合微孔薄膜,兼具聚丙烯与聚氯乙烯的优点,防水、耐热性佳,耐化学腐蚀,同时孔隙率适中,分布均匀,微孔与空气相通,可以形成空气绝缘结构,同时散热性能优异;本发明还通过添加改性埃洛石纳米管的方式对聚丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,改性埃洛石纳米管的增强增韧及其与聚合物基材的强烈相互作用,从而使聚合物分子链移动性变差,使得制成的压敏胶内聚强度和抗蠕变性能明显增强,提高了压敏胶的热稳定性和耐高温性,同时具有良好的剥离强度与初粘力。
本发明在微孔薄膜的制备中添加了利用碱激发的高岭土,使得该粉料与聚合物相互穿插,均匀的分散在聚合物中,提高了聚合物的韧性、强度,同时提高了聚合物的耐高温性能,从而提高了产品的热稳定性能。本发明制成的绝缘包扎带不易老化失效,散热性能极佳,避免包扎的电线绝缘接头部分积聚较高的热量,延长使用寿命。
具体实施方式
一种高岭土耐高温改性复合微孔绝缘包扎带,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:埃洛石纳米管1.5、硅烷偶联剂kh5700.75、去离子水适量、无水乙醇适量、十二烷基硫酸钠1.2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.4、丙烯酸丁酯55、丙烯酸异辛酯40、等规聚丙烯40、聚氯乙烯53、二亚苄基山梨糖醇3、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯适量、高岭土9、水玻璃2、浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠4、液体亚磷酸酯8。
所述一种高岭土耐高温改性复合微孔绝缘包扎带,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将埃洛石中加入30倍量的无水乙醇中超声分散40分钟得到混悬液,然后加入与无水乙醇等量的去离子水以及硅烷偶联剂kh570,加热至70℃,搅拌反应24小时后将混合物以4000转/分的速度进行离心,并洗涤至中性,得到的产品在真空干燥箱中以90℃烘干,得到改性埃洛石纳米管;
(2)将改性埃洛石纳米管超声分散于80倍量的去离子水中,然后加入丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、十二烷基硫酸钠,在磁力搅拌机上搅拌均匀,然后升温至80℃,加入一半量的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,保温30分钟后继续加入剩余的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,升温至90℃,保温60分钟后冷却至室温,得到改性丙烯酸乳液;
(3)将高岭土置于马弗炉中,按照4℃/分的升温速率升至500℃保温30分钟,之后继续以4℃/分的升温速率升至800℃,保温2小时,自然冷却后磨细,过500目筛;将水玻璃与浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠混合,然后加入总量10倍量的去离子水,搅拌均匀后加入上述粉末,分散均匀后喷雾干燥,得到改性地聚物粉末;

本发明制成的绝缘包扎带,通过测试,产品的拉伸强度大于15牛顿/厘米,符合国家标准;取适量样品粘贴在试样板上时,以300毫米/分的速度滚压来回三次,存放30分钟,180°剥离强度达到国家标准。

Claims (2)

1.一种高岭土耐高温改性复合微孔绝缘包扎带,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:埃洛石纳米管1.5-1.6、硅烷偶联剂kh5700.75-0.77、去离子水适量、无水乙醇适量、十二烷基硫酸钠1.2-1.4、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.4-1.5、丙烯酸丁酯55-60、丙烯酸异辛酯40-43、等规聚丙烯40-44、聚氯乙烯53-55、二亚苄基山梨糖醇3-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯适量、高岭土9-10、水玻璃2-3、浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠4-5、液体亚磷酸酯8-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高岭土耐高温改性复合微孔绝缘包扎带,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将埃洛石中加入30-35倍量的无水乙醇中超声分散40-50分钟得到混悬液,然后加入与无水乙醇等量的去离子水以及硅烷偶联剂kh570,加热至70-75℃,搅拌反应24小时后将混合物以4000转/分的速度进行离心,并洗涤至中性,得到的产品在真空干燥箱中以90-100℃烘干,得到改性埃洛石纳米管;
(2)将改性埃洛石纳米管超声分散于80-85倍量的去离子水中,然后加入丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、十二烷基硫酸钠,在磁力搅拌机上搅拌均匀,然后升温至80-85℃,加入一半量的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,保温30-60分钟后继续加入剩余的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,升温至90-95℃,保温60-90分钟后冷却至室温,得到改性丙烯酸乳液;
(3)将高岭土置于马弗炉中,按照4-5℃/分的升温速率升至500℃保温30-40分钟,之后继续以4-5℃/分的升温速率升至800℃,保温2-3小时,自然冷却后磨细,过500目筛;将水玻璃与浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠混合,然后加入总量10倍量的去离子水,搅拌均匀后加入上述粉末,分散均匀后喷雾干燥,得到改性地聚物粉末;
(4)将等规聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯混合放入反应釜中,然后加入总量3.5-4倍量的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯以及其余剩余成分,在氮气保护条件下在180℃搅拌60-90分钟后加入步骤(3)得到的改性地聚物粉末,继续保温2-3小时形成铸膜液,将铸膜液通过刮膜机制成平板膜,控制刮膜温度为180℃,最后通过热致相分离技术,经平板膜浸入25℃凝固水浴进行相分离,再经无水乙醇萃取,烘干后得到聚丙烯聚氯乙烯复合微孔膜;
(5)将改性丙烯酸乳液用涂膜器均匀涂布在聚丙烯聚氯乙烯复合微孔膜表面,将其放在75-80℃烘箱烘烤3-4分钟,然后置于40℃恒温老化箱中老化24小时,最后切割成带状,即得。
