本发明涉及一种既无需绒毛浆载体定位高分子树脂,也无需粘胶剂定位高分子树脂的前提下,既能够将高分子树脂均布在包覆层底部面上,又能使高分子树脂吸液性能得到完全发挥,同时又能有效地降低吸收体自身厚度的半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体及制作方法,包括包覆层,包覆层的面布满凹槽且凹槽面的内外置有高分子吸水树脂,覆盖层位于高分子吸水树脂上,包覆层收边在覆盖层的边上。优点:一是无需绒毛浆作为高分子树脂的固定基材,不仅极大地降低了吸收体的厚度,而且解决了高分子树脂在绒毛浆上分布不均的难题;二是由于无需胶粘剂固定高分子树脂,从而使高分子树脂吸收量得到了充挥的发挥;三是不仅极大地降低了制造成本,而且生产效率大幅度得到了提高。

半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体及制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种既无需绒毛浆载体定位高分子树脂,也无需粘胶剂定位高分子树脂的前提下,既能够将高分子树脂均布在包覆层底部面上,又能使高分子树脂吸液性能得到完全发挥,同时又能有效地降低吸收体自身厚度的半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体及制作方法,属卫生用品用吸收体制造领域。
背景技术
CN 104367418A、名称“一种复合吸收芯体”,包括表层、底层和设置于所述表层和所述底层之间的中间吸收层,所述中间吸收层上开设有多个纵向穿孔,在所述纵向穿孔中填充有高分子吸水树脂。其不足之处:由于由间吸收层为纵向穿孔,无法将高分子树脂兜住,需专门兜底层,无法实现大面积复合无纺布芯体的制作分切。
CN101797201A、名称“高分子复合芯体”,其特征在于设有无尘纸表层、无尘纸底层和膨松无纺布层,膨松无纺布层设于无尘纸表层与无尘纸底层之间且与无尘纸表层和无尘纸底层胶粘剂胶接,膨松无纺布层内均匀渗有吸水树脂。其不足之处:一是由于高分子树脂无法均匀与与膨松无纺布结合,造成所制作的高分子复合芯体吸收在吸收液体后所形成的面高低不平,使使用者感觉不适;二是由于采用膨松无纺布用于固定高分子树脂的基材,不仅厚,而且无法有效地对高分子树脂实现定位。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既无需绒毛浆载体定位高分子树脂,也无需粘胶剂定位高分子树脂的前提下,既能够将高分子树脂均布在包覆层底部面上,又能使高分子树脂吸液性能得到完全发挥,同时又能有效地降低吸收体自身厚度的半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体及制作方法。
设计方案:为了实现本发明的设计目的。1、采用包覆层作为高分子吸水树脂分布基面的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样设计的目的在于:由于包覆层在使用前,其包覆层的面上密布凹槽,它不仅能够有效均匀地将高分子吸水树脂固定分布在包覆层上,而且由于高分子吸水树脂定位无需胶粘,避免了胶液对高分子吸水树脂快速吸液量的制约,从而实现了快速饱和吸液的目的,最大限度地发挥了高分子吸水树脂的功能,从而更进一步地减小了卫生用品吸液芯体的厚度,使用于制作包覆层无纺布或无尘纸的功能得到了充分的发挥。2、SAP定量施加装置将设定量的高分子吸水树脂施加至密布凹槽状包覆层面的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样设计的目的在于:SAP(高分子吸水树脂)定量转轮将一定量的SAP从储料仓中转移至导料槽中,导料槽安装在一个有弹簧支撑的底座上,底座通过气动球振动器而横向振动,当SAP落入导料槽后,由于底座振动迫使导料槽振动且将SAP均匀撒播至包覆层面密布的凹槽内,并通过振动使高分子吸水树脂之间更加密实。3、SAP振动装置对带有SAP包覆层横向水平振动的设计,是本发明的技术特征之三。这样设计的目的在于:它不仅能够使SAP的分布更加均匀,避免由于SAP分布不均而造成的漏液现象,而且能够使SAP的层厚更加密实。
技术方案1:一种半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体,包括包覆层,包覆层的面布满凹槽且凹槽面的内外置有高分子吸水树脂,覆盖层位于高分子吸水树脂上,包覆层收边在覆盖层的边上。
技术方案2:一种半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体的制作方法,SAP定量施加装置将设定量的高分子吸水树脂施加至包覆层面的凹槽内外后,然后经过SAP振动装置对带有SAP包覆层的横向水平振动,使自由SAP颗粒进一步均布密实,最后将覆盖层覆盖在高分子吸水树脂上后,包覆层收边在覆盖层的边上且由压实装置压实构成半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是无需绒毛浆作为高分子树脂的固定基材,不仅极大地降低了吸收体的厚度,而且解决了高分子树脂在绒毛浆上分布不均的难题;二是由于无需胶粘剂固定高分子树脂,从而使高分子树脂吸收量得到了充挥的发挥;三是实现了吸收体复合无纺布的大面积制造、分割、运输及在线使用,不仅极大地降低了制造成本,而且生产效率大幅度得到了提高。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1。一种半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体,包括包覆层3,包覆层3的面布满凹槽且凹槽面的内外置有高分子吸水树脂1,覆盖层2位于高分子吸水树脂1上,包覆层3收边在覆盖层2的边上。高分子吸水树脂1的施加量根据吸液量的大小而定。半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体采用热压合或采用超声波焊接成型。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,参照附图2。覆盖层2上或包覆层3上设有导流层4,包覆层3收边在导流层4的边上构成半包超薄吸液芯体。
实施例3:在实施例1的基础上,一种半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体的制作方法, SAP定量施加装置将设定量的高分子吸水树脂施加至包覆层面的凹槽内外后,然后经过SAP振动装置对带有SAP包覆层的横向水平振动,使自由SAP颗粒进一步均布密实,最后将覆盖层覆盖在高分子吸水树脂上后,包覆层收边在覆盖层的边上且由压实装置压实构成半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体。
实施例4:在实施例2和3的基出上,覆盖层2上或包覆层3上设有导流层4,包覆层3收边在导流层4的边上。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体,包括包覆层(3),其特征是:包覆层(3)的面布满凹槽且凹槽面的内外置有高分子吸水树脂(1),覆盖层(2)位于高分子吸水树脂(1)上,包覆层(3)收边在覆盖层(2)的边上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体,其特征是:覆盖层(2)上或包覆层(3)上设有导流层(4),包覆层(3)收边在导流层(4)的边上构成半包超薄吸液芯体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体,其特征是:半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体采用热压合或采用超声波焊接成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体,其特征是:高分子吸水树脂(1)的施加量根据吸液量的大小而定。
5.一种半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体的制作方法,其特征是: SAP定量施加装置将设定量的高分子吸水树脂施加至包覆层面的凹槽内外后,然后经过SAP振动装置对带有SAP包覆层的横向水平振动,使自由SAP颗粒进一步均布密实,最后将覆盖层覆盖在高分子吸水树脂上后,包覆层收边在覆盖层的边上且由压实装置压实构成半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的半包超薄无胶强力吸液芯体的制作方法,其特征是:覆盖层上或包覆层上设有导流层,包覆层收边在导流层的边上。
