Abstract

本发明涉及一种切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,包括齿柱和齿冠,其特征在于所述齿冠由柱形冠基和对应设置的两个偏楔面及齿顶面组成,两个偏楔面由两个面从齿冠底面两侧向内倾斜并偏转延伸至上端与齿顶面交汇而成,所述的齿顶面与齿冠底面基本相平行,使得齿顶面的宽度从一端到另一端逐渐递减。本发明随着复合片磨损,齿顶面大端的宽度逐渐减小,即切削刃长度逐渐减小,有自锐作用,有利于提高切削效率,并延长复合片的使用寿命;切削刃长度的逐渐减小有利于增加切削齿吃入地层的深度,进一步提高齿的切削效率;并使复合片上的切削力下降,整个PDC钻头的工作扭矩大幅度下降,因而复合片发生突变性破裂的几率也将下降。

一种切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于石油、天然气和地质钻井PDC钻头等工具上的金刚石复合片,具体涉及一种切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片。
背景技术
聚晶金刚石复合片是钻井工具领域特别是PDC产品的切削元件,传统的切削元件一般为圆形,它是由厚度为2-3mm的聚晶金刚石层和硬质合金基体通过高温高压条件压制而成。圆形复合片与岩石接触并切削岩石时,切削刃长度长,切削阻力大,钻头上的扭矩大,当遇到不均质的岩石时,会引起钻头的扭矩大幅波动,从而引起钻头及钻柱产生剧烈的扭转振动,进而引起复合片突变性破裂。而岩石的不均质性是普遍性的,因此以圆形复合片为切削元件的PDC钻头产生突变性破裂也是普遍性的。
针对圆性复合片易发生突变性破裂的缺点,专利CN201520471001.4公开了一种呈屋脊状的低切削阻力曲面结构聚晶金刚石复合片,这种屋脊状金刚石复合片能大幅度降低切削阻力,降低钻头上的切削扭矩,提高复合片抗破裂的能力。但由于脊的形状实质上是一个直径很小的圆柱面,当曲率半径很小的屋脊接触并切削岩石时,屋脊与岩石的接触应力高,一方面导致接触部位易发生局部破碎,从而引发渐进性崩片,另一方面,会加剧屋脊的磨损。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,它自锐性好,切削效率高,抗突变性破裂能力强。
本发明为解决上述存在的问题所提出的技术方案为:包括齿柱和齿冠,其特征在于所述齿冠由柱形冠基和对应设置的两个偏楔面及齿顶面组成,两个偏楔面由两个面从齿冠下部两侧向内倾斜并偏转延伸至上端与齿顶面交汇而成,所述的齿顶面与齿冠底面基本相平行,使得齿顶面的宽度从一端到另一端逐渐递减。
按上述方案,所述的偏楔面为平面,且两个偏楔面相对称。
按上述方案,所述的偏楔面偏转的角度β为1~20°。
按上述方案,所述的偏楔面与齿冠底面的夹角θ为5~40°。
按上述方案,齿顶面宽度较宽的那端是大端,齿顶面宽度较宽的那端是小端,齿顶面大端的边界线为主切削刃,所述大端的宽度为2~30㎜。
按上述方案,所述的齿柱径向截面为圆形或椭圆形。
按上述方案,所述的齿柱和部分齿冠为硬质合金基体,齿冠表面覆有聚晶金刚石层。
本发明用作PDC钻头的切削元件时,以齿顶面大端切削岩石。齿顶面大端的边界线,为主切削刃;齿顶面大端的宽度,为切削刃的长度。随这复合片的磨损,切削刃内移其长度是递减的。
本发明的有益效果在于:1、随着复合片磨损,齿顶面大端的宽度逐渐减小,即切削刃长度逐渐减小,有自锐作用,有利于提高切削效率,并延长复合片的使用寿命;2、与切削刃长度恒定的复合片相比,本发明切削刃长度的逐渐减小,有利于增加切削齿吃入地层的深度,进一步提高齿的切削效率;3、与屋脊状金刚石复合片相比,本发明切削刃的曲率半径大,降低了切削刃的接触应力,有利于防止复合片局部破碎;4、切削刃长度逐渐减小后,复合片上的切削力下降,整个PDC钻头的工作扭矩大幅度下降,扭矩波动幅度下降,钻柱的扭转振动振幅下降,频率下降,因而复合片发生突变性破裂的几率也将下降,抗突变性破裂能力和抗渐进性崩片能力增强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的实施例。
如图1至3所示,包括齿冠1和齿柱2,所述齿冠1由柱形冠基3和两侧对应设置的两个偏楔面5及齿顶面6组成,两个偏楔面由两个平面从齿冠下部两侧向内倾斜并偏转延伸至上端与齿顶面交汇而成,所述的齿顶面与齿冠底面相平行,使得齿顶面的宽度从一端到另一端逐渐递减。所述的偏楔面为平面,且两个偏楔面相对称,偏楔面向外偏转的角度β,也即偏楔面与齿顶面相交的交线与中心线之间的夹角β为10°,所述的偏楔面向内倾斜与齿冠底面的夹角θ为20°。齿柱为圆柱形,直径为8~40㎜,齿顶面宽度较宽的那端是大端,齿顶面大端的边界线为主切削刃4,所述大端的宽度为3~10㎜。齿柱由硬质合金制成,齿冠表面由聚晶金刚石制成,齿冠1与齿柱2通过钎焊方式、或压制高温高压烧结等方式连接为一体。
本发明用作PDC钻头的切削元件时,以齿顶面大端切削岩石。齿顶面大端的边界线为主切削刃4;齿顶面大端的宽度,就是切削刃的长度。当复合片发生磨损时,复合片被磨出一个斜端面7,该斜端面也是复合片与岩石的接触面,斜端面与齿顶面6的交线,就是磨损后的切削刃4b。随着磨损量的增加,接触面7的面积增大,磨损后切削刃4b的长度是递减的。

Claims (7)

1.一种切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,包括齿柱和齿冠,其特征在于所述齿冠由柱形冠基和对应设置的两个偏楔面及齿顶面组成,两个偏楔面由两个面从齿冠下部两侧向内倾斜并偏转延伸至上端与齿顶面交汇而成,所述的齿顶面与齿冠底面基本相平行,使得齿顶面的宽度从一端到另一端逐渐递减。
2.按权利要求1所述的切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,其特征在于所述的偏楔面为平面,且两个偏楔面相对称。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,其特征在于所述的偏楔面偏转的角度β为1~20°。
4.按权利要求3所述的切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,其特征在于所述的偏楔面与齿冠底面的夹角θ为5~40°。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,其特征在于齿顶面宽度较宽的那端是大端,齿顶面宽度较宽的那端是小端,齿顶面大端的边界线为主切削刃,所述大端的宽度为2~30㎜。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,其特征在于所述的齿柱径向截面为圆形或椭圆形。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的切削刃长度递减的金刚石复合片,其特征在于所述的齿柱和部分齿冠为硬质合金基体,齿冠表面覆有聚晶金刚石层。
