背景技术
水泥作为一种重要的胶凝材料,广泛应用于土木建筑、水利、国防等工程。水泥的发明是人类在长期生产实践中不断积累的结果,是在古代建筑材料的基础上发展起来的。经历了漫长的历史过程。在水泥发展过程中,硅酸盐系列水泥(即波兰特水泥)从产量和用途来看,在基本建设工程中占有重要地位,但是,由于普通的硅酸盐水泥固有的性能和特点,决定了它不能满足当前的需要,也不能满足现代建设工程和施工新技术的需要,存在表面耐磨性不强、强度低、耐腐蚀性不佳的问题,需要进一步改进。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种改良型复合水泥,具有高效防水、耐腐、抗裂等功能,增加了水泥强度,结合强度高,受用寿命长和可靠性高。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种改良型复合水泥,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
普通硅酸盐水泥30-45份,双氧水4-8份,聚丙烯纤维1-1.5份,盐酸0.6-0.9份,麦麸5-8份,十六烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱3-7份,海泡石2-4份,河沙12-16份,丁苯橡胶乳液2-6份,电气石粉末7-15份,飞灰4-6份,玻璃纤维粉2-4份,降失水剂1.5-3.2份,硅烷偶联剂0.2-0.4份,消泡剂0.6-2.2份,硅粉10-16份,氧化铁8-13份,硅藻土1-3份。

普通硅酸盐水泥45份,双氧水8份,聚丙烯纤维1.5份,盐酸0.9份,麦麸8份,十六烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱7份,海泡石4份,河沙16份,丁苯橡胶乳液6份,电气石粉末15份,飞灰6份,玻璃纤维粉4份,降失水剂3.2份,硅烷偶联剂0.4份,消泡剂2.2份,硅粉16份,氧化铁13份,硅藻土3份。
