背景技术
水泥行业是资源消耗大户,不仅大量消耗石灰石等矿物资源,而且对煤炭等能源资源需求量巨大,水泥工业面临着严峻的资源问题。所以水泥助磨剂对于水泥加工非常重要,可以改善水泥流动性,提高磨机的研磨效果和选粉机的选粉效率,从而降低粉磨能耗,有效节约资源。但目前市场上的助磨剂还存在一些不足,成本较高,用量大,作用小,有待于进一步改善。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种改良型水泥助磨剂,改善水泥的性能和品质,有效提高水泥磨粉过程中能量的利用率,性能优良,降低能源的消耗。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种改良型水泥助磨剂,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
马来酸1-1.5份,木质素磺酸钙0.6-0.9份,二氧化硅8-14份,粉煤灰6-12份,醋酸钠2-4份,三乙醇胺6-7份,羟基乙叉二磷酸2-4份,酒石酸3-5份,碳酸钠12-22份,氯化铵7-13份,氢氧化钾10-20份,二醇7-11份,聚羧酸盐减水剂3-7份,膨润土6-9份,硫氰酸钠8-15份。
