技术领域
本发明涉及一种绳索上的夹具，包括：

背景技术
提到的那种公知的夹具包括构成槽的U形凸缘，具有锁定凸轮的杆，以及使夹具能够在绳索的任何点处，安装或拆卸的可移动销。杆和分离的销通过柔性连杆保持接合夹具的主体，以使它们在销已经拆卸之后受控制。凸轮在绳索的方向上复位是由柔性偏压装置执行的，例如通过电缆的弯曲，或通过扭转或牵引弹簧的作用。这些柔性偏压装置的安装和拆卸操作对用户使用具有可移动销的夹具执行是不容易的。

根据一个优选的实施方案，卡盒包括端部，用于容纳弹簧，和柔性指状部，同轴地围绕端部在壳体中夹紧。弹簧由围绕卡盒的端部安装的螺旋缠绕型扭转弹簧形成。
卡盒配置为与杆的止动部协作，以确保其在主体的凹槽中固定。当杆插入槽时，卡盒在主体的凹槽内接合，呈现单个可能组装位置。
具有凸轮的杆的枢转销能够通过任何快速机械固定装置拆卸。

具体实施方式
参照图1至7，夹具10设计为攀登者在固定绳索上的安全前进，并用于构成滑车装绳或提升系统。夹具10包括具有用于绳索通过的中心槽12的U形金属体11，以及具有锁定凸轮14的致动杆13。
致动杆13可以绕横向枢轴销15在绳索的第一挤压位置和第二解锁位置之间旋转。凸轮14在致动杆13的面对槽12的底部的内侧端处延伸，以抵靠槽12的底部在第一位置锁闭绳索。在凸轮14的相对端，致动杆13具有圆形孔16，可从槽12的外侧进入以连接设计为连接到攀登者的背带的安全装置(未示出)。
安全装置可以是弹簧钩，绳索或皮带。凸轮14的表面与绳索接触，可包括多个肋或突起，以提高锁闭效果。在绳索已经插入槽12中之后，夹具10允许攀登者自由向上移动，并在向下方向上执行锁闭作用。偏压弹簧17，例如由扭转弹簧构成，围绕枢转销15同轴地设置，以偏压杆13和凸轮14向绳索施加轻微的压力。
U形主体11的两个平行分支包括用于夹具的枢转销15通过的横向对齐的孔21。枢转销15通过可移动固定装置固定，例如螺母和螺栓，开口销，伸缩球轴承等。
根据本发明，弹簧17集成在设置于致动杆13中的圆形壳体18中，利用固定卡盒19保持就位。壳体18位于端部凸轮14和连接孔16之间，并呈现比扭转弹簧17略大的直径。壳体18的底部配备有环形缘20，弹簧17于其上支撑。任何其他类型的弹簧自然可以用来调节壳体18相应的构造。
卡盒19最好由模制塑料材料制成，并且包括允许枢转销15通过的贯通孔22。在一侧，卡盒19呈现平坦的表面，并在相反侧有延伸的端部23容纳弹簧17。柔性指状部24同轴地围绕端部23，以执行卡盒19在壳体18中的夹紧。止动部设置在卡盒19的两侧，以在一旦它已经插入具有弹簧17的壳体18中，执行锁闭后者旋转。
枢转销15呈现对应于分离主体11的分支的距离的长度，以便在其已被安装之后不产生任何凸起。它在其端对两端具有两个环形槽25，26，两个快速紧固开口销27，28接合其中。
弹簧17在夹具10中的安装以如下方式执行：
扭转弹簧17首先围绕卡盒19的管状端部23定位，然后卡盒19然后转过一转的一部分，以将弹簧17置于预应力状态，并且具有弹簧17的卡盒然后通过卡固安装在杆13的壳体18中。在此状态下，卡盒19保护弹簧17，并且该组件在凸轮14的杆13上锁闭旋转。
凸轮14的杆13配备有弹簧17的固定卡盒19，构成设计为插入主体11的槽12的子组件，使卡盒19的孔22符合主体11的对齐孔21。卡盒19在主体11的其中一个分支的凹槽30(图1和7)中接合，呈现单个可能的固定位置。在插入位置的凹槽30中，卡盒19被固定不旋转。
枢转销15然后可以通过孔21插入，并通过固定两个快速紧固开口销27，28横向锁闭在法兰11中。
在图8和9中，杆13的止动部29与卡盒19的圆形边缘配合，以在具有凸轮14的杆13在打开位置(图8)和锁闭位置(图9)之间的整个枢转行程来执行后者在壳体18中的固定。
在枢转销15被安装之后，夹具10可操作，并且在预应力状态的弹簧17通过围绕枢轴销15枢转朝向绳索偏压凸轮14。
当绳索的夹具10被安装或拆卸时，执行枢转销15的拆卸，凸轮14的杆13能够利用强制连接件连接到主体11，例如缆绳或任何其他的柔性连接件。

Claims (8)

1.一种绳索上的夹具，包括：
-U形主体(11)，配备有用于绳索通过的槽(12)，
-致动杆(13)，具有用于连接安全装置的孔(16)，和绳索的挤压凸轮(14)，所述杆利用可移动销(15)容纳在槽中，
-和偏压弹簧(17)，朝向绳索偏压凸轮(14)。
其特征在于，弹簧(17)利用配置为将弹簧(17)置于预应力状态的固定卡盒(19)集成在凸轮(14)的杆(13)的壳体(18)中，所述卡盒具有卡固装置，设计为容纳在杆(13)的壳体(18)中。
