本发明公开了震动分离碎壳机,进料口位于箱体顶端一侧与箱体内部连通,碎壳辊有两根,并排安装在进料口下方,在碎壳辊下方由上向下依次设置有花生筛板和碎屑筛板,在花生筛板上分布有若干花生筛孔,在碎屑筛板上分布有若干碎屑筛孔,花生筛孔的孔径大于碎屑筛孔的孔径,在花生筛板和碎屑筛板底部均安装有振动器,还包括安装在花生出口处的风机和风机连杆,风机连杆一端与风机铰接、另一端与箱体铰接,风机的出风口斜向下面向碎屑筛板。本发明震动分离碎壳机,结构简单,便于生产,利于普及使用,且能够高效实现果壳与花生的分离,结合风机将碎屑处理花生,避免了花生裹挟碎屑一通被收集,提高了进一步提高了收集效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械制造技术领域,尤其是震动分离碎壳机。
背景技术
现有花生脱壳机为了实现花生与果壳的分离,通常结构复杂,制造工艺也很复杂,生产成本和维修成本高,对于普通农户来说很难承担,这种花生脱壳机很难实现普及,而且,目前所使用的设备很难彻底分离碎屑与花生,花生常常裹挟着碎屑一同被收集,降低了收集效率。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出震动分离碎壳机,结构简单,便于生产,利于普及使用,且能够高效实现果壳与花生的分离,同时,结合风机将碎屑处理花生,避免了花生裹挟碎屑一通被收集,提高了进一步提高了收集效率。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
震动分离碎壳机,包括箱体、进料口和碎壳辊,
所述进料口位于所述箱体顶端一侧与所述箱体内部连通,
所述碎壳辊有两根,并排安装在所述进料口下方,在所述碎壳辊下方由上向下依次设置有花生筛板和碎屑筛板,在所述花生筛板上分布有若干花生筛孔,在所述碎屑筛板上分布有若干碎屑筛孔,所述花生筛孔的孔径大于所述碎屑筛孔的孔径,
在所述花生筛板和所述碎屑筛板底部均安装有振动器,
还包括安装在所述花生出口处的风机和风机连杆,所述风机连杆一端与所述风机铰接、另一端与所述箱体铰接,所述风机的出风口斜向下面向所述碎屑筛板,所述花生筛板和碎屑筛板从所述碎壳辊下方开始向下倾斜延伸至所述箱体外部,
所述花生筛板伸出所述壳体的端部对应位置的箱体上设有果壳出口,
所述碎屑筛板伸出所述壳体的端部对应位置的箱体上设有花生出口,
所述箱体底面上设置有碎屑出口。
本发明震动分离碎壳机,结构简单,便于生产,利于普及使用,且能够高效实现果壳与花生的分离,同时,结合风机将碎屑处理花生,避免了花生裹挟碎屑一通被收集,提高了进一步提高了收集效率。

如图1所示的震动分离碎壳机,包括箱体2、进料口1和碎壳辊10,
所述进料口1位于所述箱体2顶端一侧与所述箱体2内部连通,
所述碎壳辊10有两根,并排安装在所述进料口1下方,在所述碎壳辊10下方由上向下依次设置有花生筛板4和碎屑筛板5,在所述花生筛板4上分布有若干花生筛孔9,在所述碎屑筛板5上分布有若干碎屑筛孔8,所述花生筛孔9的孔径大于所述碎屑筛孔8的孔径,
在所述花生筛板4和所述碎屑筛板5底部均安装有振动器6。
所述花生筛板4和碎屑筛板从所述碎壳辊10下方开始向下倾斜延伸至所述箱体2外部,
所述花生筛板4伸出所述壳体的端部对应位置的箱体2上设有果壳出口3,
所述碎屑筛板5伸出所述壳体的端部对应位置的箱体2上设有花生出口11,
所述箱体2底面上设置有碎屑出口7。
还包括安装在所述花生出口处的风机14和风机连杆13,所述风机连杆一端与所述风机通过螺栓12铰接、另一端与所述箱体通过螺栓铰接,所述风机的出风口斜向下面向所述碎屑筛板。
使用时,将带皮花生从进料口1送入两个碎壳辊10之间,碎壳辊10将果壳压碎,使花生与果壳分离,并同时掉落到花生筛板4上,花生筛板4上的花生筛孔9的孔径可使碎屑和花生通过,但果壳无法通过,果壳从果壳出口3掉出箱体2外部,掉落在碎屑筛板5上的花生无法通过碎屑筛孔8,通过花生出口11掉出箱体2,碎屑通过碎屑筛孔8掉落,从碎屑出口7掉出箱体2。振动器的震动能够有效实现花生、碎屑和果壳的筛除和移动。
本发明震动分离碎壳机,结构简单,便于生产,利于普及使用,且能够高效实现果壳与花生的分离,同时,结合风机将碎屑处理花生,避免了花生裹挟碎屑一通被收集,提高了进一步提高了收集效率。

1.震动分离碎壳机,其特征在于,包括箱体、进料口和碎壳辊,

所述碎壳辊有两根,并排安装在所述进料口下方,在所述碎壳辊下方由上向下依次设置有花生筛板和碎屑筛板,在所述花生筛板上分布有若干花生筛孔,在所述碎屑筛板上分布有若干碎屑筛孔,所述花生筛孔的孔径大于所述碎屑筛孔的孔径,
在所述花生筛板和所述碎屑筛板底部均安装有振动器,
还包括安装在所述花生出口处的风机和风机连杆,所述风机连杆一端与所述风机铰接、另一端与所述箱体铰接,所述风机的出风口斜向下面向所述碎屑筛板,
所述花生筛板和碎屑筛板从所述碎壳辊下方开始向下倾斜延伸至所述箱体外部,
所述花生筛板伸出所述壳体的端部对应位置的箱体上设有果壳出口,
