Abstract

本发明提供一种醇酸树脂木器漆的制备方法,按照配方通过以步骤进行,(1)将对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酰水杨酸、聚乙二醇、二硫化钼、助剂混合,加入到二甲苯、乙酸丁酯溶剂中,加热,反应3‑4小时;(2)将步骤(1)的物料冷却,加入肉豆寇酸异丙酯、丙烯酸‑2‑羟基丙酯、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯,搅拌反应3‑4小时;(3)将步骤(2)的物料降温,加入其它剩余物料,搅拌反应后,冷却至室温,研磨成20‑60μm浆料,即得。通过本发明提供的制备方法的醇酸树脂木器漆具备以下优点:漆膜与木器附着力强,光亮饱满,润滑性好,耐磨损,耐温变性,耐环境腐蚀老化,且生产工艺相对简单,可以广泛用于防护各类木器产品。

醇酸树脂木器漆的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种醇酸树脂漆,具体的说,涉及醇酸树脂木器漆的制备方法。
背景技术
木材制品包括实木木材和人造板材(胶合板,中密度纤维板和刨花板)。用于木材制品的涂料统称为木器涂料,包括家具、门窗、地板、护墙板、日常生活用木器、木制乐器、体育用品、文具、玩具等所用涂料。以家具涂料为主。木器涂料按木器制造工艺分为2类,板材预涂料和木器成品涂装涂料。按涂料类型分为溶剂型涂料、水性涂料和无溶剂涂料。
醇酸树脂由多元醇、邻苯二甲酸酐和脂肪酸或油(甘油三脂肪酸酯)缩合聚合而成的油改性聚酯树脂。按脂肪酸(或油)分子中双键的数目及结构,可分为干性、半干性和非干性三类。干性醇酸树脂可在空气中固化;非干性醇酸树脂则要与氨基树脂混合,经加热才能固化。另外也可按所用脂肪酸(或油)或邻苯二甲酸酐的含量,分为短、中、长和极长四种油度的醇酸树脂。醇酸树脂固化成膜后,有光泽和韧性,附着力强,并具有良好的耐磨性、耐候性和绝缘性等。
醇酸木器漆,由醇酸树脂、催干剂、颜料、溶剂等调制而成的。具有较好的光泽和机械强度,能常温下干燥,耐候性较好,但耐水性较差,若在高温烘烤下,耐水性可显著提高。用于木器及室内家具表面的装饰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种制备工艺简单,成本低并且应用广泛的醇酸树脂木器漆的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:其原料含有如下重量份的组份:醇酸树脂25-37、抗氧剂2-5、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯3-5、肉豆寇酸异丙酯4-7、芳香族聚氨酯丙稀酸酯18-23、乙酰水杨酸2-3、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺2-3、聚乙二醇3-4、偶联剂2-3、二硫化钼5-6、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯9-11、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯4-7、乙基硫醇锡2-3、助剂3-5、二甲苯8-9、乙酸丁酯12-13;
(1)将对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酰水杨酸、聚乙二醇、二硫化钼、助剂混合,加入到二甲苯、乙酸丁酯溶剂中,加热至120-130℃,反应3-4小时;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料冷却至70-85℃,加入肉豆寇酸异丙酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯,搅拌反应3-4小时;
(3)将步骤(2)的物料降温至50-65℃,加入其它剩余物料,搅拌反应40-60分钟后,冷却至室温,研磨成20-60μm浆料,即得。
醇酸树脂为长油度醇酸树脂,抗氧化剂为苯酚。
助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:粘土9-15、表儿茶素2-3、铁矿渣粉2-3、促进剂5-6、没食子酸丁酯2-3、苯基三乙氧基硅烷5-6、钼酸钠6-7、磁石1-2、苯乙酸钠1-2、柠檬酸异丁酯35-40、桐油3-4、二硼化钼1-2。
助剂的制备方法是:将粘土、磁石送入煅烧炉中在700-840℃下煅烧1-2小时取出,送入稀的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-5小时,过滤后滤渣,用清水洗净,烘干、研磨成500目粉体;所得粉体与其它剩余成分混合,加热至60-70℃,搅拌反应40-50分钟,冷却,研磨成浆料,即得。
一种醇酸树脂木器漆的制备方法:
(1)将对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酰水杨酸、聚乙二醇、二硫化钼、助剂混合,加入到二甲苯、乙酸丁酯溶剂中,加热至125℃,反应3.5小时;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料冷却至80℃,加入肉豆寇酸异丙酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯,搅拌反应3.5小时;
(3)将步骤(2)的物料降温至55℃,加入其它剩余物料,搅拌反应50分钟后,冷却至室温,研磨成30μm浆料,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的醇酸树脂木器漆具备以下优点:漆膜与木器附着力强,光亮饱满,润滑性好,耐磨损,耐温变性,耐环境腐蚀老化,且生产工艺相对简单,可以广泛用于防护各类木器产品。
具体实施方式:
实施例
本实施例由一下重量份原料制成:一种醇酸树脂木器漆,其原料含有如下重量份的组份:长油度醇酸树脂醇酸树脂30、苯酚3、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯4、肉豆寇酸异丙酯5、芳香族聚氨酯丙稀酸酯20、乙酰水杨酸3、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺2、聚乙二醇3、偶联剂3、二硫化钼6、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯10、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯5、乙基硫醇锡2、助剂4、二甲苯9、乙酸丁酯11。
助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:粘土11、表儿茶素2、铁矿渣粉3、促进剂5、没食子酸丁酯3、苯基三乙氧基硅烷6、钼酸钠7、磁石1、苯乙酸钠1、柠檬酸异丁酯11、桐油11、二硼化钼2。
助剂的制备方法是:将粘土、磁石送入煅烧炉中在800℃下煅烧2小时取出,送入稀的盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤后滤渣,用清水洗净,烘干、研磨成500目粉体;所得粉体与其它剩余成分混合,加热至65℃,搅拌反应45分钟,冷却,研磨成浆料,即得。
醇酸树脂木器漆的制备工艺:
(1)将对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酰水杨酸、聚乙二醇、二硫化钼、助剂混合,加入到二甲苯、乙酸丁酯溶剂中,加热至125℃,反应3.5小时;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料冷却至80℃,加入肉豆寇酸异丙酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯,搅拌反应3.5小时;
(3)将步骤(2)的物料降温至55℃,加入其它剩余物料,搅拌反应50分钟后,冷却至室温,研磨成30μm浆料,即得。
本发明的油漆的性能测试结果:
上述测试均遵循相关标准进行。

1.一种醇酸树脂木器漆的制备方法,其特征在于:
其原料含有如下重量份的组份:醇酸树脂25-37、抗氧剂2-5、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯3-5、肉豆寇酸异丙酯4-7、芳香族聚氨酯丙稀酸酯18-23、乙酰水杨酸2-3、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺2-3、聚乙二醇3-4、偶联剂2-3、二硫化钼5-6、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯9-11、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯4-7、乙基硫醇锡2-3、助剂3-5、二甲苯8-9、乙酸丁酯12-13;
(1)将对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酰水杨酸、聚乙二醇、二硫化钼、助剂混合,加入到二甲苯、乙酸丁酯溶剂中,加热至120-130℃,反应3-4小时;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料冷却至70-85℃,加入肉豆寇酸异丙酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯,搅拌反应3-4小时;
(3)将步骤(2)的物料降温至50-65℃,加入其它剩余物料,搅拌反应40-60分钟后,冷却至室温,研磨成20-60μm浆料,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述醇酸树脂为长油度醇酸树脂,所述抗氧化剂为苯酚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:其特征在于:所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:粘土9-15、表儿茶素2-3、铁矿渣粉2-3、促进剂5-6、没食子酸丁酯2-3、苯基三乙氧基硅烷5-6、钼酸钠6-7、磁石1-2、苯乙酸钠1-2、柠檬酸异丁酯35-40、桐油3-4、二硼化钼1-2。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助剂的制备方法是:将粘土、磁石送入煅烧炉中在700-840℃下煅烧1-2小时取出,送入稀的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-5小时,过滤后滤渣,用清水洗净,烘干、研磨成500目粉体;所得粉体与其它剩余成分混合,加热至60-70℃,搅拌反应40-50分钟,冷却,研磨成浆料,即得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酰水杨酸、聚乙二醇、二硫化钼、助剂混合,加入到二甲苯、乙酸丁酯溶剂中,加热至125℃,反应3.5小时;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料冷却至80℃,加入肉豆寇酸异丙酯、丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、异丁基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯,搅拌反应3.5小时;
(3)将步骤(2)的物料降温至55℃,加入其它剩余物料,搅拌反应50分钟后,冷却至室温,研磨成30μm浆料,即得。
