本发明涉及保健品领域，特别是涉及一种能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
乳房是女性的第二性征器官，也是构成女性曼妙身姿的重要器官。乳房主要由乳腺组织、脂肪组织、结缔组织以及血管、淋巴管和神经等组织构成。成年女性的乳腺组织由15～20个乳腺叶组成，其主要功能是泌乳；脂肪组织包绕整个乳腺组织，脂肪组织层厚则乳房大，反之则小；结缔组织是连接胸部浅筋和胸肌筋膜的纤维束，起支撑和固定乳房的作用；血管和淋巴管的主要功能是供给养分和排除废物；而神经与乳房皮肤的感觉器相连，感知外界刺激。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，女性越来越关注胸部美态所展现的女性魅力。但随着生活和工作压力的日渐增加，乳腺肿痛、乳腺炎、乳腺癌等乳腺疾病亦不断增多，危害着女性的身心健康。因此，女性对乳房的日常护理、保健需求亦不断提高。

基于此，本发明的目的在于，提供一种能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的组合物及其制备方法。

本发明所述的组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：取所述的沉香精油、玫瑰精油、香叶天竺葵精油、牡丹根皮提取物和维生素E，充分搅拌混合均匀，然后加入蚕丝蛋白、燕麦多肽和超氧化物歧化酶，充分搅拌溶解，即得到所述的组合物。
本发明所述的组合物，能够应用于制备用于乳房护理的药品、保健品或护肤品。

本发明所述的精华液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：分别取所述的沉香精油、玫瑰精油、香叶天竺葵精油、牡丹根皮提取物、蚕丝蛋白、燕麦多肽、超氧化物歧化酶、维生素E、丁二醇、甘油、尿囊素和透明质酸钠，加入水中，再加入十三烷醇聚醚-9，充分搅拌溶解，然后加入月桂氮卓酮、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、丙烯酸(酯)类/异癸酸乙烯酯交联聚合物和三乙醇胺，继续搅拌溶解，即得到所述的精华液。
本发明所述的能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的组合物，其配方中含有多种活性组分，各活性组分之间能够相互协同促进，具有疏通乳腺，预防和缓解乳腺增生，改善乳房疼痛，预防乳腺炎、乳腺癌等乳房疾病的功效；并能使乳房丰满紧致，预防乳房松弛下垂，消除乳房生长纹，淡化乳晕色素沉着，令胸部皮肤润养白皙；且效果持续性好，不会出现反弹现象。本发明所述的组合物，其不含激素，能够在女生经期期间使用，使用时无需开乳头、乳晕，配方安全、使用方便、适应性好。
配方中的沉香精油，其能够行气活血，强化血管微循环，疏通乳腺管道并调节胸腺，有利于乳房发育所需营养物质的吸收，并具有养颜美肤、消除黑色素、去除顽固黑斑等功效。沉香精油中含有的色酮类化合物，能促使腺泡细胞进行分裂、增殖，腺泡数量增多，腺体和导管体积增大，储存的营养增多，脂肪含量也随之增多，能够促进乳房健康发育增长，实现丰满。此外，沉香精油中含有的天然倍半萜和三萜类化合物，经临床证实具有抗癌、抗肿瘤的作用。

配方中的牡丹根皮提取物，是由牡丹花的根皮经乙醇提取法提取得到的中药提取物，其蕴含丹皮酚、牡丹酚苷等成分，具有镇痛、抗炎、解热和抑制变态反应等作用，还能抑制细胞内氧自由基的产生，促使皮肤中的沉积色素还原退色，消淤化斑，美白皮肤。
配方中的蚕丝蛋白，其蕴含甘氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸等多种氨基酸，其水解液的渗透力极强，涂于皮肤表面后能够快速渗入皮肤质层，透过角质层与皮肤表皮细胞结合，并被细胞作为营养吸收，参与和促进细胞代谢，还能修复已损伤的皮肤，促进肌肤细胞再生。蚕丝蛋白中的丝氨酸还能抑制皮肤中的酪氨酸酶活性，从而抑制酪氨酸酶生成黑色素，能够改善暗淡的肤色。
配方中的燕麦多肽，为小分子生物活性肽，其能够加快细胞增殖和新陈代谢，活化肌肤，抵抗自由基的氧化作用；其还具有优异的保湿性能，可快速穿透皮肤并在皮肤表面形成保护层。
配方中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)，具有歧化作用，能够清除乳腺管长期堆积的脂质过氧化物，激活萎缩的乳腺细胞，畅通微循环。超氧化物歧化酶还能抑制胶原蛋白断裂，刺激胶原蛋白产生，平衡乳腺组织的良好发育，有效稳定乳腺组织内的纤维性蛋白质，令乳房保持紧实饱满；并能增强乳房悬韧带的修复力，让拉长的支持韧带日渐恢复，改善胸部松弛下垂。
配方中的维生素E，能够调节内分泌，保持乳房肌肤的活力和弹性。
本发明所述的能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的精华液，含有本发明所述的组合物以及多种保湿活性组分，不但能够预防乳房疾病，使乳房丰满紧致，还能赋予乳房肌肤的滋润、弹性，进一步提升乳房的美态。
配方中的丁二醇、甘油、尿囊素、透明质酸钠，均为保湿剂，均具有良好的保湿作用，能够保持乳房肌肤的滋润度和弹性；尿囊素还具有抗氧化、消炎止痛的作用，并能促进细胞新陈代谢、促进组织生长。十三烷醇聚醚-9为非离子型表面活性剂，能够促进配方中的沉香精油、玫瑰精油、香叶天竺葵精油、牡丹根皮提取物等脂溶性成分在水中的溶解。月桂氮卓酮为促渗透剂，能够促进配方中的活性成分快速渗透至皮肤质层，加强活性成分的吸收和起效。对羟基苯乙酮和己二醇为防腐剂；对羟基苯乙酮还有安全性高，不会对乳房肌肤造成不良刺激的优点。丙烯酸(酯)类/异癸酸乙烯酯交联聚合物和三乙醇胺均为乳化剂，能够赋予溶液体系良好的稳定性；丙烯酸(酯)类/异癸酸乙烯酯交联聚合物具有良好的乳化效果，且性质温和，不会对乳房肌肤造成不良刺激；三乙醇胺还具有保湿、增稠、调节pH平衡的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例一：制备本发明所述的能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的组合物
按照以下配方分别称取各组分：
将沉香精油、玫瑰精油、香叶天竺葵精油、牡丹根皮提取物和维生素E，充分搅拌混合均匀，然后加入蚕丝蛋白、燕麦多肽和超氧化物歧化酶，充分搅拌溶解，即得到所述的能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的组合物。
实施例二：制备本发明所述的能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的精华液
按照以下配方分别称取各组分：
分别将沉香精油、玫瑰精油、香叶天竺葵精油、牡丹根皮提取物、蚕丝蛋白、燕麦多肽、超氧化物歧化酶、维生素E、丁二醇、甘油、尿囊素和透明质酸钠加入水中，再加入十三烷醇聚醚-9，充分搅拌溶解，然后加入月桂氮卓酮、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、丙烯酸(酯)类/异癸酸乙烯酯交联聚合物和三乙醇胺，继续搅拌溶解，即得到本发明所述的能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的精华液。
实施例三：本发明所述的能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的精华液的效果试验
1、丰胸效果试验
招募25～45岁的女性志愿者150名，随机分为3组，其中，样品组使用实施例二制得的精华液，对照组使用市场上购买的乳房护理乳液，空白组使用市场上购买的保湿护理乳液。受试者每天使用试验产品两次，每次使用2g，均匀涂抹于乳房，并按摩至产品完全吸收，连续使用60天。
试验60天后，对每位受试者作问卷调查，分别就产品吸收速度、乳房松弛缓解度、乳房丰满提升度、乳房肌肤紧致度、色素沉着改善度、乳房皮肤美白度以及乳房皮肤保湿度进行评分，以10分为最高分，分值越高则代表满意度越高。每组受试者的评分平均值如下表1所示。
试验结果表明，本发明所述的精华液使用后，产品吸收速度快，并具有良好的乳房松弛缓解度、乳房丰满提升度、乳房肌肤紧致度、色素沉着改善度、乳房皮肤美白度以及乳房皮肤保湿度。

2、乳腺增生缓解效果试验
招募25～45岁的女性乳腺增生患者90名，随机分为3组，其中，样品组使用实施例二制得的精华液，对照组使用市场上购买的乳房护理乳液，空白组使用市场上购买的保湿护理乳液。受试者每天使用试验产品两次，每次使用2g，均匀涂抹于乳房，并按摩至产品完全吸收，连续使用60天。
试验60天后，对每位受试者作问卷调查，分别就乳房疼痛、乳房肿块、乳头溢夜的改善度进行评分，以10分为最高分，分值越高则代表满意度越高。每组受试者的评分平均值如下表2所示。
试验结果表明，本发明所述的精华液使用后，能有效改善乳房疼痛、乳房肿块、乳头溢夜的问题，缓解乳腺增生的病症。

以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合，为使描述简洁，未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述，然而，只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾，都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

1.一种能让乳房丰满紧致和预防乳腺疾病的精华液，其特征在于，由以下组分组成：
2.权利要求1所述的精华液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：分别取所述的沉香精油、玫瑰精油、香叶天竺葵精油、牡丹根皮提取物、蚕丝蛋白、燕麦多肽、超氧化物歧化酶、维生素E、丁二醇、甘油、尿囊素和透明质酸钠，加入水中，再加入十三烷醇聚醚-9，充分搅拌溶解，然后加入月桂氮卓酮、对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、丙烯酸(酯)类/异癸酸乙烯酯交联聚合物和三乙醇胺，继续搅拌溶解，即得到所述的精华液。
