Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,包括壳体、设置在壳体上的提手、电池组、设置在壳体上的正接线端子和负接线端子、设置在壳体上用于充电的充电接口,设置在壳体上的电气开关,电池组设置在壳体内部,电池组包括若干串并联组成的电池阵列,电池阵列嵌在设置有电池槽穴的支架上,支架与电池相匹配,在支架上设置有孔洞,孔洞从支架一端沿与槽穴轴向平行方向延伸至另一端,在孔洞内设置有加热棒,加热棒并联设置。本发明提供的一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,通过与锂电池配合的具有加热功能的导热支架,可实现大电流充电和低温预热放电,使应急启动电源具有更大的低温适应性和便捷性,同时提高应急电源的使用寿命。

一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源
技术领域
本发明涉及应急启动电源,具体涉及一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,属于汽车电源技术领域。
背景技术
汽车在现在已经大量进入到普通百姓家庭,在日常使用中的各种习惯可能导致汽车电池亏电,汽车电瓶一般采用铅酸电池,随着温度降低,电池活性迅速下降,电量也随之下降,尤其在比较寒冷的北方,汽车经过寒冷的夜晚以后,可能早晨起来,无法启动汽车,或者汽车在户外放置过久,同样会产生该问题,应急电源由于很好的解决了这个问题,在市场上得到迅速推广,但是市场上的应急电源多采用动力三元锂电池或者磷酸铁锂电池,都具有大电流放电的能力,且能量密度高,能够满足启动电源体积和重量的要求。但上述锂电池固有的充放电温度特性注定在寒冷的冬季经常出现不能正常放电点火状态,主要原因是锂电在低温状态下内阻变高,输出电流下降的缘故,如果长期工作在低温大电流放电环境下,对上述电池循环寿命和容量产生损害,应急电源由于平时使用频次低,由于锂电池的特性,一般在60%-70%的容量长期存放为宜,这就导致在寒冷的天气下,实际电量不足,无法启动汽车的问题,而临时对应急电源充电,又由于大电流充电时,电池发热严重,不做必要措施的话,对电池寿命也产生不良影响。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,通过与锂电池配合的具有加热功能的导热支架,可实现大电流充电和低温预热放电,使应急启动电源具有更大的低温适应性和便捷性,同时提高应急电源的使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,包括壳体、设置在所述壳体上的提手、电池组、设置在所述壳体上的正接线端子和负接线端子、设置在所述壳体上用于充电的充电接口,设置在所述壳体上的电气开关,所述电池组设置在所述壳体内部,所述电池组包括若干串并联组成的电池阵列,所述电池阵列嵌在设置有电池槽穴的支架上,所述支架与所述电池相匹配,在所述支架上设置有孔洞,所述孔洞从所述支架一端沿与所述槽穴轴向平行方向延伸至另一端,在所述孔洞内设置有加热棒,所述加热棒并联设置。
优选的,所述电池组为三元锂电池或者为磷酸铁锂电池。
优选的,在所述支架两端设置有绝缘垫,所述绝缘垫与所述支架断面形状相匹配。
优选的,还包括显示屏,所述显示屏设置在所述壳体侧边,所述显示屏用于显示所述电池组电压和电量值。
优选的,还包括电池保护模块,所述电池保护模块用于保护所述电池组过冲、过放以及均衡保护。
优选的,还包括加热开关,所述加热开关一端与所述电池组正极连接,另一端与所述加热棒正极连接,所述加热棒负极与所述电池组负极连接。
优选的,所述支架为导热金属材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.由于用锂电池作为焊接电源,能量密度高,可在设备在较小的体积重量下,具备优良的续航能力,可满足多次应急启动需求。
2.由于采用导热金属制成的支架来固定电池,既提高了电池组的强度和安全性,同时由于金属的易导热性,在大电流充电时具有对电池散热的作用,使应急电源在低使用频次下兼具便捷性和较长的循环寿命。
3.由于在金属支架中设置有预热的加热棒,在低温的环境下,加热棒首先对电池组均匀预热,在预热过程中,锂电池中锂离子快速激活,容量回归正常水平,提高应急启动成功率,避免了锂电池在低温环境下。
4.由于应急电源平时可以60%的电量存放,可以大大延长锂电池的使用寿命,提高应急电源的经济性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1-3所示,一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,包括壳体9,壳体9上设置有提手8,在壳体9上设置有正接线端子1和负接线端子2以及充电接口4,设置在壳体9上的电气开关7,在壳体9内部设置有提供直流电的电池组16、电池组16设置在壳体9内部,电池组16包括若干串并联组成的电池阵列,电池组16为三元锂电池或者为磷酸铁锂电池,出于日常低频次使用,优先考虑循环寿命较低,但成本优势、体积能量比优势明显的18650规格的大倍率电池,电池阵列嵌在设置有电池电池组16的支架11上,支架11与电池12相匹配,支架11采用导热能力好并且具有优良强度的材料,优选金属材料,更优选铝合金,为了保证电池和铝合金的绝缘,可以再电池外围套一个绝缘套,然后装入支架11,支架11的高度比单个电芯低,这样可以在支架11两端设置绝缘垫14,绝缘垫14与支架11断面形状相匹配,和支架11配合,高度刚好和电池高度一致,然后将电芯正负极通过镍带点焊组装好,在支架11上设置有孔洞,孔洞从支架11一端沿与电池组16轴向平行方向延伸至另一端,在孔洞内设置有加热棒13,加热棒13并联设置。加热棒13负极与电池组16负极连接。加热棒13正极与电池组16正极之间设置有加热开关3,用于控制加热棒13的通电,在低温情况下,可打开加热开关3,对电池组16预热,加热棒13与铝合金支架11配合,使电池组16各个电芯受热均匀,加热一段时间后,电芯温度上升,锂离子活性上升,放电能力恢复正常,可快速对汽车应急启动。
由于锂电池特性,满电存放会对锂电池寿命产生不利影响,更适合60%左右电量长期存放,汽车启动电源由于使用频次较低,突然应急使用时,长期搁置后,锂离子活性降低,有时不足以启动汽车,这时通过壳体9上的充电接口4连接外置充电器,用大电流快速充电,可根据实际情况选择10A-50A的充电电流,即能激活锂离子活性,同时在短时间内快速补充电池组16电量,充电过程通过电池保护模块10,电池保护模块10用于保护电池12过冲、过放以及均衡保护。在大电流充电情况下,锂电池会有明显温升,如果温度过高,对锂电池容量造成不可逆的降低,铝合金支架11会快速将积聚在锂电池内部的热量传导至电池组16外围,达到散热的目的,而电源在预热时,关闭该盖板,盖板与壳体9外表面平齐,外观上浑然一体。
此外,在壳体9侧边设置有显示屏6,显示屏6用于显示电池组16电压和剩余电量值。便于掌电源实时状态。

1.一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,包括壳体、设置在所述壳体上的提手、电池组、设置在所述壳体上的正接线端子和负接线端子、设置在所述壳体上用于充电的充电接口,设置在所述壳体上的电气开关,所述电池组设置在所述壳体内部,其特征在于:所述电池组包括若干串并联组成的电池阵列,所述电池组嵌在设置有电池槽穴的支架上,所述支架与所述电池相匹配,在所述支架上设置有孔洞,所述孔洞从所述支架一端沿与所述槽穴轴向平行方向延伸至另一端,在所述孔洞内设置有加热棒,所述加热棒并联设置;
在所述支架两端设置有绝缘垫,所述绝缘垫与所述支架断面形状相匹配;
所述支架为导热金属材料;所述导热金属材料是铝合金;
还包括加热开关,所述加热开关一端与所述电池组正极连接,另一端与所述加热棒正极连接,所述加热棒负极与所述电池组负极连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,其特征在于:所述电池组为三元锂电池或者为磷酸铁锂电池。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,其特征在于:还包括电池保护模块,所述电池保护模块用于保护所述电池组过冲、过放以及均衡保护。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有发热组件的应急启动电源,其特征在于:还包括显示屏,所述显示屏设置在所述壳体侧边,所述显示屏用于显示所述电池组电压和电量值。
