Abstract
本发明涉及建筑隔墙材料技术领域,具体地说是一种防水石膏环保砌块,该防水石膏环保砌块由β半水石膏、减水剂、无机材料、复合型防水剂经搅拌加水浇注制成,各原料的重量配比为:无机材料的重量为β半水石膏重量的9‑15%,减水剂的重量为β半水石膏重量的0.4‑0.7%,复合型防水剂的重量为β半水石膏重量的0.7‑1.2%,水的重量为β半水石膏重量的58‑70%包括;本发明同现有技术相比,通过β半水石膏与无机材料、减水剂、复合型防水剂混合搅拌加水浇注成型,有效地解决了凝结时间过长、难以形成生产力、强度低、成本高和返霜发霉等问题。
Description
[技术领域]
本发明涉及建筑隔墙材料技术领域,具体地说是一种防水石膏环保砌块。
[背景技术]
随着新型隔墙材料的兴起,石膏制品因其材料凝结速度快,易成型,且成本低廉,环保等特点,已在建筑行业中广泛应用。但因石膏为气硬性胶凝材料,遇水强度明显降低,限制了其制品的适用范围。目前,现有的解决办法通常是加入沥青聚合防水乳液、石蜡防水乳液、外涂有机硅防水液和掺加定量的硅酸盐水泥、石灰等无机材料,以提高石膏砌块的耐水性。然而,加入上述有机乳液,受乳化剂的影响,石膏硬化体的凝固时间延缓,绝对强度值降低,难以形成生产力;沥青复合乳液在使用时,不仅使石膏制品颜色变黑,而且污染环境;外涂有机硅防水液价格偏高,在应用过程中防水层容易被破坏,遇水后造成饰面剥落;添加无机活性物质后,在石膏生成防水组分的同时早期强度等特性也发生变化,干燥后表面易产生返霜、遇潮滋生霉菌现象。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的就是要解决上述的不足而提供一种防水石膏环保砌块,通过β半水石膏与无机材料、减水剂、复合型防水剂混合搅拌加水浇注成型,有效地解决了凝结时间过长、难以形成生产力、强度低、成本高和返霜发霉等问题。
为实现上述目的设计一种防水石膏环保砌块,由β半水石膏、减水剂、无机材料、复合型防水剂经搅拌加水浇注制成,各原料的重量配比为:无机材料的重量为β半水石膏重量的9-15%,减水剂的重量为β半水石膏重量的0.4-0.7%,复合型防水剂的重量为β半水石膏重量的0.7-1.2%,水的重量为β半水石膏重量的58-70%。
作为优选,所述无机材料各组份的重量比为,硅藻土25-45,明矾石粉15-35。
进一步地,所述硅藻土、明矾石粉的粒度为180-220目。
作为优选,所述复合型防水剂各组份的重量比为,硅酸乙酯0.2-0.5,硬脂酸铝0.15-0.38,四硼酸钠0.1-0.3,水8-12。
本发明同现有技术相比,以β半水石膏为主要原料,生产中加入一定比例的明矾石粉与二水石膏快速形成一种水硬性矿物;减水剂的加入则降低了拌合过程的需水量和材料内部的孔隙率;防水剂中的成分可渗入石膏体内的毛细孔,并与硫酸钙、空气中的二氧化碳发生反应,使体内、外形成致密的疏水膜,大大增加了砌块本身的强度和耐水性,不影响其本身的凝固时间,有效地提高了生产力,扩大了适用范围,能够满足建筑中湿度的场所(如:厨房、卫生间等)使用条件要求;硅藻土的添加则能够有效地吸附有害物质,预防了产品返霜和滋生霉菌现象的发生,使得饰面整洁美观,环保。综上:本发明通过石膏与无机材料混合搅拌,加水浇注成型,在石膏砌块生产过程中加入复合型外加剂,有效地解决了凝结时间过长、难以形成生产力、强度低、成本高和返霜发霉等问题。此外,本发明经权威机构检测,超出国家行业标准JC/T698-2010中软化系数指标要求,产品符合建筑放射性指标要求,值得推广应用。
[具体实施方式]
本发明提供了一种防水石膏环保砌块,由β半水石膏、减水剂、无机材料、复合型防水剂经搅拌加水浇注制成,各原料的重量配比为:无机材料的重量为β半水石膏重量的9-15%,减水剂的重量为β半水石膏重量的0.4-0.7%,复合型防水剂的重量为β半水石膏重量的0.7-1.2%,水的重量为β半水石膏重量的58-70%;其中,无机材料各组份的重量比为:硅藻土25-45,明矾石粉15-35,要求粒度为180-220目,可取一种或混合;复合型防水剂各组份的重量比为:硅酸乙酯0.2-0.5,硬脂酸铝0.15-0.38,四硼酸钠0.1-0.3,水8-12。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作以下进一步说明:
实施例1
由β半水石膏、减水剂、无机材料和复合型防水剂经搅拌加水浇注制成一种防水石膏环保砌块。其中,无机材料是石膏重量的10%,减水剂是石膏重量的0.5%,复合型防水剂为石膏重量的0.8%,水为石膏重量的62%。无机材料各组份的重量为:硅藻土25;明矾石粉15;要求180-220目可取一种或混合。复合防水剂各组份重量为:硅酸乙酯0.2;硬脂酸铝0.15;四硼酸钠0.1;水8。
实施例2
由β半水石膏、减水剂、无机材料和复合型防水剂经搅拌加水浇注制成一种防水石膏环保砌块。其中,无机材料是石膏重量的12%,减水剂是石膏重量的0.6%,复合型防水剂为石膏重量的0.9%,水为石膏重量的65%。所诉无机材料各组份的重量为:硅藻土30;明矾石粉25;要求180-220目可取一种或混合。复合防水剂各组份重量为:硅酸乙酯0.3;硬脂酸铝0.25;四硼酸钠0.2;水10。
实施例3
由β半水石膏、减水剂、无机材料和复合型防水剂经搅拌加水浇注制成一种防水石膏环保砌块。其中,无机材料是石膏重量的15%,减水剂是石膏重量的0.7%,复合型防水剂为石膏重量的1.2%,水为石膏重量的70%。所诉无机材料各组份的重量为:硅藻土45;明矾石粉35;要求180-220目可取一种或混合。复合防水剂各组份重量为:硅酸乙酯0.5;硬脂酸铝0.38;四硼酸钠0.3;水12。
实施例4
由β半水石膏、减水剂、无机材料和复合型防水剂经搅拌加水浇注制成一种防水石膏环保砌块。其中,无机材料是石膏重量的9%,减水剂是石膏重量的0.4%,复合型防水剂为石膏重量的0.7%,水为石膏重量的58%。所诉无机材料各组份的重量为:硅藻土38;明矾石粉30;要求180-220目可取一种或混合。复合防水剂各组份重量为:硅酸乙酯0.4;硬脂酸铝0.3;四硼酸钠0.25;水11。
本发明并不受上述实施方式的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种防水石膏环保砌块,其特征在于:由β半水石膏、减水剂、无机材料、复合型防水剂经搅拌加水浇注制成,各原料的重量配比为:无机材料的重量为β半水石膏重量的9-15%,减水剂的重量为β半水石膏重量的0.4-0.7%,复合型防水剂的重量为β半水石膏重量的0.7-1.2%,水的重量为β半水石膏重量的58-70%,所述无机材料各组份的重量比为,硅藻土25-45,明矾石粉15-35,所述硅藻土、明矾石粉的粒度为180-220目,所述复合型防水剂各组份的重量比为,硅酸乙酯0.2-0.5,硬脂酸铝0.15-0.38,四硼酸钠0.1-0.3,水8-12。
