技术领域

背景技术

其中,螺栓在被插入到传动轴法兰中之前被覆有锁紧涂层,其中,来自锁紧涂层的颗粒通过螺栓保持件而被限制在埋头孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统总成,其中,螺栓保持件是推入式冲压螺母,所述推入式冲压螺母被装配到每个螺栓以将螺栓保持在传动轴法兰上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统总成,其中,每个螺栓具有螺纹轴,螺栓保持件是限定中心孔的垫圈并且还包括围绕中心孔形成的多个齿,所述多个齿接合螺纹轴,以将螺栓保持在传动轴法兰上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统总成,其中,螺栓保持件被完全接纳在埋头孔内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统总成,其中,各个螺栓保持件与位于由传动轴法兰限定的孔中的各个螺栓对齐,并保持螺栓与由变速器法兰限定的螺纹孔对准。
6.一种传动轴法兰子组件,所述传动轴法兰子组件设置在传动轴的等速接头上,所述传动轴法兰子组件包括:
传动轴法兰,限定多个孔和埋头孔;
多个螺栓,被装配到所述孔和埋头孔中;
多个螺栓保持件,每个螺栓保持件被装配到其中一个螺栓的螺纹轴并且每个螺栓保持件被设置在其中一个埋头孔内,
其中,螺栓在被插入到传动轴法兰中之前被覆有锁紧涂层,其中,来自锁紧涂层的颗粒通过螺栓保持件而被限制在埋头孔内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的传动轴法兰子组件,其中,螺栓保持件是推入式冲压螺母,所述推入式冲压螺母被装配到每个螺栓,以将螺栓保持在传动轴法兰上。
8.根据权利要求6所述的传动轴法兰子组件,其中,每个螺栓具有螺纹轴,螺栓保持件是限定中心孔的垫圈,其中,螺栓保持件还包括围绕中心孔形成的多个齿,所述多个齿接合螺纹轴以将螺栓保持在传动轴法兰上。
