本发明涉及一种双层金属包芯阻燃电线电缆。
背景技术
目前我国企业生产的电线电缆,由导电芯线与绝缘材料包覆而成,其中的导电芯线多采用铝或铜材,外层的绝缘材料主要是聚氯乙烯和聚乙烯材料,由于绝缘材料中聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯电线电缆在电气系统意外短路时易发生火灾,产生有害气体,燃烧时会释放出高浓度的有毒烟雾,妨碍视线,影响逃生及灭火,甚至直接致人死亡。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,具有较好的柔韧性、耐高温和防火性能的双层金属包芯阻燃电线电缆。

3、由于在四根螺旋设置的所述导电芯线1、所述光缆5与所述第二绝缘层7之间的间隙处设有填料4 ,可以进一步提高电线电缆的阻燃性能,同时提高了绝缘性能、硬度和防水性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的双层金属包芯阻燃电线电缆,其特征在于:所述所述第二绝缘层(7)和所述阻燃护套(3)由以下重量份的原料制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶16、聚苯乙烯14、聚氯乙稀11、氯化聚乙烯10、三氧化二锑3、红磷2、磷酸铵1、氢氧化镁乳状悬浊液34、水合硼酸锌11、硬脂酸0.7、硫代硫酸钠3.2、十溴联苯酸2、云母颗粒20、改性氢氧化铝18。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层金属包芯阻燃电线电缆,其特征在于:所述第二绝缘层(7)和所述阻燃护套(3)由以下重量份的原料制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶20、聚苯乙烯11、聚氯乙稀10、氯化聚乙烯9、三氧化二锑2.2、红磷1.2、磷酸铵0.6、氢氧化镁乳状悬浊液30、水合硼酸锌14、硬脂酸0.5、硫代硫酸钠2.7、十溴联苯酸1、云母颗粒18、改性氢氧化铝20。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层金属包芯阻燃电线电缆,其特征在于:所述填料(4)为若干直径在1-2mm的玻纤编织管(6)和填充在所述玻纤编织管(6)内部和外壁四周的以有机硅树脂为基料,添加石英粉、白炭黑、石膏粉、黏土、云母粉的混料。
