本发明公开了一种自动开合门装置,包括固定在门框上梁上的固定座,固定座上铰接有水平转动的安装座,安装座中转动设有水平的螺杆轴,安装座上设有减速电机,减速电机的出力轴端部设有主动链轮,螺杆轴端部套设有被动链轮,主动链轮和被动链轮间设有驱动链条,螺杆轴上套设有螺杆套筒,套筒远离螺杆轴的端部铰接有水平转动的传动连杆,门框上在与门体铰接处转动设有竖直的与铰接轴同轴的旋转轴,门体上设有支耳,旋转轴与支耳固定连接,传动连杆另一端设置在旋转轴上,螺杆轴转动带动螺杆套筒移动,从而使旋转轴带动门体转动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动开合门装置。
背景技术
现有的自动开合门装置多用于移门,对于传统的转动开启的门体不能适用。又或者通过设置扭簧及触发机构来转动打开门体,但这种结构不能控制门体打开的角度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种适用于转动打开的门体的且能控制开启角度的自动开合门装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:自动开合门装置,包括固定在门框上梁上的固定座,固定座上铰接有水平转动的安装座,安装座中转动设有水平的螺杆轴,安装座上设有驱动螺杆轴转动的动力装置,螺杆轴上套设有螺杆套筒,螺杆套筒远离螺杆轴的端部铰接有水平转动的传动连杆,门框上在与门体铰接处转动设有竖直的与铰接轴同轴的旋转轴,门体上设有支耳,旋转轴与支耳固定连接,传动连杆另一端设置在旋转轴上,螺杆轴转动带动螺杆套筒移动,从而使旋转轴带动门体转动。
作为一种优选的方案,所述动力装置包括设置在安装座上的减速电机,减速电机的出力轴端部设有主动链轮,螺杆轴端部套设有被动链轮,主动链轮和被动链轮间设有驱动链条。
作为一种优选的方案,所述螺杆套筒上在靠近螺杆轴的一端设有润滑油注入孔。
作为一种优选的方案,所述旋转轴通过上下两个轴承与门框相连接,且下部轴承为平面转动轴承。
作为一种优选的方案,所述上部轴承为销轴定心轴承。
作为一种优选的方案,所述支耳与旋转轴通过平键相连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置可通过电机驱动螺杆轴转动带动螺杆套筒移动,从而使旋转轴带动门体转动实现自动开门或关门,且可以根据需要控制门的开启角度,整体结构简单,安装方便。
由于螺杆套筒上在靠近螺杆轴的一端设有润滑油注入孔,使得套筒的运动更为顺畅。
由于下部轴承为平面转动轴承,可承载轴向的门体自重,以减轻门旋转时的摩擦力。
由于支耳与旋转轴通过平键相连接,使得本装置在现场安装定位较为方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细描述本发明的具体实施方案。
如图1-3所示,自动开合门装置,包括固定在门框1上梁上的固定座2,固定座2上铰接有水平转动的安装座3,安装座3中转动设有水平的螺杆轴4,安装座3上设有减速电机5,减速电机5的出力轴端部设有主动链轮6,螺杆轴4端部套设有被动链轮7,主动链轮6和被动链轮7间设有驱动链条8,螺杆轴4上套设有螺杆套筒9。
螺杆套筒9上在靠近螺杆轴4的一端设有润滑油注入孔91。螺杆套筒9远离螺杆轴4的端部铰接有水平转动的传动连杆10。门框1上在与门体铰接处转动设有竖直的与铰接轴同轴的旋转轴11,旋转轴11通过上下两个轴承与门框1相连接,上部轴承为销轴定心轴承12,下部轴承为平面转动轴承13。
门体上设有支耳14,支耳14与旋转轴11通过平键15相连接。传动连杆10另一端设置在旋转轴11上,螺杆轴4转动带动螺杆套筒9移动,从而使旋转轴11带动门体转动。

1.自动开合门装置,其特征在于:包括固定在门框上梁上的固定座,固定座上铰接有水平转动的安装座,安装座中转动设有水平的螺杆轴,安装座上设有驱动螺杆轴转动的动力装置,螺杆轴上套设有螺杆套筒,螺杆套筒远离螺杆轴的端部铰接有水平转动的传动连杆,门框上在与门体铰接处转动设有竖直的与铰接轴同轴的旋转轴,门体上设有支耳,旋转轴与支耳固定连接,传动连杆另一端设置在旋转轴上,螺杆轴转动带动螺杆套筒移动,从而使旋转轴带动门体转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动开合门装置,其特征在于:所述动力装置包括设置在安装座上的减速电机,减速电机的出力轴端部设有主动链轮,螺杆轴端部套设有被动链轮,主动链轮和被动链轮间设有驱动链条。
3.如权利要求1所述的自动开合门装置,其特征在于:所述螺杆套筒上在靠近螺杆轴的一端设有润滑油注入孔。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的自动开合门装置,其特征在于:所述旋转轴通过上下两个轴承与门框相连接,且下部轴承为平面转动轴承。
5.如权利要求4所述的自动开合门装置,其特征在于:所述上部轴承为销轴定心轴承。
6.如权利要求5所述的自动开合门装置,其特征在于:所述支耳与旋转轴通过平键相连接。
