Abstract

本发明公开了一种血管覆膜支架制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:a.在管材上通过激光切割的方式形成沿所述管材的轴向依次切割出的多个圆锥型薄壁环,并制造出用于连接相邻两个外撑柱的连接挂钩或连接筋;b.利用镍钛合金编织成金属丝,且金属丝外表面镀上氮化钛材料屏蔽层,再制成含有多个波峰和多个波谷的波浪状上网架和下网架,且将上网架和下网架置于薄壁环内;c.对b步骤后得到的支架进行退火处理,以除去在所述激光切割时产生的残余应力;d.对c步骤得到的支架采用电化学抛光机进行抛光,再在支架外包裹覆膜。采用本发明有效提高覆膜支架的稳定性和可靠性。

Description

一种血管覆膜支架制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及激光切割领域,具体而言,是一种血管覆膜支架制作方法。
背景技术
动脉瘤是临床上十分凶险的一种血管疾病,因此,一经发现动脉瘤患者,应尽快对其进行相应治疗。目前,利用采用的是利用管径较细的输送系统,将被压缩状态的覆膜支架送达病变血管的位置后准确释放,覆盖在病变血管段,隔绝瘤腔并形成新的血流通道;动脉瘤在丧失血液供应后,瘤腔内残留血液逐渐形成血栓并肌化成血管组织,扩张状态的瘤壁因受负压而收缩,逐渐恢复到接近原始形态,从而达到治疗动脉瘤的目的。这一技术大大减轻了手术创伤,患者恢复较快。然而,在治疗过程中,现有覆膜支架释放后容易被强制性弯折变形,使覆膜支架与血管壁或瘤颈的贴壁性能变差,容易导致覆膜支架移位与内漏。而采用镍钛合金材料制作的骨架,虽然也在一定程度上提高了支架的稳固能力,但其镍离子在人体内释放后,长期堆积容易引起炎症和血栓。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种血管覆膜支架制作方法,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种血管覆膜支架制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 在管材上通过激光切割的方式形成沿所述管材的轴向依次切割出的多个圆锥型薄壁环,并制造出用于连接相邻两个外撑柱的连接挂钩或连接筋;
b.利用镍钛合金编织成金属丝,且金属丝外表面镀上氮化钛材料屏蔽层,再制成含有多个波峰和多个波谷的波浪状上网架和下网架,且将上网架和下网架置于薄壁环内;
c.对b步骤后得到的支架进行退火处理,以除去在所述激光切割时产生的残余应力;
d.对c步骤得到的支架采用电化学抛光机进行抛光,再在支架外包裹覆膜。
进一步地,所述步骤a中的管材直径为1mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用本发明提高径向支撑力的同时,金属覆盖率也会增加,覆膜支架单元依次套接设置,使覆膜支架的方向性降低,能够提高覆膜支架的弯曲或设置灵活性,从而能够使覆膜支架更好地与血管壁或瘤颈相适配,避免形成内漏。
具体实施方式
下面具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种血管覆膜支架制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 在直径为1mm管材上通过激光切割的方式形成沿所述管材的轴向依次切割出的多个圆锥型薄壁环,并制造出用于连接相邻两个外撑柱的连接挂钩或连接筋;
b.利用镍钛合金编织成金属丝,且金属丝外表面镀上氮化钛材料屏蔽层,再制成含有多个波峰和多个波谷的波浪状上网架和下网架,且将上网架和下网架置于薄壁环内;
c.对b步骤后得到的支架进行退火处理,以除去在所述激光切割时产生的残余应力;
d.对c步骤得到的支架采用电化学抛光机进行抛光,再在支架外包裹覆膜。
采用本发明提高径向支撑力的同时,金属覆盖率也会增加,覆膜支架单元依次套接设置,使覆膜支架的方向性降低,能够提高覆膜支架的弯曲或设置灵活性,从而能够使覆膜支架更好地与血管壁或瘤颈相适配,避免形成内漏。

a. 在管材上通过激光切割的方式形成沿所述管材的轴向依次切割出的多个圆锥型薄壁环,并制造出用于连接相邻两个外撑柱的连接挂钩或连接筋;
b.利用镍钛合金编织成金属丝,且金属丝外表面镀上氮化钛材料屏蔽层,再制成含有多个波峰和多个波谷的波浪状上网架和下网架,且将上网架和下网架置于薄壁环内;
c.对b步骤后得到的支架进行退火处理,以除去在所述激光切割时产生的残余应力;
