本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种带固定器且行程可调的电动车刹车装置,它包括最中心的钢绞线,钢绞线的中间为中间芯层,该中间芯层为PP芯、麻芯、纱芯或PU芯,所述中间芯层的外围设有四至八个钢丝股,多个钢丝股绞合在中间芯层表面,所述钢绞线的外部套有内管,内管的外弧套有第一保护层,第一保护层的外部沿其径向缠绕有多条强化带,所述强化带为高分子纤维丝,所述强化带的外部还套有第二保护层,第一保护层和第二保护层均为橡胶制成,所述第二保护层的外部套有外管,所述钢绞线的末端设置有固定器,所述固定器上开有通孔让钢绞线穿过,并将其固定,所述钢绞线的中间设置有调节螺管,所述调节螺管通过螺纹与第二保护层配合。

如图1至图4,本发明涉及一种带固定器且行程可调的电动车刹车装置,包括最中心的钢绞线1,钢绞线1的中间为中间芯层1.1,该中间芯层1为PP芯、麻芯、纱芯、PU芯等人工合成材料,或者上述材料复合而成,所述中间芯层1.1的外围设有四至八个钢丝股1.2,多个钢丝股1.2绞合在中间芯层1.1表面,所述金属丝1的外部套有内管2,内管2的外部套有第一保护层3,第一保护层3的外部沿其径向缠绕有多条强化带4,所述强化带4为高分子纤维丝,所述强化带4的外部还套有第二保护层5,第一保护层3和第二保护层5均为橡胶制成,所述第二保护层5的外部套有外管6,所述钢绞线1的末端设置有固定器7,所述固定器7上开有通孔让钢绞线1穿过,并将其固定,所述钢绞线1的中间设置有调节螺管8,所述调节螺管8通过螺纹与第二保护层4配合。
