发明涉及带接头的复合杆件,包括杆状的芯部,芯部两端设置有截面为T字形的接头部,且接头部T字形的横向部分靠近芯部,T字形的竖向部分设置有至少两个螺栓孔,还包括轴向加强层,所述轴向加强层由高强纤维沿芯部长度方向缠绕,且包裹住接头部的T字形横向部分,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成;轴向加强层外部设置有周向加强层,所述周向加强层由高强纤维沿芯部周向缠绕,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成,以聚苯乙烯泡沫为芯部,在芯部外分别沿轴向和周向缠绕高强度的纤维,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成一体,具有高强度,重量轻的优点,杆件两端分别设置有接头部,可用于螺栓紧固,适合于临时搭建的桁架结构,临时支护等。

技术领域
发明涉及一种轻便的带接头的复合杆件。
背景技术
在工程领域,业界一直追求高强度和轻量化的工程材料。例如一些临时搭建的桁架结构,如果采用钢管作为主材料,由于其重量大,搬运和安装过程需要消耗大量人力。
发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种带接头的复合杆件,具有高强度,重量轻的优点,适用于临时搭建桁架结构。
发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
带接头的复合杆件,包括杆状的芯部,芯部两端设置有截面为T字形的接头部,且接头部T字形的横向部分靠近芯部,T字形的竖向部分设置有至少两个螺栓孔,还包括轴向加强层,所述轴向加强层由高强纤维沿芯部长度方向缠绕,且包裹住接头部的T字形横向部分,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成;轴向加强层外部设置有周向加强层,所述周向加强层由高强纤维沿芯部周向缠绕,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成,所述芯部为聚苯乙烯泡沫,所述高强纤维为玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、聚丙烯纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维,所述树脂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂或双马来酰亚胺树脂。
进一步的,所述接头部为不锈钢材质,所述芯部截面为圆形或矩形。
发明的有益效果是:本带接头的复合杆件,以聚苯乙烯泡沫为芯部,在芯部外分别沿轴向和周向缠绕高强度的纤维,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成一体,具有高强度,重量轻的优点,杆件两端分别设置有接头部,可用于螺栓紧固,本杆件适合于一些临时搭建的桁架结构,临时支护等,搬运和安装都比较节省人力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对发明进一步说明:
带接头的复合杆件,包括杆状的芯部1,芯部1两端设置有截面为T字形的接头部11,且接头部11T字形的横向部分靠近芯部1,T字形的竖向部分设置有至少两个螺栓孔111,还 包括轴向加强层2,所述轴向加强层2由高强纤维沿芯部1长度方向缠绕,且包裹住接头部11的T字形横向部分,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成;轴向加强层2外部设置有周向加强层3,所述周向加强层3由高强纤维沿芯部1周向缠绕,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成,所述芯部1为聚苯乙烯泡沫,所述高强纤维为玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、聚丙烯纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维,所述树脂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂或双马来酰亚胺树脂。
如图1所示,杆件内为芯部1,芯部1为聚苯乙烯泡沫,非常轻量。芯部1两端设置接头部11,并且用轴向加强层2将芯部1和接头部11绑定成一体,即是用高强纤维沿芯部1长度方向紧密缠绕形成加强层,且加强层将芯部1和接头部11包裹在内部,然后涂布树脂将所有纤维包裹,加热固化后形成整体,轴向加强层2主要提高杆件的抗拉强度。
轴向加强层2外部再设置周向加强层3,即是在轴向加强层2外部沿周向紧密缠绕高强纤维包裹住轴向加强层2,同样涂布树脂、加热固化形成整体,主要提高杆件的抗压强度。
接头部11可以用于与其他杆件或中间件通过螺栓连接,能根据需要搭建成桁架结构,或者安装形成临时支护,本杆件具有重量轻,强度大的优点,搬运和安装能节省人力。
根据所用环境不同,芯部1截面可以是圆形或矩形,或者其他形状,接头部11优选的可以是不锈钢。

1.带接头的复合杆件,其特征在于,包括杆状的芯部(1),芯部(1)两端设置有截面为T字形的接头部(11),且接头部(11)T字形的横向部分靠近芯部(1),T字形的竖向部分设置有至少两个螺栓孔(111),还包括轴向加强层(2),所述轴向加强层(2)由高强纤维沿芯部(1)长度方向缠绕,且包裹住接头部(11)的T字形横向部分,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成;轴向加强层(2)外部设置有周向加强层(3),所述周向加强层(3)由高强纤维沿芯部(1)周向缠绕,并涂布树脂加热固化后形成,所述芯部(1)为聚苯乙烯泡沫,所述高强纤维为玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、聚丙烯纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维,所述树脂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂或双马来酰亚胺树脂;所述芯部(1)截面为圆形或矩形。
