Abstract

本发明提供的一种豆干翻炒烘烤装置，包括外壳、滚筒、热风机、底座；所述固定在底座上，滚筒通过底座支持并安装在外壳内，所述外壳的上端安装有热风机，所述滚筒的两端分别设置有出料口和进料口，所述底座下方安装有固定支脚和升降支脚。本发明通过热风烘烤，使豆干在烤炉内受热均匀；只需将豆干倾倒如烤炉内，减少上料时间；滚筒会自动旋转翻动滚筒内的豆干，使豆干不会因重叠而烘烤不均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种豆干翻炒烘烤装置。
背景技术
在豆干加工过程中，需去除豆干中的水分，现有的烘干机在烘烤的过程中不会实现豆干的自动翻转，在豆干烘烤时往往靠近热源的一端豆干烘烤已经完成，而远离热源的一端水分还有大量残留，影响豆干的质量；为了解决这个问题，工作人员在烘烤豆干前手动将豆干分块均匀分布在烘烤架上，一个网架只能放置一层，这样虽然解决了豆干的质量问题，但是豆干的烘烤效率大大降低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种豆干翻炒烘烤装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供的一种豆干翻炒烘烤装置，包括外壳、滚筒、热风机、底座；所述固定在底座上，滚筒通过底座支持并安装在外壳内，所述外壳的上端安装有热风机，所述滚筒的两端分别设置有出料口和进料口，所述底座下方安装有固定支脚和升降支脚。
所述热风机呈20°～60°向出料口的方向倾斜。
所述固定支脚和升降支脚底端均铰接有防滑脚。
所述升降支脚内安装有螺杆,螺杆穿过底座且在底座的上端设置有定位台,螺杆的顶端还固接有摇柄。
所述进料口在与滚筒连接处均设置有光滑面，光滑面处通过支持滚轮支持在底座上。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过热风烘烤，使豆干在烤炉内受热均匀；只需将豆干倾倒如烤炉内，减少上料时间；滚筒会自动旋转翻动滚筒内的豆干，使豆干不会因重叠而烘烤不均匀。

具体实施方式
下面进一步描述本发明的技术方案，但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
一种豆干翻炒烘烤装置，包括外壳1、滚筒2、热风机3、底座4；所述固定在底座4上，滚筒2通过底座4支持并安装在外壳1内，所述外壳1的上端安装有热风机3，所述滚筒2的两端分别设置有出料口7和进料口8，所述底座4下方安装有固定支脚5和升降支脚6。
所述热风机3呈20°～60°向出料口7的方向倾斜。使风机在加热豆干的同时也能推动豆干往出口方向移动。
所述固定支脚5和升降支脚6底端均铰接有防滑脚10。使升降支脚6在改变装置高度底脚不会因底座4角度变化而站不稳。
所述升降支脚6内安装有螺杆11,螺杆11穿过底座4且在底座4的上端设置有定位台13,螺杆11的顶端还固接有摇柄12。使出料口7的高度可以调整，以便调整豆干烘烤的时间。
所述进料口8在与滚筒2连接处均设置有光滑面，光滑面处通过支持滚轮9支持在底座4上。方便滚筒2的旋转。
所述滚筒2的侧壁为网状结构。使热风能更好的烘烤豆干。
在使用时，首先根据豆干的含水量调整底座4的倾斜角度，然后将豆干从进料口8倾倒如滚筒2内，启动滚筒2电机及热风机3，倾倒后呈堆的豆干在滚筒的旋转过程中会逐步分散在滚筒2内，在经热风机3的吹扫，将豆干内的水分蒸发并吹出滚筒2外，豆干也在热风机2的风力下缓慢往出口移动，最终从出料口7落出。

1.一种豆干翻炒烘烤装置，包括外壳(1)、滚筒(2)、热风机(3)、底座(4)，其特征在于：所述固定在底座(4)上，滚筒(2)通过底座(4)支持并安装在外壳(1)内，所述外壳(1)的上端安装有热风机(3)，所述滚筒(2)的两端分别设置有出料口(7)和进料口(8)，所述底座(4)下方安装有固定支脚(5)和升降支脚(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的豆干翻炒烘烤装置，其特征在于：所述热风机(3)呈20°～60°向出料口(7)的方向倾斜。
3.如权利要求1所述的豆干翻炒烘烤装置，其特征在于：所述固定支脚(5)和升降支脚(6)底端均铰接有防滑脚(10)。
4.如权利要求1所述的豆干翻炒烘烤装置，其特征在于：所述升降支脚(6)内安装有螺杆(11),螺杆(11)穿过底座(4)且在底座(4)的上端设置有定位台(13),螺杆(11)的顶端还固接有摇柄(12)。
5.如权利要求1所述的豆干翻炒烘烤装置，其特征在于：所述进料口(8)在与滚筒(2)连接处均设置有光滑面，光滑面处通过支持滚轮(9)支持在底座(4)上。
6.如权利要求1所述的豆干翻炒烘烤装置，其特征在于：所述滚筒(2)的侧壁为网状结构。
