技术领域
本发明涉及复合板材技术领域，具体涉及一种瓷质型防火门芯板。
背景技术
现有的发泡水泥门芯板比其他防火材料的门芯板具有抗压强度高、成本低丶不返卤丶不软化丶不吸水丶不变形丶防火效果好的优点，但其强度随着孔隙率的增加而降低，引入泡沫越多，孔隙率越大，容重越小，其轻质、保温、隔音的性能就越明显，但强度下降幅度就越大，因此现有的发泡水泥门芯板普遍存在脆性大、易断裂的缺点。
发明内容
为了解决现有发泡水泥门芯板的上述不足，本发明的目的是提供一种以发泡水泥为基板的高强度瓷质型防火门芯板。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种瓷质型防火门芯板，包括基板，所述基板为发泡水泥基板，在发泡水泥基板的两面设置有加固层，所述加固层为网筋加免烧陶瓷覆面，所述网筋为网格布。
本发明瓷质型防火门芯板由于在发泡水泥基板的两面设置了网筋加免烧陶瓷覆面加固层，其有益效果是：强度高，人踩不断，可以增加和提高门扇的强度；抗压、抗折、抗扭强度均比现有的发泡水泥门芯板明显提高，不易拆断、不易碎裂、不易变形，使用与运输均不易碎裂；后期强度无下降；防火性耐火性能好，其耐火温度达到1000℃以上，火烧不坏不变形不翘曲，完全满足门芯板的耐火要求；隔热性能优异，可满足建筑保温隔热需要；防水性好，不吸水不软化，水越泡越硬，软化系数大于一；无返卤现象；寿命长，耐久、耐候、耐老化；环保、无毒、无味、无臭、无污染；生产工艺和工序简单；同比性能成本更低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
参照图1、图2，本发明瓷质型防火门芯板总体外形为长方体，中间一层为发泡水泥基板（1），在发泡水泥基板（1）的两面设置有加固层（2），该加固层（2）为网筋加免烧陶瓷覆面，所述网筋最好采用网格布。
由于网格布具有强度高、轻质的特点，且与免烧陶瓷覆面材料能够很好结合一起，并与发泡水泥基板形成一种牢固的复合结构板体，因此具有比现有其他类型的防火门芯板更多更好的优异性能。
参照图3，本发明瓷质型防火门芯板上预设有用于安放锁具的缺口。
本发明瓷质型防火门芯板具有轻质、强度高、防水、防火、导热系数小、不变形、不返卤、隔音效果好、成本低等优点，不失为现有防火门芯板的换代产品。

1.一种瓷质型防火门芯板，包括基板，其特征是：所述基板（1）为发泡水泥基板，在发泡水泥基板的两面设置有加固层（2），所述加固层为网筋加免烧陶瓷覆面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓷质型防火门芯板，其特征是：加固层中的网筋为网格布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓷质型防火门芯板，其特征是：在瓷质型防火门芯板上预设有用于安放锁具的缺口。
