本发明涉及一种切换阀,其包括一阀体、一阀芯及插入阀体内的一柱塞,所述阀芯定位于柱塞上,能够跟随柱塞上下移动或旋转,所述阀体设有空腔及与空腔连通的进液流道、排液流道,所述阀芯收容于腔体,所述阀芯包括一弧形壁、一内孔及一开口,所述弧形壁围设于内孔外侧,所述开口上下及侧向贯穿弧形壁,能够选择性与进液流道对齐和错开,阀芯由于设置有开口,促使阀芯在空腔内保持膨胀的状态,紧贴于空腔内侧壁上,两者的间隙为零,改善了密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管路阀门,尤其涉及一种切换阀。
背景技术
切换阀用以控制液压系统中液体流动的通与断,其工作原理是利用阀芯和阀体的相对运动,使液体通路接通、关断或变换液流的方向。切换阀通常包括一阀体、收容于阀体内的一阀芯及控制阀心相对于阀体运动(旋转或移动)的一手柄,阀芯设有液体通道,通过手柄驱动阀芯运动,促使液体通道打开或关闭,实现了切换阀的功能。随着无限次、长时间的使用,阀心容易老化、磨损,影响了阀芯与阀体的密封效果,缩短了切换阀的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种具有改善密封效果的切换阀。
为实现前述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种切换阀,其包括一阀体、一阀芯及插入阀体内的一柱塞,所述阀芯定位于柱塞上,能够跟随柱塞上下移动或旋转,所述阀体设有空腔及与空腔连通的进液流道、排液流道,所述阀芯收容于腔体,所述阀芯包括一弧形壁、一内孔及一开口,所述弧形壁围设于内孔外侧,所述开口上下及侧向贯穿弧形壁,能够选择性与进液流道对齐和错开。
本发明切换阀的阀芯包括一弧形壁、一内孔及一开口,所述弧形壁围设于内孔外侧,所述开口上下及侧向贯穿弧形壁,能够选择性与进液流道对齐和错开,阀芯由于设置有开口,促使阀芯在空腔内保持膨胀的状态,紧贴于空腔内侧壁上,两者的间隙为零,改善了密封效果,对阀芯与阀体间的尺寸配合精度要求低,即使阀芯磨损,也能依靠张力紧贴于空腔内侧壁上,保证了切换阀的功能,有利于延长切换阀的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图4所示,本发明切换阀10包括一阀体10、收容于阀体10内的一阀芯20、插入阀体10内的一柱塞30及将阀芯20定位于柱塞30上的定位轴40。
阀体10包括上阀体11及下阀体12,上阀体11支撑于下阀体12上,两者之间形成有一空腔13,上阀体11设有进液流道110及上排液流道111,下阀体12设有自上排液流道111向 下延伸的下排液流道120,进液流道110及上排液流道111分别与空腔13贯通。上排液流道111与下排液流道120组成排液流道。
阀芯20直立收容于空腔13内,并弹性抵压空腔13的内侧壁。阀芯20在上下方向上呈弧形,其包括一弧形壁21、一内孔22、一开口23及一对固定孔24,弧形壁21围设于内孔22外侧,开口23上下及侧向贯穿弧形壁21,使得阀芯20在圆周方向可以张合,固定孔24侧向贯穿弧形壁71,柱塞30向下插入于内孔22,弧形壁71的外侧面位于同一圆周面上,但内侧面在圆周方向上呈起伏状,增加了阀芯70的弹性张力。
阀芯20由于设置有开口23,促使阀芯20在空腔13内保持膨胀的状态,紧贴于空腔13内侧壁上,两者的间隙为零,改善了密封效果,对阀芯20与阀体10间的尺寸配合精度要求低,即使阀芯20磨损,也能依靠张力紧贴于空腔13内侧壁上,保证了切换阀100的功能,有利于延长切换阀100的使用寿命。
柱塞30底端向下插入空腔13,并且插入阀芯20的内孔22内。柱塞30设有侧向贯穿柱塞30的狭槽31,狭槽31还向下贯穿柱塞30。
定位轴40侧向穿过狭槽42,两末端固定于固定孔24,如此配置,柱塞40能够驱动阀芯70旋转。
本发明切换阀10工作时,首先,柱塞30带动阀芯20旋转一预定角度,使得开口23与进液流道110对齐,但与上排液流道111错开,液体自进液流道110流向开口23后,进入空腔13。然后,柱塞30带动阀芯20进一步旋转一预定角度,进液流道110被阀芯20的弧形壁21遮住,与开口23错开,开口23与上排液流道111对齐。接着,阀芯`20静止,柱塞30向下移动,压缩液体,促使液体自上排液流道111、下排液流道120压出阀体10。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本领域的普通技术人员将意识到,在不脱离由所附的权利要求书公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,各种改进、增加以及取代是可能的。

Claims (5)

1.一种切换阀,其包括一阀体、一阀芯及插入阀体内的一柱塞,所述阀芯定位于柱塞上,能够跟随柱塞上下移动或旋转,所述阀体设有空腔及与空腔连通的进液流道、排液流道,所述阀芯收容于腔体,其特征在于:所述阀芯包括一弧形壁、一内孔及一开口,所述弧形壁围设于内孔外侧,所述开口上下及侧向贯穿弧形壁,能够选择性与进液流道对齐和错开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切换阀,其特征在于:所述弧形壁的外侧面位于同一圆周面上,但内侧面在圆周方向上呈起伏状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切换阀,其特征在于:所述阀体包括上阀体及下阀体,上阀体支撑于下阀体上,空腔形成在上阀体与下阀体之间,所述进液流道设于上阀体上,所述排液流道包括位于上阀体上的上排液流道及设于下阀体上的下排液流道,所述下排液流道是自上排液流道向下延伸而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切换阀,其特征在于:所述切换阀还包括将阀芯定位于柱塞上的定位轴,便于柱塞带动阀芯旋转。
5.根据权利要求4所述的切换阀,其特征在于:所述柱塞设有侧向贯穿柱塞的狭槽,所述狭槽还向下贯穿柱塞,定位轴侧向穿过狭槽,阀芯弧形壁上设有固定定位柱两末端的固定孔。
