本发明涉及一种一体式开启防盗窗，包括防盗窗的外框体、内开窗和外开窗，所述外框体由隔热材料制成的四个侧板依次首尾固定相连而成的 “回”字型矩形框，所述内开窗和外开窗分别通过合页连接在外框体的正面和背面；所述内开窗由经过电泳涂漆处置的金刚网和第一外边框制成；所述外开窗由中空钢化玻璃和第二外边框制成；所述外框体内侧设置有安装在侧板上的防盗杆。本发明结构通风性能好，开启面积大，密封性好，隔音、保温、抗渗性能优良。

一种一体式开启防盗窗
技术领域：
本发明涉及防盗窗领域，尤其涉及到一种一体式开启防盗窗。
背景技术：
现有的防盗窗类型多种多样，很多防盗窗都在窗户外设置有很多栅格，影响美观，还有一些防盗窗设计的致命错误是“开窗不防盗”因为都采用将玻璃窗作为防盗复合设计，所以窗子关闭状态有防盗作用，打开状态就失去了防盗作用，而且密封性也较差。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种款式新颖，可同时内开、外开的一体式开启防盗窗。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种一体式开启防盗窗，包括防盗窗的外框体、内开窗和外开窗，所述外框体由隔热材料制成的四个侧板依次首尾固定相连而成的 “回”字型矩形框，所述内开窗和外开窗分别通过合页连接在外框体的正面和背面；所述内开窗由经过电泳涂漆处置的金刚网和第一外边框制成；所述外开窗由中空钢化玻璃和第二外边框制成；所述外框体内侧设置有安装在侧板上的防盗杆。
进一步的，所述防盗杆为内部装有圆柱体的的铝合金方管，能够增加防盗杆的强度，达到增强防盗功能的目的。
进一步的，根据防盗窗的尺寸均匀设置防盗杆的数量，且每两根防盗杆之间的距离小于120mm，120mm为3岁儿童头部的尺寸，这样既能保护家里的儿童的安全还能起到防盗的作用。
进一步的，所述外开窗的第二外边框上设有增强外开窗与外框体之间密封性的橡胶密封条。当外开窗窗扇关起来时橡胶密封条被压紧并产生弹性变形，外开窗与外框体形成一个完整密封体系使室内和室外完全隔开。
再进一步的，所述中空钢化玻璃的中空距离大于2cm，玻璃的厚度为4~6mm。具有很好的隔音、隔热和保温效果。
更进一步的，所述内开窗和外开窗上都设有带锁心的开启执手，锁点与外框体连接。打开外开窗，锁紧内开窗可同时起到通风和防盗的作用，避免了“开窗不防盗”的现象。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益之处是：该防盗窗为内开，防盗，外开一体化设计结构，外观新颖独特。窗扇开启面积大，关闭时密封性好，隔音、保温、抗渗性能优良。易于护理，适用广泛。金刚网的设计隐形通透，通风性能好，采光性能佳，还可防止破坏或鼠、蛇、蝇、蚊等动物的入侵。安全方面：可防攀(无法攀登)、防钻(打碎玻璃也钻不进去)、防撬(一体化设计)，老人、孩子单独在家也很安全。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述：
如图1所示的一种一体式开启防盗窗，包括防盗窗的外框体1、内开窗2和外开窗3，所述外框体1由隔热材料制成的四个侧板11依次首尾固定相连而成的 “回”字型矩形框，所述内开窗2和外开窗3分别通过合页4连接在外框体1的正面和背面；所述内开窗2由经过电泳涂漆处置的金刚网21和第一外边框22制成；所述外开窗3由中空钢化玻璃31和第二外边框32制成；所述外框体1内侧设置有安装在侧板11上的防盗杆12。所述防盗杆12为内部装有圆柱体120的的铝合金方管（如图4）能够增加防盗杆的强度，达到增强防盗功能的目的。根据防盗窗的尺寸均匀设置防盗杆12的数量，且每两根防盗杆12之间的距离小于120mm，120mm为3岁儿童头部的尺寸，这样既能保护家里的儿童的安全还能起到防盗的作用。所述外开窗3的第二外边框32上设有增强外开窗3与外框体1之间密封性的橡胶密封条33，当外开窗3窗扇关起来时橡胶密封条33被压紧并产生弹性变形，外开窗3与外框体1形成一个完整密封体系使室内和室外完全隔开。所述中空钢化玻璃31的中空距离大于2cm，玻璃的厚度为4~6mm。具有很好的隔音、隔热和保温效果。
如图2和图3所示内开窗2和外开窗3上都设有带锁心的开启执手5，锁点与外框体1连接，打开外开窗3，锁紧内开窗2可同时起到通风和防盗的作用，避免了“开窗不防盗”的现象。由于金刚网21的设计隐形通透，通风性能好，采光性能佳，还可防止破坏或鼠、蛇、蝇、蚊等动物的入侵。

1.一种一体式开启防盗窗，包括防盗窗的外框体（1）、内开窗（2）和外开窗（3），其特征在于：所述外框体（1）由隔热材料制成的四个侧板（11）依次首尾固定相连而成的 “回”字型矩形框，所述内开窗（2）和外开窗（3）分别通过合页（4）连接在外框体（1）的正面和背面；所述内开窗（2）由经过电泳涂漆处置的金刚网（21）和第一外边框（22）制成；所述外开窗（3）由中空钢化玻璃（31）和第二外边框（32）制成；所述外框体（1）内侧设置有安装在侧板（11）上的防盗杆（12）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式开启防盗窗，其特征在于：所述防盗杆（12）为内部装有圆柱体（120）的的铝合金方管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体式开启防盗窗，其特征在于：所述防盗杆（12）两两之间的距离小于120mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体式开启防盗窗，其特征在于：所述外开窗（3）的第二外边框（32）上设有增强外开窗（3）与外框体（1）之间密封性的橡胶密封条（33）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一体式开启防盗窗，其特征在于：所述中空钢化玻璃（31）的中空距离大于2cm，玻璃的厚度为4~6mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一体式开启防盗窗，其特征在于：所述内开窗（2）和外开窗（3）上都设有带锁心的开启执手（5），锁点与外框体（1）连接。
