Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a system for managing and controlling a configuration file of a transformer substation system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: after the intelligent substation is put into operation, when a work team proposes to carry out overhaul or reconstruction and extension application on the intelligent substation, a work ticket is issued to the work team, only the work team acquiring the work ticket is allowed to download a system configuration file of the intelligent substation from a server side, and before the work ticket is finished, the server side forbids to modify the system configuration file; and after the work team finishes the overhaul or the extension work and finishes the work ticket handling, receiving the modified system configuration file uploaded by the work team, and storing the modified system configuration file in the server side. According to the scheme, the management and control of the system configuration file are combined with the project progress, the uniqueness of the system configuration file is ensured, the system configuration file used in the currently running intelligent substation can be conveniently judged, and the problem of disordered version management of the system configuration file is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of file management of intelligent substations, in particular to a method and a system for managing and controlling a substation system configuration file.
Background
A substation system configuration (SCD, which is an original version of an SCD file formed after the intelligent substation is built and operated) file is a file for storing connection configuration relationships between all secondary devices in the intelligent substation and is the core of the whole secondary system of the intelligent substation. Once the SCD file is changed, the input and output connection relationship of secondary devices such as protection control devices in the substation is changed, and the safe and stable operation of the substation is directly influenced. Therefore, after the infrastructure of the intelligent substation is put into operation, if the secondary device changes, the SCD file must be changed on the basis of the original version of the SCD file, so that the change of the SCD and the change of the secondary device are synchronous. With each overhaul or extension project reconstruction of the transformer substation, the SCD file changes, so that the control of the SCD file is very important, and the consistency of the SCD file from an original version to a modified version after each overhaul or extension project reconstruction must be ensured.
At present, a mature SCD file management and control system does not exist, and a simple single-machine backup management method is adopted by substations in some areas, or SCD files are directly delivered to substation integrators for management and control. Both of the two management and control methods have a high risk, and during the overhaul or the reconstruction and the extension of the transformer substation, the SCD file cannot trace the source, so that the power grid operation department, the overhaul department, the debugging department, the scheduling department and the equipment integrator all have the SCD file and cannot judge which is the SCD file used in the currently-operated transformer substation.
At present, there is a history backtracking differentiation comparison and display method for SCD file management and control, that is, cyclic redundancy check codes (CRC codes) of SCD files are used to compare SCD files with history versions in differentiation, and the CRC check codes are restored to specific virtual channel information, and provide the corresponding function of history backtracking SCD files.
However, this method has two drawbacks:
1) the degree of connection with engineering is poor. The SCD file only needs to be changed in the process of overhauling or rebuilding and expanding the intelligent transformer substation, and the SCD file can not be changed when the intelligent transformer substation normally operates, so that the management and control system of the SCD file is combined with the project schedule, the SCD file comparison management and filing work is only carried out after the overhauling or rebuilding and expanding project of the intelligent transformer substation is finished, and when no project is carried out, any operation is not carried out on the SCD file.
2) It is difficult to guarantee the uniqueness of the SCD file. Before all the SCD files need to be modified, it must be ensured that the SCD files which need to be modified currently are the versions which are currently running, and the versions are unique. The existing management means is difficult to control the channel for obtaining the SCD file modified by the integrator, that is, the SCD file to be modified cannot be judged to be archived by the integrator or stored in a computer of an engineering worker, so that the risk of SCD file management and control is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a management and control method for a configuration file of a transformer substation system, and aims to solve the technical problems that an SCD file management and control method in the prior art is poor in relation with engineering and the uniqueness of an SCD file is difficult to guarantee. The method comprises the following steps: after the intelligent substation is put into operation, when a work team proposes to carry out overhaul or reconstruction and extension application on the intelligent substation, a work ticket is issued to the work team, and only the work team acquiring the work ticket is allowed to download a system configuration file of the intelligent substation from a server side, wherein the work ticket is only issued to one work team at the same time, and before one work ticket is finished, the server side prohibits modifying the system configuration file; and after the work team finishes overhauling or expanding work and finishes processing a work ticket, receiving the modified system configuration file uploaded by the work team, and storing the modified system configuration file in the server.
In one embodiment, before the intelligent substation is put into operation, the method further comprises the following steps: when the work team proposes to apply for the intelligent substation for operation, a work ticket is issued to the work team, and only the system configuration file of the intelligent substation uploaded to a server side by the work team acquiring the work ticket is received; and after the work team finishes the operation work and finishes the work ticket, storing the uploaded system configuration file of the intelligent substation in the server side.
In one embodiment, the system configuration file of the intelligent substation downloaded from the server side by the work team obtaining the work ticket carries a preset digital signature; storing the modified system configuration file in the server side, including: and after the preset digital signature carried by the modified system configuration file is determined to be correct, storing the modified system configuration file in the server side.

In the embodiment of the invention, when a working team group proposes to carry out maintenance or reconstruction and extension application on an intelligent substation, a working ticket is issued for the working team group, only the working team group acquiring the working ticket is allowed to download the system configuration file of the intelligent substation from a server, after the working team group finishes maintenance or reconstruction and extension work and finishes handling the working ticket, the modified system configuration file uploaded by the working team group is received, and due to the fact that the control of the system configuration file is combined with the working ticket, the control of the system configuration file is combined with the project progress, and only after the intelligent substation finishes maintenance or reconstruction and extension work, the filing work of the system configuration file is carried out; meanwhile, because the work ticket is a written command which permits work on the electrical equipment and system software, only one work ticket is issued to one work team at the same time, the server only allows the work team which acquires the work ticket to download the system configuration file of the intelligent substation from the server while issuing the work ticket, before the completion of one work ticket, the server prohibits the modification of the system configuration file, and only receives the modified system configuration file uploaded by the work team which acquires the work ticket after the completion of the overhaul or the extension work and the completion of the work ticket, so that the channel which acquires the system configuration file can only be downloaded from the server, and only allows the work team which acquires the work ticket to download and upload the system configuration file at the same time, thereby ensuring the uniqueness of the system configuration file and being convenient for judging the system configuration file used in the currently running intelligent substation, the problem of chaotic version management of the system configuration file is avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a method for managing and controlling a substation system configuration file is provided, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:

As can be seen from the process shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, when a work team proposes to apply for overhaul or extension of an intelligent substation, a work ticket is issued to the work team, and only the work team that acquires the work ticket is allowed to download a system configuration file of the intelligent substation from a server, after the work team completes overhaul or extension work and completes the work ticket, the modified system configuration file uploaded by the work team is received, and since the management and control of the system configuration file are combined with the work ticket, the management and control of the system configuration file are combined with the project schedule, and only after the overhaul or extension work of the intelligent substation is completed, the filing work of the system configuration file is performed; meanwhile, because the work ticket is a written command which permits work on the electrical equipment and system software, only one work ticket is issued to one work team at the same time, the server only allows the work team which acquires the work ticket to download the system configuration file of the intelligent substation from the server while issuing the work ticket, before the completion of one work ticket, the server prohibits the modification of the system configuration file, and only receives the modified system configuration file uploaded by the work team which acquires the work ticket after the completion of the overhaul or the extension work and the completion of the work ticket, so that the channel which acquires the system configuration file can only be downloaded from the server, and only allows the work team which acquires the work ticket to download and upload the system configuration file at the same time, thereby ensuring the uniqueness of the system configuration file and being convenient for judging the system configuration file used in the currently running intelligent substation, the problem of chaotic version management of the system configuration file is avoided.
In specific implementation, in order to further ensure the uniqueness of the system configuration file, in this embodiment, the system configuration file of the intelligent substation downloaded from the server side by the work team obtaining the work ticket carries a preset digital signature; storing the modified system configuration file in the server side, including: and after the preset digital signature carried by the modified system configuration file is determined to be correct, storing the modified system configuration file in the server side. The preset digital signature can be correct or have other meanings as long as the modified system configuration file can be judged to be modified on the basis of the downloaded system configuration file.
In specific implementation, after the preset digital signature carried by the modified system configuration file is determined to be correct, syntax check is performed on the modified system configuration file, and after the syntax is also correct, the modified system configuration file is stored in the server side.
In specific implementation, in order to ensure that the uploaded original system configuration file is unique, in this embodiment, before the commissioning of the intelligent substation, the method further includes: when the work team proposes to apply for the intelligent substation for operation, a work ticket is issued to the work team, and only the system configuration file of the intelligent substation uploaded to a server side by the work team acquiring the work ticket is received; and after the work team finishes the operation work and finishes the work ticket, storing the uploaded system configuration file of the intelligent substation in the server side. And the broken line arrow path is a work ticket flow, and the members of the work team propose the transformer substation commissioning application and obtain the work ticket permission issued by the server side, then the commissioning work of the transformer substation is carried out, and the work ticket is handled and finished after the commissioning work is finished. The corresponding solid arrow path is an SCD file control flow combined with a work ticket flow, when a work team puts forward a transformer substation commissioning application, an original version of an SCD file of a newly-built transformer substation is uploaded at a user terminal, a server terminal carries out grammar check on the uploaded SCD file, a digital signature is added after the grammar check is correct, and then the work team or a person in charge can carry out filing operation after the check on the SCD file added with the digital signature is correct, so that the original version of the SCD file is filed and stored.
Taking the overhaul or the reconstruction and extension work of the operating substation as an example, the user first downloads the SCD file from the server, and uploads the modified SCD file to the server again for verification and storage after the work is finished, and the flow is shown in fig. 3. If the digital signature check is correct, the server side performs syntax check on the uploaded SCD file, and then the working team or the special duty can perform filing operation after checking the uploaded SCD file correctly, so as to file and store the uploaded SCD file version.
As can be seen from fig. 2 and 3, the control flow of the SCD file is tightly combined with the work ticket flow, the permission of the work ticket is necessarily accompanied by the downloading or uploading of the SCD file, and the accomplishment of the work ticket is necessarily accompanied by the archiving and storing of the SCD file. In the process of one work ticket, the SCD file is blocked and prohibited to be modified at the server side, so that version confusion caused by repeated modification and change of the SCD file due to cross work can be avoided.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a management and control system for a substation system configuration file, as described in the following embodiments. In the embodiment of the invention, when a working team group proposes to carry out maintenance or reconstruction and extension application on an intelligent substation, a working ticket is issued for the working team group, only the working team group acquiring the working ticket is allowed to download the system configuration file of the intelligent substation from a server, after the working team group finishes maintenance or reconstruction and extension work and finishes handling the working ticket, the modified system configuration file uploaded by the working team group is received, and due to the fact that the control of the system configuration file is combined with the working ticket, the control of the system configuration file is combined with the project progress, and only after the intelligent substation finishes maintenance or reconstruction and extension work, the filing work of the system configuration file is carried out; meanwhile, because the work ticket is a written command which permits work on the electrical equipment and system software, only one work ticket is issued to one work team at the same time, the server only allows the work team which acquires the work ticket to download the system configuration file of the intelligent substation from the server while issuing the work ticket, before the completion of one work ticket, the server prohibits the modification of the system configuration file, and only receives the modified system configuration file uploaded by the work team which acquires the work ticket after the completion of the overhaul or the extension work and the completion of the work ticket, so that the channel which acquires the system configuration file can only be downloaded from the server, and only allows the work team which acquires the work ticket to download and upload the system configuration file at the same time, thereby ensuring the uniqueness of the system configuration file and being convenient for judging the system configuration file used in the currently running intelligent substation, the problem of chaotic version management of the system configuration file is avoided.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the embodiments of the invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, embodiments of the invention are not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)
1. A management and control method for a substation system configuration file is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after the intelligent substation is put into operation, when a work team proposes to carry out overhaul or reconstruction and extension application on the intelligent substation, issuing a work ticket for the work team, and only allowing the work team obtaining the work ticket to download a system configuration file of the intelligent substation from a server side, wherein the work ticket is only issued to one work team at the same time, before one work ticket is finished, the server side prohibits modifying the system configuration file, and only allows the work team obtaining the work ticket to download the system configuration file from the server side;
and after the work team finishes overhauling or expanding work and finishes handling the work ticket, receiving the modified system configuration file uploaded by the work team, storing the modified system configuration file in the server, and allowing the server to only download or upload the system configuration file of the work team acquiring the work ticket in a time period from the time when the work ticket is issued to the time when the work ticket is finished and the next work ticket is not issued.
2. The method for managing and controlling the substation system configuration file according to claim 1, further comprising, before commissioning the intelligent substation:
when the work team proposes to apply for the intelligent substation for operation, a work ticket is issued to the work team, and only the system configuration file of the intelligent substation uploaded to a server side by the work team acquiring the work ticket is received;
and after the work team finishes the operation work and finishes the work ticket, storing the uploaded system configuration file of the intelligent substation in the server side.
3. The method for managing and controlling the substation system configuration file according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the system configuration file of the intelligent substation downloaded from the server side by the work team who acquires the work ticket carries a preset digital signature,
storing the modified system configuration file in the server side, including:
and after the preset digital signature carried by the modified system configuration file is determined to be correct, storing the modified system configuration file in the server side.
4. The method for managing and controlling the substation system configuration file according to claim 3, wherein storing the modified system configuration file in the server side includes:
and after the preset digital signature carried by the modified system configuration file is determined to be correct and the grammar of the modified system configuration file is determined to be correct, storing the modified system configuration file in the server side.
5. The method for managing and controlling the substation system configuration file according to claim 3, wherein storing the uploaded system configuration file of the intelligent substation in the server side includes:
and checking grammar of the uploaded system configuration file, and adding the preset digital signature to the uploaded system configuration file and storing the preset digital signature in the server side after the grammar is correct.

the server side comprises:
the work ticket distribution module is used for receiving an application for overhauling or expanding the intelligent substation, which is provided by the work team, issuing a work ticket for the work team, and only allowing the work team for acquiring the work ticket to download the system configuration file of the intelligent substation from the server side, wherein the work ticket is only issued to one work team at the same time, and before the completion of one work ticket, the server side prohibits the modification of the system configuration file, and only allows the work team for acquiring the work ticket to download the system configuration file from the server side;
and the file storage module is used for receiving and storing the modified system configuration files uploaded by the work groups, wherein the server only allows the work groups acquiring the work tickets to download or upload the system configuration files from the time period from the issuance of one work ticket to the completion of the work ticket without issuing the next work ticket.

The management and control system of the substation system configuration file according to claim 6, wherein the application sending module is further configured to send a commissioning application for the intelligent substation, which is proposed by a work team, to the server side before commissioning of the intelligent substation;
the file downloading and uploading module is further used for uploading the system configuration file of the intelligent substation to the server side after the work team finishes the operation work and finishes the work ticket handling;
the work ticket distribution module is further used for receiving a commissioning application for the intelligent substation, which is proposed by the work team, issuing a work ticket for the work team, and only receiving the work team for acquiring the work ticket and uploading a system configuration file of the intelligent substation to a server side;
and the file storage module is also used for receiving and storing the modified system configuration file of the intelligent substation uploaded by the work team.

The management and control system for the substation system configuration file according to claim 6 or 7, wherein a preset digital signature is carried in the system configuration file of the intelligent substation downloaded from a server side by a work team who acquires the work ticket, and the file storage module is further configured to store the modified system configuration file in the server side after determining that the preset digital signature carried in the modified system configuration file is correct.

The management and control system for the substation system configuration file according to claim 8, wherein the file storage module is further configured to store the modified system configuration file in the server side after determining that the preset digital signature carried by the modified system configuration file is correct and the syntax of the modified system configuration file is correct.

The management and control system for the substation system configuration file according to claim 8, wherein the file storage module is further configured to perform syntax check on the uploaded system configuration file, and after the syntax is correct, add the preset digital signature to the uploaded system configuration file and store the system configuration file in the server.
