本发明公开了一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧‑丙烯酸防腐水性漆,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:环氧树脂E‑44 40‑60,沥青1‑2,乙二醇单丁醚10‑15,正丁醇15‑25,甲基丙烯酸6‑8,苯乙烯4‑6,丙烯酸丁酯3‑5,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯0.5‑1,过氧化苯甲酰0.5‑1,N,N‑二甲酰基乙醇4‑6,纳米氮化铝0.5‑1,二氧化钛纳米管3‑5,苯丙三氮唑0.3‑0.5,γ‑巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1‑0.15,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3‑0.5,水100‑120。本发明的铜雕塑水性漆具有优良的防腐蚀性能、机械性能和持久有效性,并且耐水效果好,附着性能强。

一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆及其制备 方法
技术领域
本发明涉及铜雕塑用涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代生活水平和审美意识的提高,雕塑这一传统工艺品受到越来越多的设计师和大众喜爱。其中铜雕塑不仅样式独特,并且具有很高的欣赏价值,与其他材质的雕塑相比,还有坚固耐用、不易破坏的特点,尤其在现代化城市景观建设中,得到广泛的应用。铜雕塑无需频繁地保养和维修,但是在空气湿度过大的条件下使用,尤其是室外的日晒雨淋会严重影响铜雕塑的质量。为减少腐蚀,延长铜雕塑的使用寿命,通常采取的预防性措施是对铜雕塑表面进行防护处理,其中涂刷油漆是目前使用较为广泛、经济实用的方法。
随着环保意识的增强,传统溶剂型防腐漆逐渐被淘汰,高性能、低污染的水性防腐漆已经成为发展趋势。目前应用较多的水性防腐漆主要有环氧树脂等。文献《丙烯酸接枝改性环氧树脂防腐乳液的研究》采用丙烯酸对环氧树脂进行接枝改性,得到的乳液兼具环氧树脂和丙烯酸树脂的优点,具有良好的附着力和耐腐蚀性能。但是,这种方法制得乳液的三维网状结构交联度较低,耐水性不足,对基体表面的防护不够,影响了其防腐性能,且无法应对涂装缺陷或者涂层破坏带来的防腐持久性下降,因此在实际应用中有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种交联程度高、机械性能好、防护性能强并且具有优良持久性的沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
环氧树脂E-44 40-60,沥青1-2,乙二醇单丁醚10-15,正丁醇15-25,甲基丙烯酸6-8,苯乙烯4-6,丙烯酸丁酯3-5,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯0.5-1,过氧化苯甲酰0.5-1,N,N-二甲酰基乙醇4-6,纳米氮化铝0.5-1,二氧化钛纳米管3-5,苯丙三氮唑0.3-0.5,γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1-0.15,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3-0.5,水100-120;
所述二氧化钛纳米管是采用水热合成法制得,管径为5-25nm,管长为500-1000nm。
一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛纳米管按固液重量比1:10-1:15与无水乙醇混合分散均匀,然后加入苯丙三氮唑、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和单硬脂酸甘油酯搅拌6-12h,离心后将所得固体真空干燥,得改性钛纳米管;
(2)将(1)中的改性钛纳米管、纳米氮化铝、N,N-二甲酰基乙醇和水混合分散均匀,得A组分,将环氧树脂E-44、沥青、乙二醇单丁醚和正丁醇混合升温至105-110℃,然后缓慢滴加甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和过氧化苯甲酰的混合溶液,并于115-120℃保温反应2-4h,得B组分,将A组分和B组分于80-85℃混合并高速搅拌均匀,然后于50-60℃保温反应1-1.5h,得复合乳液;
(3)将(2)中的复合乳液与其余原料混合后研磨均匀,即得沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆。
本发明的优点是:
本发明先利用二氧化钛纳米管对苯丙三氮唑和γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷进行负载,然后与环氧树脂、沥青和丙烯酸酯进行乳液聚合反应得到复合乳液,既能有效提升涂膜的三维网状结构交联程度,提升对基体的防护性能,又能改善涂膜的机械性能和稳定性,并且由于对复合缓蚀剂的负载,能对涂膜缺陷或者破损处的金属起到良好的防腐蚀作用,提高表面防护的持久性。同时,通过其余原料的添加与复配,使得到的铜雕塑水性漆能为基体表面提供全面、持久的防护,兼具优良的防腐蚀性能、机械性能和持久有效性,并且耐水效果好,附着性能强。
具体实施方式
一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
环氧树脂E-44 40,沥青1,乙二醇单丁醚10,正丁醇15,甲基丙烯酸6,苯乙烯4,丙烯酸丁酯3,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯0.5,过氧化苯甲酰0.5,N,N-二甲酰基乙醇4,纳米氮化铝0.5,二氧化钛纳米管3,苯丙三氮唑0.3,γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3,水100;
所述二氧化钛纳米管是采用水热合成法制得,管径为5nm,管长为500nm。
一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛纳米管按固液重量比1:10与无水乙醇混合分散均匀,然后加入苯丙三氮唑、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和单硬脂酸甘油酯搅拌6h,离心后将所得固体真空干燥,得改性钛纳米管;
(2)将(1)中的改性钛纳米管、纳米氮化铝、N,N-二甲酰基乙醇和水混合分散均匀,得A组分,将环氧树脂E-44、沥青、乙二醇单丁醚和正丁醇混合升温至105℃,然后缓慢滴加甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和过氧化苯甲酰的混合溶液,并于115℃保温反应2h,得B组分,将A组分和B组分于80℃混合并高速搅拌均匀,然后于50℃保温反应1h,得复合乳液;
(3)将(2)中的复合乳液与其余原料混合后研磨均匀,即得沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆。
外观:平整光滑,透明;
附着力:0级;
耐水性:1800h无变化;
耐盐雾性:1200h无变化。

1.一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
环氧树脂E-44 40-60,沥青1-2,乙二醇单丁醚10-15,正丁醇15-25,甲基丙烯酸6-8,苯乙烯4-6,丙烯酸丁酯3-5,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯0.5-1,过氧化苯甲酰0.5-1,N,N-二甲酰基乙醇4-6,纳米氮化铝0.5-1,二氧化钛纳米管3-5,苯丙三氮唑0.3-0.5,γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1-0.15,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3-0.5,水100-120;
所述二氧化钛纳米管是采用水热合成法制得,管径为5-25nm,管长为500-1000nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种沥青改性铜雕塑用环氧-丙烯酸防腐水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛纳米管按固液重量比1:10-1:15与无水乙醇混合分散均匀,然后加入苯丙三氮唑、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和单硬脂酸甘油酯搅拌6-12h,离心后将所得固体真空干燥,得改性钛纳米管;
