Abstract

本发明公开了一种小型线切割机床泵体端盖。泵体端盖设为秤砣形,小端一侧设有锥型定位台,大端设有螺钉孔,中间设有圆形进液孔,所述的圆形进液孔的周围设有若干个扇形进液孔;所述的锥型定位台的锥度为1:15~1:20。本发明与先有的循环泵端盖相比较,结构更加简单,设计更加合理,使用更加方便,可降低泵体拆卸与安装的工作量。

技术领域
本发明涉及线切割机床的配件,具体涉及到一种小型线切割机床泵体端盖。
背景技术
小型线切割机床可加工复杂截面的型柱、型孔和窄缝等结构零件,具有加工精度高,自动化程度高,操作方便,成本低和较安全等优点,所以广泛应用在模具等精密零部件的制造中。小型线切割机床在加工零件时,要对工件与电极丝之间通入工作液(切削液),以及时消除电离和对工件表面进行降温,所用的工作液由循环泵从工作液槽中抽出流过电极丝和工件之间的间隙后再回到工作液槽,以便循环使用。
目前,小型线切割机床所使用的循环泵的泵体端盖如图5所示。端盖的周边分布三个安装孔51,与端盖相连接的泵体的一侧相应位置设有三个螺纹孔二41,如图4所示。端盖与泵体的连接是通过三只螺钉进行,这种连接方式常会造成拆卸和安装不便,由于使用三只螺钉进行固定,有时会导致安装最后一只螺钉时,螺钉难以与螺纹孔对中,甚至还会出现螺钉损毁或丢失的现象。
中国专利也有一些关于循环泵的泵体端盖改进的实用新型和发明专利,这些技术方案结构过于复杂,操作不便和使用成本高等缺点,从而难以推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种结构简单、操作方便和使用成本低的小型线切割机床泵体端盖,它可有效解决背景技术中存在的现用的循环泵的端盖在结构设计上的不合理而造成的维修与保养不便的技术问题,也可解决最新技术方案中存在的弊端。
为达到上述目的,本发明小型线切割机床泵体端盖设为秤砣形,小端一侧设有锥型定位台,大端设有螺钉孔,中间设有圆形进液孔,所述的圆形进液孔的周围设有若干个扇形进液孔;所述的锥型定位台的锥度为1:15~1:20。
采用上述技术方案后,锥型定位台可插入与端盖相连接的泵体一侧的定位槽内,再用一只螺钉将端盖大端处固定在泵体一侧的螺纹孔一内即可实现端盖的安装,故安装与拆卸的工作量大大地减少,且难度也大为降低,从而可提高循环泵的维修与保养效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明一种小型线切割机床循环泵泵体端盖作进一步说明:
由图1和图2可见,泵体端盖设为秤砣形,小端一侧设有锥型定位台11,大端设有螺钉孔12,中间设有圆形进液孔14,所述的圆形进液孔14的周围设有若干个扇形进液孔13;所述的锥型定位台11的锥度为1:15~1:20。
由图3可见,与本发明相连接的泵体一侧设有设有螺纹孔一31,下端设有定位槽32。本发明的安装方法是:先将端盖小端一侧的锥型定位台11插在与端盖相连接的泵体一侧的圆形定位槽32内,再将螺钉插入端盖大端处的螺钉孔12内,并与泵体一侧的螺纹孔一31相连接。
在本实施例中,为了便于将锥型定位台11插进与端盖相连接的泵体一侧的圆形定位槽32内,所述的锥型定位台11设有1:15~1:20的锥度,不仅装卸方便,还可确保定位可靠。
本发明是充分研究循环泵泵体在工作状态下的特点后,对固定端盖进行重新设计,故结构更加简单,设计更加合理,使用更加方便,可降低泵体拆卸与安装的工作量。

1.一种小型线切割机床泵体端盖,其特征在于:泵体端盖设为秤砣形,小端一侧设有锥型定位台(11),大端设有螺钉孔(12),中间设有圆形进液孔(14),所述的圆形进液孔(14)的周围设有若干个扇形进液孔(13);所述的锥型定位台(11)的锥度为1:15~1:20。
