Abstract

本发明提供了一种椅背高度调节按摩椅,包括若干个可独立升降的升降块和一个控制单元,所述升降块包括固定杆、伸缩杆和压力传感器;所述控制单元接收压力传感器数据并通过计算控制伸缩杆调节高度以使椅背更好的贴合驾驶员背部。通过上述方式,本发明实施例的椅背高度调节按摩椅通过每个升降块的升降来调节座椅靠背高度,使得驾驶员坐在上面背部和腰部可以更好的贴合座椅不至于悬空,每个升降模块可作为按摩装置对驾驶员进行按摩,减缓长时间驾驶所带来的疲劳,使行车更加安全。

一种椅背高度调节按摩椅
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车驾驶技术领域,特别是涉及一种椅背高度调节按摩椅。
背景技术
目前,汽车座椅普遍为通常的沙发式结构,驾驶员坐在上面整个躯干部位无法完全的贴合椅背和坐垫,尤其是腰部和颈部位置,由于座椅结构限制和驾驶姿势的限制,基本处于悬空的状态,长时间驾驶之后,很容易出现腰部和颈部的疲劳,长期如此会出现腰部和颈部的疾病,不利于驾驶员的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种坐姿调节按摩座椅,能够通过小模块的升降调整座椅结构,使整个座椅完全贴合驾驶员的背部以及腰部,同时具有按摩功能,使驾驶员驾驶过程中有一个更加舒适的驾驶姿势和驾驶环境。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种椅背高度调节按摩椅,其特征在于:所述椅背高度调节按摩椅靠背内安装有若干个升降块,每一个升降块可独立上下升降以调整各个区域的高度;所述升降块包括固定杆、伸缩杆和压力感应器,所述固定杆安装在靠背靠近背面位置,所述伸缩杆一端套接在固定杆上,所述压力感应器安装在伸缩杆的另一端;
所述椅背高度调节按摩椅具体还包括一个控制单元,用于接收所述升降块上压力感应器检测的压力信息,计算并控制每个升降块的高度,以使人背部和腰部更好的贴合座椅。
优选地,所述升降块为5×5cm柱状块,所述每个升降块内部安装一个小型振动源,可起到按摩的作用。
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的有益效果是:通过每个升降块的升降来调节座椅靠背高度,使得驾驶员坐在上面背部和腰部可以更好的贴合座椅不至于悬空,每个升降模块可作为按摩装置对驾驶员进行按摩,减缓长时间驾驶所带来的疲劳,使行车更加安全。

如图1所示的本发明实施例椅背高度调节按摩椅,其特征在于:所述椅背高度调节按摩椅靠背内安装有若干个升降块,每一个升降块可独立上下升降以调整各个区域的高度;所述升降块包括固定杆1、伸缩杆2和压力感应器3,所述固定杆安装在靠背靠近背面位置,所述伸缩杆一端套接在固定杆上,所述压力感应器安装在伸缩杆的另一端;
所述椅背高度调节按摩椅具体还包括一个控制单元,用于接收所述升降块上压力感应器检测的压力信息,计算并控制每个升降块的高度,以使人背部和腰部更好的贴合座椅。
具体实施过程中,汽车发动后,驾驶员靠在椅背上,所述压力传感器开始工作,侦测椅背上各个位置所承受的压力并将压力指数发送给控制单元,所述控制单元通过计算分析驾驶员背部结构,压力指数较大的地方,则为驾驶员靠实的地方,压力指数较小的地方则为靠接不实的地方,调节压力指数较小的地方的升降块,调高伸缩杆高度以使座椅靠背面贴合驾驶员背部和后颈部。长时间驾车之后,驾驶员可手动打开按摩按钮,升降块内部振动源开始震动,进行按摩。
通过上述方式,本发明实施例的椅背高度调节按摩椅通过每个升降块的升降来调节座椅靠背高度,使得驾驶员坐在上面背部和腰部可以更好的贴合座椅不至于悬空,每个升降模块可作为按摩装置对驾驶员进行按摩,减缓长时间驾驶所带来的疲劳,使行车更加安全。

1.一种椅背高度调节按摩椅,其特征在于,所述椅背高度调节按摩椅靠背内安装有若干个升降块,每一个升降块可独立上下升降以调整各个区域的高度;所述升降块包括固定杆、伸缩杆和压力感应器,所述固定杆安装在靠背靠近背面位置,所述伸缩杆一端套接在固定杆上,所述压力感应器安装在伸缩杆的另一端;
所述椅背高度调节按摩椅具体还包括一个控制单元,用于接收所述升降块上压力感应器检测的压力信息,计算并控制每个升降块的高度,以使人背部和腰部更好的贴合座椅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椅背高度调节按摩椅,其特征在于:所述升降块为5×5cm柱状块,所述每个升降块内部安装一个小型振动源,可起到按摩的作用。
