一种将圆形炉膛多电极多边形布置矿热炉炉膛在相邻电极间的炉墙向炉心内凸接近冶炼熔池的矿热炉炉膛水平截面结构,及所述矿热炉炉膛相邻电极间的炉墙采用凸弧或两腰为凹弧或直线的圆锥尖过轴纵截面凸向炉心、或与两电极的熔池圆相切的直线接近炉心,以减小相邻两电极间熔池外冶炼死区面积,增大炉底电能强度的矿热炉炉膛结构。

一种大炉底电能强度矿热炉
技术领域:
在三相交流,直流、等离子等多种矿热炉,如硅系、锰系、铬系、电石炉、钼铁、钛铁、钒铁、钨铁、镍铁等矿热炉中,矿热炉的几何参数设计和形状一直是冶炼的技术核心,选择适合本地原料、冶炼种类、矿热炉容量规模相吻合的几何电气参数和炉底电能强度是矿热炉设计的重点。
背景技术:
圆炉膛多电极多边形布置矿热炉或矿热电炉,在三相交流供电时通常采用三电极三边形布置进行冶炼,炉膛水平截面采用圆形,炉底电能强度较低,在粗原料和大型炉设计时有诸多不足和缺陷;采用本发明所述结构会大幅增加炉底电能强度,可以很好改善矿热炉冶炼指标和矿热炉对粗原料适用性。
发明内容:
发明目的(解决的问题)
圆形炉膛多(或三)电极多(或三)边形布置矿热炉或矿热电炉,采用三电极冶炼时,炉膛水平截面采用圆形,会在电极之间的炉膛内侧形成较大冶炼死区(死区指熔池或坩埚弧光外,冶炼弧光达不到的炉底空间),降低了炉底冶炼面积利用率和炉底电能强度,带来较差的冶炼效果,将圆形炉膛多(或三)电极多(或三)边形布置矿热炉炉膛在相邻两电极间的炉墙向炉膛内凸接近冶炼熔池的大炉底电能强度矿热炉结构,有效减小了炉底熔池外冶炼死区面积,提高了矿热炉炉膛的电能密度,减小炉膛支路电流,改善矿热炉对粗原料的适应性,对矿热炉冶炼节能增产有明显的优势。
技术方案
圆形炉膛多(或三)电极多(或三)边形布置矿热炉炉膛水平截面,在相邻两电极间的炉墙死区处向炉心内凸(图1)接近冶炼熔池的矿热炉炉膛结构,具体内凸起始位置可以选择在圆形炉膛留出保护距离(保护距离指实际炉膛大于冶炼熔池的炉膛尺寸设计预留)后开始;或矿热炉炉膛水平截面在相邻两电极间炉膛的炉墙采用凸弧(图1)或两腰为凹弧或直线的圆锥尖过轴纵截面向炉心(炉心是指矿热炉炉膛的几何中心)内凸(图2)、或与相邻两电极的熔池圆相切的直线(图3)接近炉心,以上所述矿热炉水平截面中凸弧、圆锥尖过轴纵截面、相切的直线与圆形炉膛的连接点在炉膛留出保护距离后开始,以减小相邻两电极间炉膛内侧的冶炼死区(8)面积,实现增大炉底电能强度的矿热炉炉膛结构。
冶炼术语
炉底电能强度:也称炉底平均电能强度,其值为矿热炉炉膛负荷除以炉底面积;
保护距离:保护距离指矿热炉实际炉膛大于冶炼熔池的炉膛尺寸设计预留;
炉心:炉心是指圆形矿热炉炉膛的几何中心。
有益效果
采用所述大炉底电能强度矿热炉,炉底面积利用率可提高5-30%以上,有效减小了冶炼死区,降低了炉膛的炉膛内支路电流,延长炉龄增加电极入炉并降低电耗,也提高了矿热炉对粗原料的适用性,并且在大型矿热炉上有较大优势。

具体实施方式:
1)采用与所述发明结构相配套的特型炉砖,砌筑炉底和炉衬;
2)采用圆形炉壳、炉盖,但炉底和炉衬用标砖按发明结构砌筑,在炉膛和圆形炉壳间空虚添加耐火砖或炉底碳砖耐材,但不要影响出炉口位置和出炉口的炉墙厚度;
4)炉壳、炉盖、炉底和炉衬完全按所述发明结构砌筑施工,炉衬和炉底砖可以普通耐火砖尺寸砖砌筑也可采用特型砖砌筑;
5)采用所述发明结构的矿热炉,其变压器可以安装的更加接近炉心,以减少二次短网损耗,但是要注意变压器散热和防火及供电安全;
6)此所述发明结构不可以使用在圆周旋转的矿热炉上,对于需要圆周旋转冶炼的矿热炉不建议采用此结构,或采用小幅度的正反往复旋转配合使用。
7)所述矿热炉的其它配套设备,如除尘、烟道、炉盖、烟罩、环保、短网等根据炉膛布局和需要设计,尽量保证设备的对称性和环保引风的平衡。

Claims (2)

1.一种大炉底电能强度矿热炉,其特征是:将圆形炉膛多电极多边形布置的矿热炉炉膛在相邻两电极间的炉墙向矿热炉炉心内凸,接近冶炼熔池形状的矿热炉炉膛水平截面结构,以减小相邻两电极间熔池外冶炼死区面积,增大矿热炉炉底电能强度的矿热炉炉膛结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种大炉底电能强度矿热炉,其特征是:将圆形炉膛多电极多边形布置矿热炉炉膛在相邻两电极间的炉墙向炉心内凸,接近冶炼熔池的矿热炉的炉膛结构,及所述矿热炉炉膛水平截面,在相邻两电极间炉膛的炉墙采用凸弧或两腰为凹弧或直线的圆锥尖过轴纵截面凸向矿热炉炉心,或在矿热炉炉膛水平截面上采用与两电极的熔池圆相切的直线接近炉心,以减小相邻两电极间熔池外冶炼死区面积,实现大炉底电能强度的矿热炉炉膛结构。
