Abstract
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是关于一种抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,包括以下质量比的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵质量比为7‑11:4‑8。本发明多组分协同增效使涂料附着力强,不起皮,具有固化快,光亮度高的特点,涂抹后表面光洁度高,同时其具有很强自洁能力,和抗氧化能力,耐用持久,涂料具有良好的光透性,吸热能力弱、耐酸碱性好,在pH3‑12之间稳定性很高。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是关于一种抗酸碱腐蚀涂料。
背景技术
光固化UV涂料产品可适用于多种基材表面:纸张、木器、石材、皮革、陶瓷、金属、玻璃、塑料、混凝土等,特别对一些热敏感材质尤其适用。光固化技术是一种高效、环境、节能、优质的材料表面处理技术,它是利用紫外光引发具有化学活性液态材料快速聚合交联,瞬间固化成固体材料,它基本不含挥发性溶剂(VOC),因此不会造成空气污染和对人体的危害及火灾的危险性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速固化、抗老化、耐酸碱的涂料。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案具体如下:
一种抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,包括以下质量比的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵质量比为7-11:4-8。
优选的,所述抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液70-110份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵40-80份、丙烯酸酯活性胺10-35份、光引发剂2-5份、E-40环氧树脂15-25份、六溴环十二烷10-12份、玻璃微珠9-16份、马来酸酐3-9份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4-9份、羧甲基纤维素钠7-9份、脂肪酸酰胺7-20份、聚丙烯醇11-13份、抗氧剂1-5份。
优选的,所述抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液97份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵68份、丙烯酸酯活性胺29份、光引发剂4份、E-40环氧树脂19份、六溴环十二烷11份、玻璃微珠14份、马来酸酐6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯7份、羧甲基纤维素钠8份、脂肪酸酰胺15份、聚丙烯醇12份、抗氧剂4份。
优选的,所述氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液是将甲基丙烯酸甲酯15-35重量份、乙二醇6-9重量份、椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺0.5-0.9重量份、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯5-8重量份、纳米碳粉2-6重量份和去离子水45-90重量份混合后,在75-85℃恒温水浴下,以300-400r/min的速度搅拌分散4-6h得到的乳液。
优选的,所述光引发剂为2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦的混合物。
优选的,所述2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦的质量比为1:3。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、N,N´-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺和二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]中一种或多种。
本发明有益效果,本发明多组分协同增效使涂料附着力强,不起皮,具有固化快,光亮度高的特点,涂抹后表面光洁度高,同时其具有很强自洁能力,和抗氧化能力,耐用持久,涂料具有良好的光透性,吸热能力弱、耐酸碱性好,在pH3-12之间稳定性很高。

实施例1
一种抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液70份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵40份、丙烯酸酯活性胺10份、光引发剂2份、E-40环氧树脂15份、六溴环十二烷10份、玻璃微珠9份、马来酸酐3份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、羧甲基纤维素钠7份、脂肪酸酰胺7份、聚丙烯醇11份、抗氧剂1份。
实施例2
一种抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液97份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵68份、丙烯酸酯活性胺29份、光引发剂4份、E-40环氧树脂19份、六溴环十二烷11份、玻璃微珠14份、马来酸酐6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯7份、羧甲基纤维素钠8份、脂肪酸酰胺15份、聚丙烯醇12份、抗氧剂4份
实施例3
一种抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液110份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵80份、丙烯酸酯活性胺35份、光引发剂5份、E-40环氧树脂25份、六溴环十二烷12份、玻璃微珠16份、马来酸酐9份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯9份、羧甲基纤维素钠9份、脂肪酸酰胺20份、聚丙烯醇13份、抗氧剂5份。

1.一种抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,包括以下质量比的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵质量比为7-11:4-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液70-110份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵40-80份、丙烯酸酯活性胺10-35份、光引发剂2-5份、E-40环氧树脂15-25份、六溴环十二烷10-12份、玻璃微珠9-16份、马来酸酐3-9份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4-9份、羧甲基纤维素钠7-9份、脂肪酸酰胺7-20份、聚丙烯醇11-13份、抗氧剂1-5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液97份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵68份、丙烯酸酯活性胺29份、光引发剂4份、E-40环氧树脂19份、六溴环十二烷11份、玻璃微珠14份、马来酸酐6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯7份、羧甲基纤维素钠8份、脂肪酸酰胺15份、聚丙烯醇12份、抗氧剂4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,所述氟碳改性丙烯酸酯乳液是将甲基丙烯酸甲酯15-35重量份、乙二醇6-9重量份、椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺0.5-0.9重量份、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯5-8重量份、纳米碳粉2-6重量份和去离子水45-90重量份混合后,在75-85℃恒温水浴下,以300-400r/min的速度搅拌分散4-6h得到的乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,所述光引发剂为2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,所述2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮和2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦的质量比为1:3。
7.根据权利要求2所述抗酸碱腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、N,N´-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺和二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]中一种或多种。
