一种带固定器的电动车刹车系统,它包括最中心的钢绞线,钢绞线的中间为中间芯层,该中间芯层为PP芯、麻芯、纱芯或PU芯,所述中间芯层的外围设有四至八个钢丝股,多个钢丝股绞合在中间芯层表面,所述钢丝股的外部设有钢丝保护层,钢丝保护层的外部套有内管,内管的外弧套有第一保护层,第一保护层的外部沿其径向缠绕有多条强化带,所述强化带为高分子纤维丝,所述强化带的外部还套有第二保护层,第一保护层和第二保护层均为橡胶制成,所述第二保护层的外部套有外管,所述钢绞线的末端设置有固定器,所述固定器上开有通孔让钢绞线穿过,并将其固定。
