技术领域
本发明专利属于建筑门窗技术领域,涉及一种双色注胶金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗。
背景技术
现在国内建筑普遍用的外平开门窗,大部分是穿条式铝合金门窗,原因在于,穿条式铝合金门窗可以实现穿条的内外两部分铝型材做两种不同的表面处理,比如室内色木纹图案,室外色普通喷涂灰色层。而市场上现有的普通注胶窗却只能做一种表面处理,无法做到室内外分色。但注胶型材作为另一种隔热保温型材也有它独特的优点。在相同腔体设计、相同壁厚的前提下,注胶隔热铝材的米重均小于穿条隔热铝材米重。而对于设计相同、中空玻璃配置也相同的隔热铝窗来讲,注胶式隔热铝窗的重量大大低于穿条式隔热铝窗的重量。因此就成本来说,注胶型材的成本远远低于穿条型材。因此,设计一款能实现内外双色的注胶窗,同时又具有双重防护功能的外开窗显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的不足,在总结了建筑用穿条式外平开门窗现有技术的基础上作出改进,提出一种构造简洁、巧妙,稳定性、密封性、抗风性、隔音(降低噪声45分贝以上)、节能(隔热节能70%以上)、遮阳、防盗、安全、造型更美观,豪华,制作、安装、使用更方便,相对满足功能造价更省,更重要的是不仅能够实现注胶平开窗的室内外分色,更能实现内开、外开与安全防护为一体的双色注胶金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗。

本发明专利的有益效果是,由内外双色窗框、窗扇及中梃和纱扇、防盗护栏组成的双色注胶金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗,该窗隔热断面高达90mm,提高了窗的隔热保温、节能降噪的性能,安装简单,维护方便,安全防盗性大大提高,同时整窗内外双色,高端大气,成本更低,窗的外观呈流线型,美观、豪华、档次高。

根据图1、图2和图3,本发明一种双色注胶金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗,包括窗框1、设有执手13的窗扇、内框9和中梃3,所述内框9通过螺丝与窗框1和中梃3连接;所述窗扇由玻璃扇2和金刚网纱扇4组成,玻璃扇2通过铰链10与窗框1连接,金刚网纱扇4通过合页14与窗框1连接,所述内框9上设有由螺丝固定的防盗护栏;所述窗框1呈组合注胶结构,由两种铝合金型材边框和装饰扣盖5构成,边框内加注双组分聚氨酯隔热胶填充;所述窗框的边框、玻璃扇边框和中梃的室内侧部位均加装了装饰扣盖5 ,所述扣盖5设有与室内色搭配的表面色层。

参照图1至图3,本发明双色注胶金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗:由窗框1、内框9和中梃3等部件组成整体窗的窗框,内框9是通过螺丝与窗框1和中梃3连接的,安装、拆卸简单快捷,玻璃扇2组装好后通过铰链10与窗框1连接,防盗护栏采用螺丝与内框9连接,金刚网纱扇4通过合页14与窗框1连接,组装好后将整个窗户安装在建筑窗洞上。
本发明的窗框1是组合注胶料,分别用二种铝合金型材边框和装饰扣盖5组成,边框内需要加注双组分聚氨酯隔热胶,起到隔热保温的作用;内框9与窗框1的边框合二为一通过五金件来实现玻璃扇2外开和金刚网纱扇4内开,在内框9上加装防盗护栏实现双重防护。
本发明玻璃扇2上所嵌玻璃为中空钢化双层玻璃,嵌入玻璃之后,扣上扇压线6,再在玻璃与铝材接触面的间隙里打胶处理,固定和密封玻璃窗扇,打胶处理不仅美观牢固,而且更能节约劳动时间;玻璃扇上设置有注胶槽口17,槽口内利用先进的注胶工艺加注双组分聚氨酯隔热胶,隔热胶快速反应生成坚固的聚合物后,将隔热槽底部的临时桥切除,以此达到整个型材阻断热传导的效果;玻璃窗扇用角码进行45°组角连接,再用组角胶进行密封,牢固而又美观;窗框1的宽度高达90mm,高度达40mm,其注胶槽口17内加注双组分聚氨酯隔热胶,提高了窗框的隔热保温性能;窗框采用直拼打螺丝的连接方式,操作简单,省时省力,节约劳动时间;窗框1和玻璃扇2之间通过铰链10连接,再通过执手等五金件控制启闭;金刚网纱扇4作为内开扇,通过加装合页14和内开执手13来实现其内开启的功能;金刚网纱扇4用角码进行45°组角连接,保证了纱扇的牢固性;选用优质的不锈钢304作为纱网,纱网经折弯后打螺丝连接在纱扇上,再扣上压线8,使其美观牢固;整个金刚网纱扇可以在关闭状态时将其锁上,若开启室外的外开玻璃扇,能够保证室内空气流动,防止老人儿童靠近坠楼,还能防蚊防盗;若将室外玻璃扇关闭锁上,如此一来,实现了双重防护;整窗的边框1、外开玻璃扇2和中梃3这三种型材在室内侧均加装了装饰扣盖5,这是实现整个注胶窗内外分色的关键技术所在;扣盖5上做一种室内色的表面处理,如木纹色,而另一部分型材则做成室外色的表面处理,如普通灰喷涂处理,如此一来,完美的解决了注胶型材只能做单色的难题;由此可见,双色注胶金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗不仅节能降噪,还集双色注胶、内开、外开和双重防护于一身。
本发明理想地解决了注胶窗只能做单色的问题,同时也实现了注胶节能外开窗与内开金刚网、防盗防护相结合的目的。采用装饰扣板分别与边框、中梃和外开扇相结合,实现这三种型材的内外双色,完美解决注胶料单色的难题。同时,注胶槽口采用先进的注胶工艺加注双组分聚氨酯隔热胶,隔热胶快速反应生成坚固的聚合物后,将隔热槽底部的临时桥切除,以此达到型材甚至整个窗户的隔热保温节能效果。在内框9上连接防盗护栏,在金刚网纱扇4上安装不锈钢304做纱网,采用优质的五金配件和锁具,双重防护让此款窗户更有亮点。该窗具有稳定性、密封性、抗压性好,隔热保温与隔音效果好,防盗防护安全可靠,使用方便,高端大气成本低等优点。双色注胶金刚网外开节能双重防护一体窗理想地解决了建筑用注胶窗实现内外双色的难题,同时将注胶窗与金刚网内外开、双重防护完美的结合在一起,完成了本发明专利要解决的技术任务,适应了市场的需要。
